I have been a customer of this chipotle since 2012. So happy to see it has survived so many year including covid years. This is a big spacious store, lots of tables to dine-in. Mostly the store is kept clean and condominium section is kept stocked up. I always have had good service at this store. All the staff have been courteous and helpful. Both in person and online orders have been prepared correctly. Over the years I have had chicken, honey chicken, steak, carne asada with guacamole, lettuce, rice, veggies as the sides. Ambience Music was extremely loud... I tried Brisket tacos (3 pcs). Flour tortillas were cold, not even warm... cold! Brisket was so, so good ! Guacamole was great. Customer service was flat.... Ordered a chicken bowl with all the toppings but there is less than 5 bits of chicken in this bowl and there not even full pieces just bits and pieces like it's the end of the bowl. Went in person to get my bowls remade and met with attitude by Denise whom seems to be the manager. After an argument she remakes the bowls. I get home to see the same thing. A bowl full of rice and veggies with barely any meat. Never had this experience in other locations but here it's a regular occurrence and they claimed they're being watched. All chipotle's are about the same in food thing is in this chipotle I felt like the food doesn't go as fast so it feels like the meat and other ingredients feel and taste dry, plus the girl at the counter had a little attitude to makes matters better. I can't way say enough good things about Chipotle. Every time I go here I get great service from the employees behind the counter. It's rare that you get a genuine smile from fast food workers, so Chipotle must be doing something right. I stopped in yesterday to pick up lunch for myself and some co-workers. I was surprised to see they have a new addition to the menu: vegetarian meat!! I got the soft tacos stuffed with all my desired toppings, and rushed back to try the new tofu filling. It was freaking awesome, and for only $6.55 it hit the spot without hitting my wallet too hard. I love that chipotle is widening their horizons to include non-meat protein alternatives, and are refusing to use GMO products. In my mind they're way ahead of other fast food chains. As a newbie to this place, I was a bit confused on the order process and the menu. I also had a very large order for a house party. The employees, quite a number of them behind the counter, were not very helpful at all. In fact, they were annoyed for my "ineptness" and really tried to rush us. As result, our order were broken down into 4 separate "preparations" done by 3 different people. They let the other customers go in between so they can get served right the way when they came it Nice thought to other customers but a disaster for me - and a chaotic scene at the place (no one really know what they are doing). At one point, they gave the wrong bags to us (and to one other customer). Also, they put the Taco orders on the bottom of the bowl orders, and tried to squeeze everything into 4 bags. When we got back, the Taco orders were all crushed. The sauce from the burritos soaked through the foil into the bottom of the bags, and all the food wrapping were soaking wet (as the plastic sauces jars were crushed). The food actually tasted good even they look and felt terrible. I felt ripped off as I spent a fairly sizable sum of money - and the stuff that I got was packaged poorly and the staff (especially the cashier girl who probably thought that we created too much trouble / business for them) and treated us badly. btw.. My first time at this location and second time eating at Chipotle. I ordered the burrito bowl with sofritas (vegan "meat" made of tofu) and guacamole (extra cost if you also get sofritas). I got the brown rice, black beans, seasoned peppers, sofritas, and guac. Came to $8. It was absolutely delicious and was enough food for two meals. I wasn't heading home anytime soon, so I ate the whole thing. I wasn't hungry again until 7pm. I ate this meal at 11am. There are sliced lemons and tabasco sauces by the silverware area. I would recommend this place -- the bathroom was clean, restaurant is clean, servers friendly and make small talk with you. read more

This chipotle is easily the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I live in town so it is typically the go to but I just can not stand it anymore. NOT ONCE in a year and a half of living here have they gotten the order correct. I always order a salad, they alway forget the vinaigrette. When I asked today if it was in the bag when I picked up (because delivery just can not be trusted) they rudely asked "no???well did you want it? " IT COMES WITH SALAD ALWAYS and I selected it on the app when ordering. Then I get home and the $2.90 addition of Guac I paid for was not in my salad. Chipotle corporate ended up giving a free meal when I complained. I do not typically do that but after a year and a half of wrong orders I was done. also orders are NEVER ready on time and they leave them behind the counter instead of on the shelf and you have to shout for someone to come over and help rather than seeing you standing there and asking the name for your order. My experience was terrible!!! The customer service there is nonexistent!!!! I placed an online app via the app for pickup at 8:30pm. I arrived at 8:32pm. There was a person ahead of me who was also waiting for an online order. No acknowledgement. No please we will be right with you. NOTHING. The finally packaged her order after I was waiting 10 mins. 2 young (white) men walked in, waited approximately 5 mins and go their food ahead of me. I ONLY ORDERED A BURITO! Finally the one lady saw my face and asked for my name. When I told her I noticed that my burito had been SITTING THERE! She handed it to me and said NOTHING. Unacceptable service. Slow service. Terrible management (Farris and Odette). This location is Restauranteur? No way. There were two managers on shift during my 40 minute visit on 1/3/2022. I ordered with my steak bowl, burrito, chips and blackberry Izzy. There were maybe 5 people ahead of me with one or two entrees ordered max. No large orders. 