I love this location. The food is always excellent tasting. The "Chipotlane" (for mobile orders) was a smart move-you drive up to a window to grab your mobile order and do not have to go inside. I tried it out for the first time today and think it's super cool. I have never encountered a rude employee-actually it is the complete opposite-every time I have gone in, I am smiled at. It really makes a difference to me when the employees seem happy to be there :D. I love having a Chipotle in Fairport, love the food, and enjoy the service! Great job guys read more

Frustrated with my experience last night. I tried to call ahead to confirm the location would be open. Of course there is no way to speak to an actual person, they just have an awful AI Automated System which would not connect me to an actual person no matter what I said. I check the app to see if they are open. The location says open until 10pm and the app was allowing an order to be placed. I didn't place an order but the option was there. We get there and are walking up behind a woman who gets to the doors first. Tries to open them and it's locked. She asks us to try to see if maybe it was her. Nope the doors are locked. We see workers and customers inside. No signage indicating the location is closed. I knock and ask to speak to someone as the hours listed say 10pm. Two employees come to the side door. They let us know they closed because they are running out of everything and the manager said to close. The one man was fine in how he communicated but the woman was incredibly rude and dismissive. I tried to say it would be helpful to update information or turn off ordering to indicate they are closed. she was very rude and cutting me off every time I tried to speak. A waste of gas and time. I will not attempt to come here again because based on my experience and other reviews they do not seem to be able to handle their volume of customers and are always running out of stuff. Terrible service. This chipotle should be shut down for how it is operating. After waiting for a 30 minutes in the car with my dog who is mentally disabled and can not sit still for that long, we decided to go inside and get the food that way because wtf is this??? When we got in there was. a line and they were very slow. They had no intent of serving us and I will never come back here again. This location is horrific. Absolutely horrific. They are always out of rice. How is that possible? It's a staple in all the food you serve. They are almost always out of chicken. Once when I visited around 7 and they were out of chicken I ask how long it would take for the chicken to be ready. The response? "Nah, we done cooking for tonight. It's out" On my latest visit, I was made to feel like an inconvenience and cursed at. This location is horrible. A week later thought i would try again. This was a mistake. The door says opens at 1045 am. I arrived at 1050 am and was told it would be five minutes. Twenty minutes later they made my order and successfully got it wrong using steak instead of the ordered chicken. The guy making the bowl was nice enough to catch it but said there was no chicken ready yet (1121am). So i gave the wrong steak bowl to a nearby Door-dash delivery person while waiting for the chicken to be done. He seemed to appreciate it. This update will be continued once the chicken becomes available. Ok 1128am and the chicken arrived on the bowl and it was completed. The staff person making my bowl was engaging and nice and seemed apologetic. He even checked in with me a little later. Paying for my order was told they would not accept cash. Cards only. A sign scrawled and taped to the door noted this. I asked her why they didn't accept cash and she shrugged her shoulders and said "I dont know thats just what they tell me" I took the food to eat on at one of their aluminum covered benches that look more a laboratory furnishing than anything suitable for dining. It's probably easy to clean. The food was about the same pretty flavorful, with an uncooked bean or stone, gristle left on the chicken again. I really appreciated the Tabasco condiments. All in all this has been a disappointment and I dont think I will be returning. There was a time where people would debate where Chipotle ranked in the Tex Mex food spectrum. But there are now other fast casual places in the area that have more consistent and better quality food and service and I think the debate has been settled. read more

