First, I would like to commend the extremely friendly and professional staff at this particular location of Chipotle Mexican Grill for their fantastic customer service. Walking in, it wasn't too crowded and I had no line to deal with. I ordered my usual go-to, which is a burrito bowl. For my protein, I went with chicken and also the carnitas. This Chipotle looks like a Chipotle. It is a decent atmosphere. Chipotle will never be known as having the most authentic Mexican restaurant, but it offers a tasty meal at a decent price and for fast food, it is good and also relatively healthy, especially when you compare it to the fast food burger chains out there. Since this is also on a good sized shopping plaza, parking was definitely not an issue either. All in all, this is a good Chipotle location and a great option if you need a fast food feast. read more

The restaurant was very dirty this evening (6/20/2024-9PM). The tables were dirty, trash cans overflowing, and no napkins or forks in the self service area. There were 4 people working when we walked in. None of them seemed to want to be there. They seemed very unorganized and would barely speak to you. They were trying to find some cheese and 3 of the 4 couldn't find any. A few minutes later, a lady walked in from the back with a container of cheese (maybe she was back there preparing it). The service was the slowest I've ever seen it. As we were leaving the restaurant, two more employees walked in from the back. Fairly confident one of the other employees was aggravated with the others because it didn't seem like they wanted to work. This place still stinks! Ordered delivery. They did not put rice in the kids tacos. Meaning someone looked at the cafeteria style tray with an empty slot and thought, "that's fine". Don't go here ever!!!! read more

Then you're waiting on your food to tell you to be 7 minutes.And then they've go back up there to get it, and all they have is chicken.So we walked out left. Placed an online order for drive thru pickup; to be ready at 6:30. Got there at 6:20 and didn't leave with my food until almost 7:30. Finally got home to eat my burrito and instead of the burrito with sofritas I ordered, I was given steak and cheese with guacamole. I am vegan and allergic to avocados and break out into a rash if touching them, so none of this order would be suitable for me. I went back around 8:20 and the girl working was very kind and accommodating and made my actual order for me. In the past I've had issues at this location with rude employees, so this went better than I had thought it would. This location overall is good, excellent if you compare it to the Huntsville location. You may run into a less than nice worker occasionally but overall the staff is nice and willing to take care of your requests. The food quality here is good. If you're coming to Chipotle for authentic then you are starting off wrong. You come here for Tex-mex, added convenience of ordering through an app and the drive-thru. Came in around 11:45am. 4 workers. 2 standing around. No greeting, they look at you and stir the queso. One guy actually doing the work. Ordered chips and guac. They were out of chips but he said he'll make fresh ones and bring it out. Meanwhile, our entire meal was finished and they were still warming up the chips. Went to stand up there and the other guy asks, "can I help you?". I said, I'm still waiting on the chips. At least 3 minutes later, they gave us the chips. Overpriced. Americanized bland food. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend. A 2012 trend that got wayyyy over hyped. Paying for chips and salsa? Ludicrous. The girl manager with the red hair could not have been more rude. RBF.Super short tempered and rude. I ask for guacamole and they said okay in 3 minutes. 10 min later they have it and they add the guacamole to a burrito shell thats mashed potatoes. They try to double wrap it and I politely ask if they will single wrap because i am watching carbs they single wrap and take out ALL the guacamole and sour creme and i ask to have some of the guac i paid for and she interupts the guy making the burrito to yell at me saying theres guac when there is not.