40 minutes for 5 customers? Unacceptable. It was clear that there were not enough workers on shift, which I do not directly fault the managers. We are in a time where many stores are understaffed. However, I saw, at one point, three workers on online orders at one point. There was one worker on the restaurant line. At that point, the issue was not being understaffed. Instead the issue is a matter of poor priorities. It was also clear (as day) that the worker was new and absolutely doing her best, but she was falling short in how she wrapped burritos and timeliness. She had great customer service and did exactly as well as I would expect newer workers to handle an incredibly difficult situation that their management put them in. I appreciated her doing her best while everyone else was having a great time and she had to take orders, change out the salsa and tortilla side, at one point she had no rice so she went to the back to get some herself (leaving no one on the line). I noticed this and watched management just let it happen. Unacceptable. I KNOW very well that It's hard to manage online and in person demands. When I asked the manager, Odette (sp) why we were having to watch 2-3 people fulfill online orders while they were willing to throw ONE worker on the line she said "we're understaffed." I asked her directly if she could at least help get the line down while the other 2 workers completed online orders and she said "sure". Howevr, she never jumped on the line until I left. I literally finished my order and then, and only then, did she help her employee. It was disgusting. I requested managerial support on the line from a second manager, Farris (sp) and he said that they were understaffed which was already clear. When you are understaffed your priorities are even more important. Farris told me that YES it was policy to have 2-3 people working on online orders and one person on the line when there is a significant line. In fact, Farris went back and forth with me to explain that they were understaffed so he would not take anyone off of online orders to help the new worker on the line. The worker on the line should not have had to change out food, get rice from the back and try to get the line down alone. If that is how workers are treated then there is NO wonder the location is always hiring and understaffed. The people on line shouldn't be treated that way. It's unacceptable. I will reiterate that the worker on line and the cashier were really kind and gracious although their managers were willing to take the very very easy way out. It's disappointing to see their poor choice in priorities play out that way. I'll add, not that it matters now that I'm a customer, but I worked as a kitchen and service manager with Chipotle for three years. I have been understaffed more times than I care to discuss. Even still, my priorities and values are the same whether I had a 13 person shift or a 6 person shift. I know that there should NEVER be a time when no one is on the line. That's one thing I saw because managers let her work alone. Keeping the line moving should always be a priority. Those two managers could have knocked the line down in10 minutes or less and then jumped back to the other demands. I've done it so many times before in stores that were not restauranteur. If this is a standard in a restauranteur store then I am shocked at how far standards have fallen. In the future, managers should not throw new people to the wolves, priorities should be clear and managers should honor kind and reasonable requests from customers without avoiding accountability (like Odette did with me). This incident alone should not discount restauranteur status but I left feeling like this is a common occurrence and that alone should discount that designation. THIS CHIPOTLE..... I used to ONLY have good things to say about this place. My order was usually on point, whether I ordered it there or online, or through their neat app. However they lost a star because of their rude employees at night. Hey, I get it. I too used to work in the sort of restaurant business. It's almost closing time yet the line of people isn't shrinking. There were a few people ahead of us... those of you that have had chipotle before knows.. you watch them put all the goodies in everyone's bowl.. just so you can imagine how good it's going to be in a few moments when you take those bites The few people ahead had HEAVY portions of meat. I was soooo excited for my meal. I ordered 2 steak bowls(MY FAV.) The first bowl had a .. regular amount of meat.. not as much as the people in front, but eh can't complain.. The steak bin was almost empty & I saw a brand new one ready behind her so I just patiently waited and ordered the next bowl. She put a measly 4 pieces of DRIED steak bits on the bowl and pushed it on. I contemplated on asking for more, but had a feeling she was going to charge me for extra steak. After that.. The new bin was loaded.. and the people behind us got their hefty portions of meat...... Perhaps it was the worker's friends.. in front of us or behind us.. Or perhaps it had to do what i looked like. All in all, it has lead me to believe that some of the worker's are are a bit on the prejudice side. I prefer to order online now. I have been a loyal customer at Chipotle for years, going as far as taking advantage of their fundraisers - but they just lost my business. I ordered a steak burrito today while they were in the midst of cutting up more meat to refill the tray, so my server filled a small cup with steak from the cutting board, after which I went happily on my way. When I took my first bite, I found myself chewing on mouthful of raw meat. I took a few piece out of my burrito and tried to cut it in half with my plastic utensil with no success because it was just that raw. I had to use a steak knife to cut apart the raw cubes in my burrito so I could take a picture for my very first Yelp review. I did call the restaurant to complain and was told that Chipotle cooks meat to medium. When I told the employee that my meat was simply raw and completely inedible, he proceeded to tell me that he was watching the manager eat the steak at that very moment. I highly doubted that. Then I requested refund and was told I had to drive my receipt all the way back to the store. Really? I now feel sick and will never be returning to Chipotle again, an establishment that does not know how to cook meat or deal with serious customer complaints. read more

