This chipotle location is very clean and the customer service was great . The bowl was super good .

One star is too many. Consistently poor service. Items are incorrect or missing. I have been to this location several times using the drive-up window. Almost every time people just walk by the window and I have to beep to get their attention. Most time the workers are just chatting with each other or on their phones. The orders have consistently been wrong, ranging from forgetting a side of salsa to completely wrong meals (no protein, wrong protein, burrito instead of tacos, etc.) Reaching out to customer service gets you a 'reward' but not a refund so you can at least get the next incorrect item for free. read more

Gave them another try today and decided on the build your own meal which serves 4-6. We received a pretty large container of chicken, rice and beans it served about 6-8. The meal comes with 3 sides of your choice, and cheese,lettuce plus 2 large bag of chips and 8 tortilla shells. My order was ready when ainarrived at the chipotlane, the employee at the windows was very nice. Overall great food and service today. read more

I wish this could be about the food, but it's not. I went in there the evening of 6/12 with my two kids to grab dinner. Upon walking up to the counter to order, the three workers there all kind of scattered and walked away, going behind various areas hidden from sight. Approximately a minute later, one worker did came back out, but just wandered aimless for a few seconds before tending to cooking food. A second worker came out shortly thereafter, walked towards the register, then turned back around and walked away. The slowest service ever when you place an order online ahead of time and you expect to be able to arrive at this food location and have your order ready and paid for so all you have to do is pick it up...yeah that does not happen at this place at all. This location is beyond hopeless. They're consistently out of basic ingredients, and corporate has ignored every complaint I've filed. I walked in today only to be greeted with, "We don't have half our menu items right now." The workers here clearly don't care - they're not special or unique compared to staff at other Chipotle locations that actually prioritize feeding their communities. This Chipotle needs to be closed! I recently saw this new Chipotle near my block and I wanted to try. I got my usual order and ordered my burrito bowl. First of all, they didn't even add my guacamole or corn when I ordered online. Second, when I decided to order in the place, the portion sizes are so small! I decided to give this place one last try, and I was disgusted. I ordered online again and they got everything right. But when I took some bites, I SAW A BUG IN MY FOOD! It's too many people looking for a job to have wait times in excess of 30 plus minutes after your order is scheduled to be ready. The food is already cooked. Not only did we end up having to go inside, since no one would address the drive through window, we still had to wait. We come home and find our order incomplete and inaccurate as they prepared the order in the back of the store and not in front. However the level of incompetency is astounding but I guess it matches the rude staff. Do not spend your money at this location it is not worth the headache. read more

Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to me but I will continue to make the drive to Oak Lawn or Beverly. When we walked up to the establishment there was a gentleman who was sitting outside on the curb scrolling on his phone. We walked in, and were not greeted at all. Everything was either low or completely empty. The same gentleman who was sitting outside on the curb miraculously appeared behind the counter to flirt with a woman in front of me. He must be of some higher ranking because he gave her free food and said "you don't have to charge her for this" to the girl behind the counter. After sitting down and attempting to enjoy my bowl, I noticed that there were periods of absolutely NO ONE behind the counter. There were spills all around their very sticky floors, tables were not clean, and the pitchers of tea & lemonade were empty. What caught me most by surprise was that the gentleman who was sitting outside came back inside yet again with the COOK who still had his apron on. I immediately lost my appetite. We wrapped up our things while hearing them tell every customer who walked in "We're out of chipotle chicken, fajitas, and pinto beans!". All the while, if they hadn't been away from the floor, things could've been made for customers to order. This location should be either shut down or ran by new management because that was a complete joke. While on our way out, the SAME GUY was sitting outside on the curb AGAIN with his shoes kicked off and scrolling on his phone. All while the patio area next to him had seats tipped over, the tables were sticky, and there were cups and forks all over. Every time I come here, they are out of food. Every single time. The time before they were out of lettuce and cheese. Last time they had meat remnants. This time the same thing, just enough meat that should've finished if the previous patron. I won't be coming here anymore. This location has been open long enough to have their act together. I was completely baffled with my experience, I was attempting to get a burrito but instead I was rationed to the amount of steak I wanted and when I asked for some extra, it was still a small amount of steak. Not only was I unhappy about that but then my price jumped to a whopping $18. I know It's a new location but the help we're fighting amongst each other, guac had chunks of pepper and cilantro in it, some of the things they were scraping the bottom of the bowls, nobody filling anything, chips way too salty couldn't eat them. Worst chipotle service ever. There suppose to open at 10:45am and they saw me standing in front of there door at 11am watching me trying to open the door. They did nothing. We had an athletic event and our team almost always dines at Chipotle after away matches. This location closes at 10pm. and we arrived at 8:30 to find the door to the dining room be locked and for those able to get it, the entire dining room to be cleaned up. No drinks available, no utensils, and the workers said they did not have enough food to feed our team and hour and a half before closing. read more