There is no Team effort to help out or clean up. I would say this place is poorly managed and all the adults have gone home. Went on a Wednesday around 2:30 long line that was not moving. Left to run an errand and came back 20 minutes later and the line was the same. Only one person working the front of house. She was super nice but obviously being taken advantage by the employer and fellow employees. She went back and forth from the tortillas to the register continually changing gloves and keeping a smile while every other employee ignored the long line, dirty prep area and filthy tables. Around 3 pm other young employees began to arrive to clock in and chat among themselves rather the opening their eyes to see the boat was sinking. What a disaster at this location. My wife and I live literally a 5 min WALK from this Fairport location and we LOVE Chipotle...We'd eat there 2-3 times a week if we could...we moved close by recently and we're so excited that this Chipotle was so close! What a terrible disappointment this location is! It's another story every time we go! Examples: Out of chicken on multiple days we've gone....Another time No cash can only pay with card ( I had to negotiate to get my burrito bowl because I only had a $20 and $10 and 2 $1 dollar bills!) ....Go there on a Saturday at 7 and there's a sign that says they're closed!......Go there and it's shut down because someone threw up on the grill (really!) .....Went there last night to a sign that says "we are out of Brown and White rice" ...That was the last straw that prompted me to write this review....I'm sure I've forgotten some examples and we've only frequented this location for 9 months ....I've often joked with my wife that I'll apply as a manager there and I could probably work Part Time and STILL turn the place around because the place is horrendous....I mean it's not Cheesecake factory....There are literally 15 -20 items you need to have in stock and working! My goodness people...I literally WANT to spend my money there and you make it very difficult...To my fellow patrons ....Head to the Victor location and save yourself time and aggravation(even if it's farther away from you!)...Then maybe the management will turn over and we can have a Well stocked, efficient Chipotle in Fairport! read more

I ordered off the app for the added convenience and pick up with their incredibly efficient pickup drivethru lane. Ordered at 7 pm, was given a pickup time of 7:20 pm. I got in the line at 7:23. I picked up my food at 8:10. For those of you reading this that aren't great at math. That means I sat in a "drive-thru" for 50 minutes. I'm confused why I would be given a time of 7:20 pick up if it wasn't going to be ready till after 8:10? Why are there 2 workers out back casually smoking cigs when you have a line of 6 cars that takes 1 hour to get through. Most pathetic thing I've ever seen. Were they short staffed? Nope they had minimum 6 people working. The topper was I was handed my food without 1/2 of my order. Was my order large? Nope a bowl with chips and guac. Missing the chips and guac. Was there an apology? Nope was there any mention of a reason for the wait? Nope Forget the food portions, the customer service is the biggest part that's taken a hit. 1 star and even that I feel is too high. read more

I don't go out often so when I do, I always hope to get a great meal. I went to chipotle in Fairport and was so disappointed! Aside from having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to make steak for my steak burrito it was so overly seasoned I could barely eat it. It was too spicy and I can't eat spicy. Then I bought a large bag of the chips (which they have just had sitting in a brown paper bag!) and they were stale and oversalted! So disappointed!!! Don't go there - even the refried beans and such that they had sitting out, looked dried up and unappetizing! I checked out at 4:30. You would think that although they made the steak just fresh and one other mix fresh they would have made everything look fresh and inviting, but they did not. (they could've atleast stirred things up to make them look more presentable) I ate half of the steak burrito picked through it. What a waste of money! read more

Ordered pickup, cold food, chips are so stale. I keep trying but its a fail everytime.

After getting my meal, go to get hot sauce, napkins and a fork, the self-service area was messy with food and spilled drinks. Seating at a table that was an adventure to find one without food trays and food scraps. The floors were equally messy. After eating I noticed the door glass hadn't been cleaned either. With the dinner and entrance areas being so messy, wonder what goes on behind the counter with food prep. read more

Really nice Chipotle location!! I came here today for lunch with my mom and had a great experience. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. This spot seems to be pretty new as I had to add this business listing, but everything ran very smoothly and the food was super yummy and fresh! We will be back here in the future. read more

Ordered in Farmington NY for 22 people ( grandaughter's Birthday Party). Ordered the burritos with chicken, beef and all the fixins. When it was delivered we discovered there weren't ANY burritos. Immediately called the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They offered a price reduction but I had 22 hungry guests to feed.
