It is either a hit or a miss for online orders. Somedays they get everything right and somedays they mess up with my order especially kids meal. In my kids meal online order : - Either they will forget to put the apple juice - Or sometimes it is either will give only cheese quesadilla (instead of chicken quesadilla) with some rice and beans - Or they will give cheese quesadilla with rice bean and chicken separately (instead of making my chicken quesadilla) Today I ordered kids meal - chicken quesadilla with rice and beans, apple juice and fruit. But they messed it up and instead gave me rice, beans, chicken and plain 2 small tortilla (no quesadilla). I walked in with the wrong order and they apologized and corrected the mistake. I'm not a big fan of Chipotle but there are not a lot of Mexican choices in Doylestown. I used to go to Moe's until they closed. The food is ok here and the burritos are huge however I get the salad or a bowl. I used to go a lot when they first opened but got food poisoning and it took a long time before I went back. I even said after I never would but I've been going back. The chicken and steak or my favorite meat choices and I also like the barbacoa. The "new" queso isn't any better than the original one the texture isn't smooth like other queso's I've had. This Chipotle years ago used to be fantastic and since then they have dropped in quality so much. Half the time you pull up and find out they are only accepting online orders which means you'll get your food in an hour. Lately they have only been accepting card, I offered for them to keep the change of a 20 when my order was 18$ and they said no. They are unbelievably slow with orders as well which is weird since they look over staffed. And their food is very sub-par. Their chips are usually soggy, the queso is watery and flavorless, all the meats are not very good and they don't wrap your burrito well so it comes undone once you unwrap it. When they have online orders they won't even talk to you until they finish them when you come in. Last time I order from this chipotle, it's always disappointing. After the last time I was there i was waiting in line for 20 minutes just for them to decide "oh we're only taking mobile orders now" I decided to just do a mobile order right away this time. Of course it's not ready till an hour after I placed it (I understand their busy and I still left a very generous tip because it's christmas eve despite the staff being rude when I asked where my order was). But then I get home and laugh out loud at my burrito because it's half the size it should be. It was ridiculously small and had nearly no meat in it. They always screw you over if you order online because your not there watching them make the order. I've tried to deal with this chipotle many times but now i'm done it's a constant disappointment. Somethings happened at this location. The original manager left and took his skills and hard work with him. The staff at this location are great except for one older woman who is not very friendly or nice. She's actually very unhappy and I feel that she should be given orientation on how to greet customers with a better disposition. The guac the other day was made from unripened avocado and should not have been sold. Lately it's had no flavor. The rice was over cooked. They gave me the bottom of the chicken which was all burned little pieces. I plan on finding a new location to get my Chipotle. Short older women with blonde hair had a MEGA BITCH attitude with the young DoorDasher that was waiting to pick up two orders. She said "Jennifer L?" And he said "yes I believe that's my second order though, still waiting on my first." And she fired back "WeLL yOu BetTeR KnOw FoR SurE". This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Half the time they are closed, the other half they close early. One week you can't even order online. The next week you can only order online. Never have guac, sometimes the rice has way to much lime flavor, I've gotten food poisoning multiple times, the workers never put the right proportion of food, the place is dirty, the soda machine isn't good, the meat is fatty and often not cooked properly. I've been going to this chipotle for a long time and for some reason it's like their food has just gotten worse and worse over time. At regular Chipotles they load on the food in the burritos but for some reason this one seems to be very stingy with it. This was our first time here. Had been wanting to try for a while. What a disappointment. Not only is it beyond outrageous in price for what you get but also the food was not really that good. Even my husband who is pretty forgiving disliked it. Grilled chicken had a burnt taste and the steak was all tough fat and chewy. One and done. For a good meal and a whole lot cheaper try Moe's. Won't be back. Also everything you want in your burrito bowl is extra. Queso and guacamole over $2 each and chips and quest over 3 bucks. If you've read my review of the Chipolte in Neshaminy, your probably wondering why I would try this one. Well I know not every location will be the same as far as service and I was feeling "second chance-ish" (yeah I made that up) so I figured I'd try again since they seem to be all the rage with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) these days. Service is definitely better here and moves much more smoothly. Only drawback is that in a world of "too much of everything" you kind of run out of food choices after two or three visits. It fulfills your taco/burrito craving but that's about it. They seem to be doing well as it is always packed when I go. Parking is at a very minimum. It's too bad they couldn't get more space. They are building a bank right next door...even though there are two other banks within walking distance...so I think the space could ahve been better used for additional parking. They also have stiff competition with Sabrosa Taqueria, Empanada Mama's and Cafe Americana just a short drive into town. Lot's a Mexican cuisine available so will be interesting to see how they do long term. read more

If you're a chipotle fan, don't bother with this location. I didn't believe the rest of the reviews because, hey, people can be ridiculous with their expectation. But, believe them. The portions ARE insanely small and whoever preps the food isn't following the recipe books. The point of a chain restaurant is that everything tastes the same at every single location, each location has the same exact recipe that is to be followed every time, same with measurements. I got chips and guac with my order. The guac is literally just mashed up avocado, no onion, no cilantro, no seasonings, totally bland. I received a small handful of chips that were unseasoned, no salt, or lime, nothing. The sofritas burrito I got was really flavorless and bland. The sofritas are usually delicious at chipotle, not here. I asked for extra corn, there's less than what would be a normal portion. Ordered and paid for extra sofritas, no extra. Also, I ordered with fajita veggies, no onion, only peppers. Wondering if the manager of this location is trying to cut back on food costs to inflate numbers? This location really needs to get their act together. If I were the DM for this area I'd be doing some serious investigation. They laugh and make fun of customers. Don't know if this location is being "managed"- it does not have the cool factor or professionalism in other Chipotle locations. There is this new latin girl. Portion sizes much smaller than other Chipotle locations. I asked for a half steak/half barbacoa and the woman serving me made several attempts at picking the smallest possible amount of meat. My spouse and I were fans of Chipotle until recently. The last two times we went there to eat, we found our food saltier than usual. They seem to have increased the amount of salt drastically over the last couple of years. We probably won't be coming back to this location in Doylestown. It is a real shame.
