I don't eat out often but when I do I like something good. I stopped by this shop to order food for myself and my kids. right as I walked I noticed the tables dirty. I just thought they must of had a big rush. As I looked at the make line everything was dried up or empty. I asked the young lady if they could freshen up some of the stuff seeing that I'm vegetarian. Her response was "yeah we ain't got nothing right now". I then ask do you at least have veggies because thats what I wanted the most her response then was " that's gonna be about 5 minutes" I told her that was fine. after spending 50 dollars on food and making it home I realize the quality of the food was subpar at best. The beans were dry. The rice was so clumped together. That I literally had to chop it up as I tried to eat it. The chips were so salty. They were not edible. They were salty to the point that they burnt my two-year-old tongue. there were about six individuals there, and only one looked like they were actually working. States on the website that the store is open everyday, normal operating hours. I made an online order and it went through, charged my card, let me pick up a time. All the normal things. Went to go pick up my order and there was no one at the store. The phones are disconnected to for the store. read more

This location just opened up a few months ago and this is actually the worst chipotle I've ever been to in my life. The workers don't greet you, they don't smile, when you walk in they just stare at you. The portions are so small, i mean like half a scoop of rice and they spread it around in the bowl. They are CONSTANTLY out of ingredients, like the main ingredients like cheese, salsa etc. i was in the chipotlane for LITERALLY 45 minutes for them to give me chicken and rice because they had NO other ingredients that i asked for. I live less than a mile from here but will got to one 10 miles away just to avoid this place. This place actually needs to be demolished. read more

Zero stars if I could. Let's start off with the "chipotline" or whatever it's called. I online ordered my food from here twice and every time been disappointed. Let's not mention that you have to wait 10-30 minutes in a line when it says your food will be ready in 5-10 mins online. I waited 30 minutes got up to the window and my food wasn't ready. The second time I went inside and told them I online ordered and my food wasn't ready when I went inside the manger seem unconsidered they finally made me food and gave it to me. No accommodations for your time and patience. The kitchen also seems filthy. Very understaffed with the same girl there every time you come acting slow and confused. Overall this place just needs to close down. If you have to go here make sure it's your last option or you in for a rude awakening. Only good thing is the manger is hot. read more

I've been here twice. Ordered bowls both times. The first time was steak. It was over cooked, mostly fatty, poor quality meat. The rice wasn't cooked all the way. The second time was chicken. Also overcooked, also undercooked rice. Won't be back. I've never been to any other Chipotle's and I won't. I would give negative stars if possible. I get that the meat is from some supplier. But how do you undercook rice, at a restaurant that primarily sells rice dishes. Horrible employees, that's how. read more

This place is always out of something. There comes a point where it's just obvious incompetence. They're also extremely slow and try to give you the least amount of ingredients possible when it comes to online orders. No sense of urgency from the workers whatsoever. Don't come here. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They consistently get the order wrong. Today was the last straw! I waited in the chipotlelane for 40 minutes. The employee at the window told me that they were out of several of the ingredients that I had ordered online! Even after waiting that amount of time when I return to my office the order was still incorrect. This location by far has the worst customer service and employees! Do not go to this location. I ordered a $60 order through postmates and when I received my order, everything was wrong. I was missing all the toppings I selected and was given chicken when I paid extra for steak plus double steak. I went to the store and asked to speak to the manager. He was very rude and did nothing to rectify my situation. He said they were out of everything, so they just gave me what they had left. I informed him I was supposed to get double steak and he told me that they didn't even have steak and most likely gave me chicken. I asked why didnt they inform the driver to give me the option to cancel. He stated that they he didnt time to stop what he was doing and just gave what they had left. He wrote down a customer service number and walked away from the counter. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received and will never order from this location again. The customer service was very poor and they should have stopped taking delivery orders if they were out of everything, absolutely ridiculous. read more
