Went in today (11/8/25, Sat) to grab some tacos. Line of four folks, the problem there was only one person working behind the line. One person total. Another employee was sitting, I guess on break. BTW: I'm giving two stars because the gal back there was on it, like white on rice. Moving. I've seen three folks working not move the line like this gal. I went back to my car, grabbed my phone and started recording. Guy in front of me left after waiting. Turned out there was another guy in the back. He came up front and started working the side line for the Door Dash and to-go orders. By the time I finished other employees had showed up, guess it was shift change, but I'm not sure because three girls showed up, two went behind the line and a third sat down with the girl on break to chitchat. Tacos were OK to meh. She left off my sour cream, but got me a cup full when I asked. I first tried Chipotle 20 years ago in Maryland, it was top notch back then. workers were doing their best during the rush hour i will say it was very busy, but i placed a pickup order to be ready at 9, was willing to wait a bit longer if it wasn't ready yet but they updated the status to "ready for pickup" right at 9 so i showed up and still waited for them to prepare it, then i get home and the rice was raw. Went in at 9;30 pm. There were no grilled veggies on the line, and I wanted to buy a veggie burrito bowl. The other items, besides a few meats were incredibly sparse as well. They told me had no more in store already prepared. People were coming in behind me. How were they going to make the orders for the next half hour with no ingredients? Make already small portions even smaller? This isn't the first time it's happened, but it's the last time I'm going there. They seemed more concerned with cleaning up and going home than having food to sell for the next half hour. If you aren't going to have the food to sell to people till closing time, don't say that you stay open till 10. I went next-door to Otsuka Ramen bar. And got some good Ramen instead. read more

Do not go to this location! The customer service is terrible. The workers give off the feeling like they hate their lives and it absolutely shows in the way this location operates. I went at 7:30 and was asked, "You want your food to go, right?" The food was cold and they had no vinaigrette. The food here NEVER tastes fresh. What has this location come to?? You can't even stand in line without the male manager freaking out on customers. People were leaving because the a poor girl was working the entire line by herself and the cashier just standing there. A man was getting his Togo order made after he went through the line to get his other food because his Togo order wasn't ready yet. He asked the girl what her name was. She then disappeared to the back when the manager, who is rude every time we come in, comes to the front and cusses the man out asking why he is being rude to his employee. The man only asked her name. I assume she was already overwhelming/overworked and got scared he would call in something negative about her? I'm not sure. The man was confused and said he only asked her name. The manager continued to belittle this man and told him to leave. That's when his other employee (cashier) jumped in and said the man did nothing wrong and only asked her name. The manager then told the man to leave (over absolutely nothing) and the man said he wasn't leaving since he already got his order and was then waiting for his Togo order that he already paid for and was late. I couldn't believe that happened. The restaurant was in shock. The people in line said they would not be returning since that manager has been an issue for all of us at some point. I love the food here. If you know Ryan Trahan (elite btw) he made a drink here called the "Fun Drink" with mandarian agua fresca, sprite, and lemonade. Not very loud, and not usually crowded. Also, the bathroom is very clean. read more

Usually, Chipotle locations don't know what I mean when I apply "extra lettuce" on my online order but this place got it right! When I arrived, my order was waiting for me on the shelf. I realized I didn't order a drink and the lady at the register was so nice and able to assist as soon as she saw I needed assistance. Paid real quick and was on my way. A lot of college students and people on their lunch break socializing and enjoying their food :) I like the set up of this location too, I don't have to walk around a maze to get to the register/pick up shelf. This place is Dirty inside, My chips were stale, I took them back up to the cashier, The girl didn't have any ideal what I was telling her! The second bag were not that good ether! No one cleaning any tables, the place was not that busy! This is the second Chipotle I went in and is dirty. what has happened to these places! No one is training the Employees, are just don't care! I ordered food from this location for Delivery as I am recovering from surgery. I ordered a vegan sofrita salad, side of guacamole and a taco with guacamole. What I received was my vegan salad covered in cheese, sour cream and guacamole I did not order on it. Sounds great to get the surprise of guacamole on a dish? Well, I was served ROTTEN guacamole. All of my food was ruined with this black, brown, rotten guacamole. I called the manager of the store and explained the situation. He stated he knew about it, he knew they were making guacamole with rotten avocados and that he'd already had a previous complaint about the guacamole before my meal. Fast efficient no contact order. All the crew are still wearing masks. I had a Mexican chicken salad with no rice and beans but fajita veggies and lots and lots of guacamole. The guacamole was great and free with their loyalty rewards program. Very clean inside. Recommended for fast healthy good takeout. read more

Walked in and the trash cans were overflowing, there was plenty of people working behind the counter, it wasn't even busy they were sitting there talking amongst each other. They Weren't stocked up on forks and knifes so we had no utensils when we came back home. To go orders are extremely slow the past month. They've hired a new employee that doesn't have the same hustle as the old employee and getting the lunch rush orders out on time simply isn't a priority to her. It's kinda more of one of those things where she'll do the orders if she gets around to it. The last 3 visits to the business my call ahead order was ready after walk in orders because she was too busy flirting w a male employee or chitchatting w a female one. I am a bit of a germ a phob so I pay careful attention to the preparation of my food, so if I get sick from eating Chipotle I know exactly where it began. I had a hankering for a bowl and decided to stop in at Chipotle while I was running errands today. The young lady preparing the items proceeded to wipe the area with her gloved hand after she had dropped food items. OK, but please change your gloves prior to preparing other customers food. I watched as two other customers had their items prepared with these same gloved hands. Assuming you wipe down the counters with cleaning products you can understand my concern. read more

The service was slow and now welcoming. I was one of 3 people in there waiting while they filled and online order of 10 really. I went there to get food for my coworkers. I shower then a screen capture they did for an online order. How do you f$c! That uP how. It was a steak bowl and they made it a veggie. Went in shortly after 1 pm. Ordered a veggie bowl. Business was not busy at all maybe 4 other people in the building. Sat down to eat my bowl, found a black hair in it. I took it back to the counter where the female (the only female employee that I saw) said she would get the manager and proceeded to speak with the 2 males employees who were behind the counter with her as well as the male employee who appeared to be on lunch about the hair that was in my bowl. I used to always go here and I absolutely loved it! With all of the choices and wonderful food and then an outbreak happened and I stopped going. I was excited to see the one here open and love how I don't have to drive far anymore to get there. I ordered online a few times before and when I picked it up I was in and out within seconds.
