My order was ready right when I got there (always a win), everything was fresh, and they got the order exactly right. Only downside... if you're planning to eat there, bring a jacket. A disgrace. Such a mess. The food was all over the place, spilling outside the containers. The employees looked exhausted, constantly scraping the bottoms of the trays. The juice containers were dried up, and the garbage bins were overflowing. I genuinely feel sorry for the customers who ordered online. There's always something wrong when I go to this location. Last night, 3/12/2022 I went in and the food line looked so empty, and they refused to put out anymore food even though they were not closing for another hour and a half. I rarely eat Chipotle at any location. In fact, it's been at least 5 years since I had it. I decided to grab lunch at Chipotle because I had a reward discount and this location was on the way. Well, I won't be again. There are other places that make burrito bowls worth enjoying. First off, only card or exact change. Ok. Then due to equipment problems, no chips served at this location. There goes my guac! Anyhow, I ordered a burrito bowl. I wanted chicken. The girl says we're running low on chicken. Blank stare. I'm like okayy. So y'all ain't got nothing else?? She gives me their new Pollo Asado. Literally 2 secs later someone refills the container with regular chicken. Wth! You could have just asked someone how long for chicken. So they add some regular chicken on top. I proceed to add all the toppings and another girl asked if I had double chicken. No! You ain't about to charge me extra because the guy who refilled the chicken container gave me more of what I initially wanted from jump. Bad enough they charged me for that bland Pollo Asado chicken. I love this location because it's steps away from work and the preppers are nicer than before. There's one woman... older woman, that doesn't allow you to get your $4 worth of extra meat. She acts as if I'm asking her for the krabby patty recipe or something. I always go in trying to make eye contact with the other workers there in hopes that I'll get them, but it's always THIS ONE LADY. NO ONE ELSE MAKES MEALS LIKE SHE DOES!! Then when you ask for more, she cuts her eyes at you like you're the devil's spawn. Two of my coworkers were there before and we all heard each other ask for more when this woman made our plates. Service was appalling. Let me start with the store closes at 11pm. I went to the chipotle in Farmingdale NY. And the girl that added the fixings was one of the nastiest servers I have had in a minute. I asked for a little bit of Peco, and little bit of hot sauce and extra cheese. Her responds was "I have to save some for other customers". And I was willing to pay for it note I didn't ask for extra anything else that I wasn't willing to pay for (extra Guc). They had 2 more hours to go. This location is convenient bc it's in the same parking structure as Walmart. What ever happened to the customer is always right. I will never visit that location again! This location could use improvements as far as service and sticking to the standards of Chipotle. The food is always fresh but there have been times in the past where I had to wait for chicken to finish cooking. When visiting a big chain like Chipotle, you expect your food to be prepared quickly so you can get your food and go. When they run out of food, they take away from the "fast-food" experience. Ever since they came out with the app, I only place my order on the app and skip the line. Win win. The lines can be long if you come during the lunch or dinner rush so this is great if you want to get in and get out. If you order a kids meal to go, I would recommend opening up the carton and checking to make sure everything is there. Literally every single time I order a kids meal, something is missing. Another issue I constantly have at this location is the flavor of the chips. They're either doused in salt or lime and they're inconsistent. I wish they'd keep up with the times and offer a rewards program. I spend probably around $100 every month and they don't reward your loyalty the way Moe's does. read more

Now I remember! Hubby never tried Chipotle and so we headed over for lunch. He had the burrito and I 2 soft tacos. Food was just ok but a bit pricey for what you get in my opinion. Also wasn't thrilled with how the serve the tacos side by side so the juices ooze out on each other making it messier to eat. I've been to a Chipotle in the city several yrs ago during peak of their hype. Wasn't impressed then and this last visit reminded me why after going that one time I haven't been back again till my hubby wanted to try. There are not too many seats, but it looked like take out was very common there too with a special line to pick up a called in order.
