horrible last night (may 13) I was having trouble with the app, last night I got to the drive through at 9:36 and they close at 10. they were out of a lot of items on the menu and by time I could changed my order in it was 9:47 and they told me they can't accept my order anymore Because they stop taking orders at 9:45. The worst service! I sat there for 15 min before anyone helped me. The woman at the register just walked away and started talking to people and it sat empty for 15min while food was piling up. I asked one employee if she could check me out, she was VERY rude. She said that the person at the register had to help me- even though there wasn't anyone there! She said it wasn't her job. I only needed a gift card. The only person busting their butt off was a guy named Zeb (I think that's what he said). Retrain your employees, Chipotle and give Zeb a raise. read more

It goes deeper than just customers leaving a mess on the tables, from the tables, floors, bathroom, windows and doors nothing was clean. No ice in the pop machine. No longer can they use Covid as an excuse. Purposely avoided this newer store since my last review in Jan 2021 expecting them to improve and meet the "Normal" level of performance as all other Chipotles. Took my family here last week and did not use the app as that never has worked out at this location. This is our first time at this location in over a year and if it is possible, it has gotten worse. As we are ordering our food, you see the appearance of the rice. beans, and meats along with the add on's (cheese, sauces, lettuce) all look bad. You can see meats, rice's, and beans are mixed with one another in the pans. The sour cream has other ingredients floating on top, over all it is very un kept and concerning. The majority of the staff look like un-feeling robots with zero interaction with their customers. We paid for our food and could not find a clean place to sit- the majority of the tables were open and all were extremally dirty - clearly not wiped down in hours. This was around 3pm and there was no lines of people to order. It appeared they had plenty of staff - you could see a lot of laughing, socializing behind the counter but no one working other then the ones making orders at the food area counter. The drive through did not seem to busy either. In the dining area, multiple windows have food smeared on them- I am sure this is from immature customers but wouldn't a manager want to have a clean restaurant? Where is the ownership? Going on 2 plus years of horrible reviews on Yelp and Google- maybe time to close the doors and let another franchise try it. read more

We have about a 10% success rate with this location. They don't know the difference between Corn and Flour tortillas. Almost every one of our orders through Chipoltle Lane with corn tortillas has been flour tortillas. Today I had to wait 3-4 minutes for the white rice. I watch as one of the workers was dishing up the rice from the big vat and she see kept grabbing a handful and squeezing trying to determine how done they were (my expectations were lowered at this point) she walked away and another worker came and got some rice and added the other ingredients like cilantro. And when I ate, the rice was way under cooked. The owners of this store must be the worst Chipotle owners of any store. Worst Chipotle in the Twin Cities. Orders are never correct, food is always cold and the service is terrible. The owners should be embarrassed. The only reason I keep ordering is because this is the only one I can get door dash delivery. Otherwise I need to drive to WBL and pick up myself. I love Chipotle and was super excited for this location to open. Yes, it opened during the corona but they're still doing online order and curbside pickup so YAY!.. or NOT. The online order app was on zzzz (asleep, not taking orders) when we got there at 7:45. We were assured it would be back online at 8pm because they were catching up after a crazy dinner rush.. or 8:15.. or 8:30. We finally went and picked up 'other food' and decided to eat it in the chipotle parking lot so we could watch the drama unfold. Car after car drove into the parking lot and was assured by a 'guy at the door' that they'd be taking orders very soon. Car after car waited and ultimately drove away with no chipotle. The app stayed 'asleep', no food came out, and cars went away hungry while the restaurant had in excess of 8 employees inside. What a total fail. read more

This place is absolutely gross!!!! Dirty!! The person behind the counter had gloves on, gave the person ahead of us change and then put that same hand in to the lettuce bin to top our food. This is so wrong!! I will never ever go into this place again, and will tell everyone I know to not go there. How can you employ people like this. They acted like they hated being there. Terrible service. As I was sitting eating, somehow all of the doors locked. I got up twice to let guests in and informed the staff all the doors were locked. Nobody cared. One female was on her phone listening to music and another shrugged his shoulders. This is my first review ever. I literally made a longing just to write this it was that bad. I normally just don't go back if it's not good. I think people need to be deterred from this place. It is absolutely disgusting. Trash all over the floors, all of the meat was burnt, extremely slow service, and food debris all over every part of the stations and even all over the cashiers counter. Most of the bins of food were all empty. I watched a worker walk to the back room to get cheese four times while I was in line. Staff seems uneducated on how to properly make traditional Chipotle guacamole. Mine had quarter sized raw onions and cilantro in it as well as stale chips. I've done walk in and online order/door dash and never had a problem. Food has always been fine. They seem to move too fast and miss small details (ie ordered a few large queso and a side of salsa and chips yet ended up with only one small bag of chips), otherwise I haven't had a problem. read more

I love Chipotle but this location is really bad, they are always closing early due to being short staffed, and they are constantly running out of product leaving you with limited choices. The poor kids that work here don't seem to have any direction from any kind of management and you can tell they are exhausted from apologising to customers about absolutely everything. Ordered online for a 12:00 pickup and was sent around the drive through 3 times before my food was ready at 12:10. My rice and meat was mildly warm and by the time I finished eating it was cold. If 0 stars were a thing that's what I'd rate. There were two employees that spoke the the guest for the in person shelf pick up. Only 2 people talked to 2 customers twice while i waited in line for a refund. I waited over 45 min, with no help from anyone in the store my husband finally reached them over the phone to get our refund. Finally an employee answered and I watched her write down our info and put it behind the register, not even giving it to a manager or anyone. So we left. Super unhappy with the service and lack of communication. I will eagerly be waiting for my refund hoping to hear from anyone from this store soon. save yourself a lot of time by not dining here. We are almost a year into Covid so that is no longer a valid excuse for poor service. 2nd time in a row where I put in an online order for pick up at the pick up window and the order wasn't even started when I got to the window 2 minutes after the pick up time that THEY GAVE ME. So I was asked to pull into a pick up spot beside other vehicles that had apparently fell upon the same fate as I had. Nearly 15 minutes later my food was delivered to me. Hi all, ordered food for my wife and in through the App at 530pm sitting outside the restaurant. Very few cars around the building at the time. Picked up my order, was concerned that the bag felt light. Opened the items at home and found that my burrito bowl was missing the cheese, both salsas, the sour cream and the guacamole. Called store and picked up new burritos bowl. The order was put in the wrong size bag so when I got home, all the ingredients were smooshed to one end of the bowl and stuck to the lid. We also found when I got home for the second time that the red salsa for the chips I ordered was less than half full. read more

I literally ordered for pickup while sitting in the parking lot and chose the fastest pick up time (15 min) at 8pm on the dot I pulled up to the drive thru and was told someone else had already picked up my order. No apology. I was then told they would remake the order and to pull into a designated parking space. 10 minutes later food was brought out to my car. No apology.
