I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am with this particular McDonald's. They're always messing up my order and when I return to have it corrected they'll still mess it up. It's only a mile from my place of business and I was a frequent flyer there. I haven't returned since my last visit and have no intention of ever returning. read more

We have several times received the wrong order (i.e. been overcharged for the full meal when I requested only the main menu item, etc.) at this location. This most recent time the order was correct, however, the OJ we received was not juice at all, not even as concentrated as orange 'drink' was at best watery, visibly thin, and the cup was only about 3/4 filled, an inch or so below the top. read more

Went to this McDonald's today what an experience. I ordered a plain quarter pounder and asked the gentleman to make sure it was plain no cheese and no ketchu, etc. he responded yes that's correct. Got up to the window checked it and it had cheese. She said it's the way it comes. told me to park on the side abd I went in made me a bee one this time it had no cheese but had ketchu, etc. then the guy is arguing with me like it's my fault. wow. Why is a newly stamped Yelp Elite (YAY!) writing a review of a McDonalds? Well, it has nothing to do with the food. In fact, I didn't even eat there, but I had to stop somewhere to use the bathroom after shopping at Downington Coins and Stamps, so I went here, which is at the intersection of Rte 100 and Swedesford Road. I've never seen a McDonalds quite like it. The first thing I noticed was the walnut-like finish all over, then the decorative waterfall thingy in the very clean dining area, which had tables and seats and cozy booths that were much more upscale than expected. The bathroom was pretty nice, and the kids play area was the clincher. It was entirely enclosed along with an extra seating area, and featured not only those tube things, but an air hockey table as well. Basically, this place was the most upscale McD's I've ever seen, and considering that they don't have to bother, I walked away impressed. Maybe I'll try the food someday, who knows. read more

I stopped here around 10-11P last night after Wendy's was closed. The gentleman greeted me on the drive thru speaker and asked me to order at the window. When I got there, he said he was short staffed, but wanted to take care of the rest of his customers that night even if it was closing time. Food was hot, gave me a large drink instead of a medium, and was pleasant, something that has been hard to come by in the past year. Great job here sir. read more

This is the only McDonald's location where all of my food came out fresh and hot . I ordered burgers, fish sandwich, fries , mcnuggets and hot coffee , everything came out HOT as if you were eating in your own kitchen. We did wait a bit in the parking lot but it was so worth it . You never really have any expectations for fast food places but this place did a really good job ! read more

I'm very annoyed at how terrible this McDonald's customer service was. My friend and I came into the building asking to use the bathroom quick. We were complying to covid rules and wearing masks, also we were planning to buy food from them in the drive thru. As we entered, we were sternly talked to by a manager who was NOT wearing a mask at all. So we left and decided to get food anyways. As we went through the drive thru, we were completely neglected and they would not take our order. We then drove past the service windows and there were no employees there to help. We decided to drive away, and to our surprise the car behind us got full service... :( In conclusion, do not eat at this Mcdonalds because they clearly have no regard for basic human needs and do not care about their customers. read more

I came to this McDonald's with no expectations. I am visiting the area and want to try the new limited time spicy chicken McNuggets. The drive-through weight was short, and the service seems safe, friendly, and exceeded my expectations for what a McDonald's usually has to offer. When I received my food which included one small fry spicy, 20 spicy chicken nuggets, and one lemonade slushy, everything tasted fresh and felt like it was made to order. When I ordered in the drive-through, I also requested some extra sauces- six, in total. I received all of the sauces with no questioning or complaints by the staff. All things considered, this was a wonderful McDonald's experience and I highly recommend this place and staff to anyone looking for a friendly delicious dining experience. read more

Today 04/09/19 my daughter requested we order take-out at this McDonalds, which turned out to be a huge mistake! It began when our order took almost 25 minutes to be prepared. As I approached the counter to inquire about our order, I noticed a female employee preparing sandwiches without wearing gloves. (Grabbing buns, cheese, meat). Subsequently, I requested an employee (older woman) whom wore a different color shirt than the others to ensure an employee wear gloves when preparing my order. The older woman became annoyed then spoke in Spanish to the woman making the food to wear gloves in which she complied. At this time nearly 20 mins has passed before our order was prepared. When dining at McDonalds, most people know the "fries" are the most important part of the meal. The older woman filled both large container fries with the remaining fries that sat in the queue which weren't hot. Then she place fresh hot fries in the queue. I subsequently requested our order contain the fresh fries beings though we waited over 20 mins to have our order prepared. The older woman yelled out "OH MY GOD!" At this point I stated to her "we waited for over 20 mins for fast food, the least you could do is place fresh fries in our order". As she walked away, an employee name Eric walked up to me and apologized for the older woman's actions. The look on his face showed signs of embarrassment. He subsequently stated "she's an angry person". I kindly thanked him and left the restaurant in disbelief. It should be noted that this isn't an isolated event. My daughter and I was served by this older woman before and she had the same nasty attitude our previous visit which I just took as her having a bad day. Eric stating that she's an angry person solidified that our previous visit wasn't and isolated event. As we arrived home, my daughter replayed the entire visit to her mother and grandparents, all were disgusted. I will be sending a letter to the regional & store manager. read more

