I have always enjoyed Chipotle! The food is fresh and delicious. The portions are enough to make two meals on or to share with someone else. The tortilla chips and guacamole are delicious! The line goes pretty quick even when they are busy. The price is very reasonable as well. My kids enjoy the kids meals and I like knowing what they are eating is good for them. read more

I had a great experience at our local Chipotle earlier this week! I was immediately greeted with friendly service and it lasted the entire way down the line. EXCELLENT, from start to finish - even if the line is backed up past the front door, it's worth the wait. The food is non-GMO (with the exception of the tortillas and chips), freshly prepared, and purchased from local farmers...not to mention absolutely delish! The price is reasonable, and it's unlikely you can finish in one sitting - so it really equals out to two meals. We visit once or twice a week (seriously, it's that good). Good management, and very friendly employees who seem to genuinely enjoy working for the company. I highly recommend watching the documentary on Chipotle and Steve Ells (founder). They are always out of something. Today it was chips again. I'm done eating here. The service is always extremely slow and the meats are sometimes really chewy and old. Also, teach your employees how to roll a burrito so they don't fall apart when people eat them. read more

First trip here. Just went because Moe's was closed for remodeling. This place pales in comparison to Moe's. I got half the amount of food that they give me at Moe's, but it cost $2.50 more! And no chips included! No great salsas included! Guacamole is extra! And very few toppings to choose from. And what's with the weird fake wood looking bathroom structure that takes up almost half of the place? The whole experience was just odd. I probably won't be returning. read more

The food is really good here, and the staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. However, when it is very busy they seem to become swamped. On two occasions, I have waited in line for over 40 minutes to order. Chipotle is not "fast food," and I don't expect to be in and out of a fast casual restaurant in under 5 minutes. But when the wait is this long, the convenience aspect is very diminished. At some point I start to think I would've had my food by now had I gone to a traditional, sit-down restaurant. I pre ordered two burritos at 7:00 pm with a pickup time of 7:30pm. I arrived at 7:34 to pickup my order and the guy behind the counter said "ugh, it's only 7:30." Hahaha okay, that was the pickup time. But we continued to wait for our pre paid order until nearly 8 pm while they worked their line down. The food wasn't good enough for $25 and nearly an hour wait time start to finish. We had two steak burritos with chips and watched them work through their whole line before receiving our pre paid order. read more

I love Chipotle and was traveling through this area (from Chicago) and decided to stop in for lunch last week. Not only was the food as delicious as I expected, the staff was terrific too. Even though it was lunch rush, I don't think you could find a happier staff who worked smoothly and efficiently to make sure we got our orders just right. I know it's the top rated hispanic fast food chain in the country as of now and is supposed to be very healthy and natural, but to me it was very bland. I may have to give it a second try but my first impression wasn't that great of food. The staff was very friendly and great about helping me order for the first time. read more
