Im just done with this location which is unfortunate because its closest to my home. Today is the last straw...ordered chicken/rice bowl for my son. Its the only thing i ordered...ordered online. I went with my husband and son to chipotle for lunch. When we ordered the food, the serving girl told me that the veggie ran out and we need to wait. Once I said ok, the male 'manager' started dumping the veggies to the griddle and started cooking. In the mean time a long line passed by. My son already finished his salad bowl and they finally finished the cooking, however the veggies that were cooked were already used in for online orders per the manager, so he started cooking the veggies again while in the meanwhile our food that was left in the open in the line for a long time and was getting cold. I requested the manager to give us fresh food as we will have to wait even longer for the veggies. The manager 'named Justin' without any explanation grabbed our food and dumped it in the trash and told us he is done serving us. I told him I would like to talk to the manager and said this is not how to do business. He told me that he was the manager and he has no supervisor. He didn't even know that we had already paid for the food that he threw away. He told us that we have 30 seconds to either get a refund or he will call the police if we don't leave. We went there many times and we are great customers. I can't believe he treat the shop like his own and how to run the business. I will call the corporate and complain to BBB until I get an answer from them. This guy definitely doesn't fit the position there. I had done it online anyway but there were a bunch of very unhappy people showing up and walking out angry. I went again today against my better judgement. You know a place Is bad when you have to play the "which part of my order is out of stock" every time you visit the location. I've lived all over the country, and this is easily the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I've seen the business owner comment in here, to which I say dude, you've gotta look in the mirror and figure out what's going on, I don't think you can even call this a chipotle it's so poorly run. Like how on earth does a CHIPOTLE not have quac made? If it was a one off situation I'd understand, but it's a fairly frequent issue at your restaurant. I worked in high volume restaurants when I was younger, every time I walk in it's nowhere near busy enough to justify how in the weeds your employees are. I'm not sure if this is just laziness, or not having the tools they need. But there is a major issue that needs addressing. Maybe sell the restaurant to someone better equipped? This Chipotle struggles! On multiple occasions, they would run out of ingredients at prime eating times. For example, I've come to that store during lunch time, right at noon, and they told me they did not have peppers and onions. I was a vegetarian at the time, so choices are already limited so I ended up leaving the store, given this was second time they didn't have ingredients and claimed that none were prepped. I usually grab food for my family when I eat out, and below is a picture of a Keto "bowl". There is barely any food in there. And for my family member that is Keto, that's a snack not a near $10 meal. There needs to be consistency and the amount of food needs to match the price. I've written to corporate about this location, but I think they get away with this kind of behavior because that's all we have! I ordered for pickup ETA 6:10pm and my food wasn't ready until 6:27pm. After getting home I realized both of the kids meals were missing the carne asada (which is an extra cost) and one of them was missing the queso blanco. To make matters worse, I ordered a bowl with extra carne asada and it came with less meat than the other (normal serving) bowl that I ordered. This is the absolute WORST chipotle I have ever been too. EVER!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Seriously! My brother and I came to grab food after being at the car dealership all night. We stopped in around 8:25pm and there were no customers in line. I walked up to the counter and asked the girl could I try the sofritas while my brother ordered the burrito. She gave me a sample and it was decent. A little spicy. I told her I wanted a burrito and then I asked her about the peppers and onions and she said they didn't have any. Umm excuse me? That's what I usually order because I don't eat meat. I decided to go with the sofritas because that was my only choice besides just rice and beans. One girl was wiping the counter and kept wiping near the food. Like girl wipe the counter once the food is moved down. Don't wipe near peoples food. My brother asked for lettuce on his burrito and the cashier went to go grab a container and dropped it on the trash and had the nerve to pick it out and was about to bring it to use. We looked at her and then the other girl told her to grab a new one. The girl making our food couldn't not wrap the burritos. She kept ripping the tortilla. She didn't even rewrap my brother she just folded it in the foil. She ripped mine and I gave her a look so she went to wrap it again. A line started to form and it was like 5 people in line by this point and everyone else was standing around. The manager kept walking back and forth not helping and the other girl kept wiping the counter. Omg they need to get it together or close. A bunch of young people who don't know what they are doing. The manager looked young too, they are all laughing and standing instead of working and obviously need some actual management and organization. Never again. Went in to order a burrito and the store only allows "web based orders". There was 6 of standing around trying to make our cellphones order food. I can't stress how much of a turnoff this was. Due to cellphone ordering or staff not reading slip right I didn't get my preferred sauce on my burrito. Just let me order a burrito from a person or I won't come back - which is a shame - because the food is fine. If you need web based ordering, run that through a separate kitchen/setup/whatever. This chipotle is a disaster. Today they had a handwritten sigh on the door announcing that they are only doing "online orders". They refused to talk to customers and turned people away. It makes no sense, especially for a chain restaurant where customers expect a consistent experience. This franchise location needs help! It's poorly managed and clearly suffering from staffing shortages. I love chipotle but the last few times I have visited this location they have either been out of ingredients or unable to keep up with orders or had untrained staff. They are falling apart. Avaco-don't get me started with this Chipotle! Staff did not inform mobile order customers on whether or not a certain ingredient (in our case, guacamole) that was ordered ran out. We picked up a mobile order, drove home, and found no guacamole in our bowls. You have guac to be kidding me! Normally we don't have bad experiences with Chipotle in general but this is unacceptable. We ended up being charged for guacamole with no guacamole. We then drove back (R.I.P our gas) only for them to explain that they ran out of guacamole, which was why it was absent in our bowls. Staff was able to remedy the situation by offering us an extra portion of any ingredient, to which we accepted.