I come here almost every Friday because its close to work and the bank for me to go and cash my check. I usually go around noon and its almost always packed with a line out the door. I can see why because chipotle is just delicious! After waiting in that line once I discovered the online ordering where you pick exactly what you want and its hot and ready for you upon your arrival time that you choose. Its awesome getting to cut the entire line so definitely utilize this one guys. Im a big fan of the burrito bowl that i get with barbacoa, white rice, pinto beans, lettuce , corn salsa, sour cream , and a hell of alot of cheese! I like to use the chips as my fork =) This chipotle is very nice and clean inside with plenty of seating and a huge parking lot . Service is always quick and friendly. This place is a gold mine. The girl puts a very little bit of lettuce in the bowl, I ask for more and she rolled her eyes at me. She Scoops Up 3 pieces of lettuce extra. I'm not exaggerating, 3 pre cut pieces of lettuce, than tosses the bowl to the next girl. I proceeded to order a small quesadilla. Another girl takes the quesadilla and slam dunks it into my bag. I had to repeat my order for different times through this entire process, because everyone was too busy yelling and joking with each other. I pay, and the girl hands me my credit card not even looking at me. Yet holding the credit card and receipt in my face still talking to her friend behind her. Since we live 5 minutes away, my wife and I always order from here...online. Which is the point I'm trying to make here. Food is still good, but the route 4 location is slightly better. When you walk in, it is quite loud. They've been open a few months and you can get a sense that the workers here don't have their act together. Some are more attentive than others and I couldn't figure out who was running the line. I will say that the cashier was very polite and courteous. I know it was a saturday at 8pm, but the place was a dump. Dirty tables everywhere, napkins and debris all over the floor in the dining area, but worst of all the kitchen area, which is viewable from the seating area, was the worst - food on the floor, gloves, napkins, etc. Look, I worked in a restaurant before and I know it can get crazy especially when you're in the weeds. But perception is reality - when eating in a place that is unclean or that doesn't provide a clean dining area, customers won't enjoy their meal as much. And the reason in giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is still good (despite the tidiness of the restaurant) and more importantly you're able to place your order for pickup on Chipotle's website. So this location is close to my workplace and I stopped in for lunch on different occasions. At times I would do orders for just myself and other times with groups of 5 or 6. Ambiance: Simple, clean, lots of parking, and convenient. Usually I order and go but when i do choose to sit and eat its good. Service: The servers are quick. Some are more generous then others. There are times when I do several orders and they mess up. So speak clearly lol Food: This is what gets this place 4 stars. When I want Mexican food that's quick and easy i come here. I usually get the burrito bowl because you get a massive plate of food for under $10. I don't get what the hype is about.. I haven't been to a chipotle in a very long time and this visit reminded me why that was... I only went because I had a BOGO and got 2 burritos, exactly the same, kept it simple. Steak, black beans, rice, and everything BUT the sour cream. Easy enough... except the guy still put sour cream on my burrito and knew exactly what he did wrong as soon as he put that glob of fat on my burrito. He looked at me, I look at him... Are they going to make a new one? After a bit of hesitation, my stomach made the decision for me. I told him it's fine, just leave it on, i wanna eat! and then some other guy, coworker or something, came over and did some damage control and scooped the sour cream off and added more of the other toppings. Eh, works for me. I pay, I leave, I go to eat and the meat to rice ratio is awful.. Mostly all rice, barely any meat. So disappointing. It was filling nonetheless but not in a good way. The franchise has descent food. However this resturant/fast-food was problematic. Yesterday 3/30 the staff were all African American. Very prejudice and seem to have a borderline personality disorder. Over that the prior customer was also AA. Her meal came out to catch my eye. So I chose the same thing for my fiancé and I. However because I wasn't black she served me half the amount. I told her this was prejudice and your treating me unjust. As I walked out many of the customers noticed and left as well. The staff don't care and their is never a manager. If there was they did not make themselves known and refused to help. I suggest new staff with an older supervisor to teach them and not be biased. I usually go to the Chipotle in Paramus, but due to the fact that i didn't wanna get stuck in rush hour traffic, i came here. Big mistake!! So, i had a post-it of what my sister wanted and the chick behind the glass took it from me. It clearly said: -BOWL -BROWN RICE -CHICKEN -BLACK BEANS -MILD SALSA -EXTRA LETTUCE -SOUR CREAM When she scooped the rice onto the bowl, it was only a little bit.. they're cheap with EVERYTHING in this location.. drove back home & when my sis opened the bowl, she asked if they ran out of beans because the chick forgot to put em.. she said there was A LITTLE bit of everything besides the beans.. didnt get extra lettuce.. she said it was almost empty.