Such a disappointment. We rarely eat McDonald's because of the health risk, but on top of this incident I think we are done for a while. They neglected to give us our complete order at the drive thru, and we didn't realize until we got home. I went back to to inform them of the issue and the manager "Jake" was rude and inconsiderate and tried to blame me for the mistake. Maybe the worst customer service experience I've had in a while. To the owners, maybe some training for Jake will go a long way to helping. read more

This McDonald's has always been 100% on point... But my review today is because of above and beyond excellence in my latest visit... Got married on Saturday and traveled home to Exton in separate cars with my wife and she requested a quick stop at McDonald's for a late night snack sent obviously things have been hectic... The drive-through worker saw roses in my car and said "oh man coming from a hot date or going to one?" and I told him I got married yesterday and he seemed legitimately and genuinely happy for me and said "this is on me..." And he came back out and said there's two cookies for a small dessert... whatta guy, what great service. This is how you keep a great business great. read more

I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup and a medium fry. When I started eating the fries, I noticed the first bite didn't seem like it had any salt. So I ate another bite to see it it was the whole container missing salt or just the first bite. After the second bite I could tell it was the whole container. Then I opened up my burger to find that it had ketchup on it, even though the receipt says no ketchup. I'm allergic to tomatoes so had I bitten into the burger without checking first this could have caused a severe reaction. So I went back into the restaurant to ask for a new burger. While I was at the counter I mentioned to the girl that the fries didn't have any salt. She rips the bag out of my hand, pulls the fries out (some had fallen into the bag on the way into the building from the car) and says "You already ate half of these". At this point I was a little taken aback by her attitude, but I just responded that I had to eat some of the fries to know they had no salt. She said "let me ask" and walked away. Then the manager came out. She took the fries out of the bag again, and this time the container was almost empty (more fries had fallen into the bag when the girl and the manager had been moving it around) and she looked at me and said "You already ate all the fries." I again responded that I wouldn't have know the fries had no salt if I hadn't tasted them. It struck me that they were being so rude when all I had done was let them know the fries didn't have salt. I would've been happy with just the fries I had having salt put on them. But instead of offering that or offering any solution to the issue the women just rudely accused me of eating all the fries when in reality they were lying at the bottom of the bag. By this time my new burger was ready, so I told the manager (I believe her name was Lupe?) That I wasn't really concerned with the fries. She handed me my burger and began to throw the bag with the fries (my original fries, that I had payed for) in the trash. I asked her for them back. She walked away and I asked the crew member for her name. She said "I'm not giving that to you, I'm not the manager." So I asked for the manager's name and she walked away calling her. Five minutes later the manager still hadn't walked out, so I left. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I was appalled by how rude and unhelpful these women were being. This was completely unacceptable for a company that preaches good customer service and I would like to see this issue taken care of. read more

Not been here for awhile. Food is typical McDonalds, nothing special. We came in around 8:00 on a Saturday night. Not crowded, but looked as if it had been. Overflowing trash cans, dirty tables everywhere, and the bar where you get ketchup, straws, etc. was filthy. Won't be coming back. read more

in mid-December 2017, I came here with my grandchildren, ordered came to the pick up window after paying, and the order was incorrect. I had received our drinks, and out of no where the employee who was taking orders at that time, yelled and said your order was correct I was to get out of HIS drive through. I said, I will wait for our food and he said NO you are not, and proceeded to have an employee give me my money back, which was in his hand. I was told to leave because HIS drive thru line was getting unmanageable. I wanted to speak to the manager but he said that is who he was. I had no choice but to leave. After a couple days, I received a call from the Manager of the store, apologizing, who told me that the so called manager that day was a shift manager. I was wondering why he didn't have the shift manager call and apologize. I have gone there for years, but no more, that was embarrassing and rude. read more
