I hate that my hometown has a Chipotle, but I have to drive to another location to get good food and service. I gave them 1 more chance, and they totally tanked it. Went in and ordered 2 bowls to take home. The meat was not even chopped up, I got a hunk of meat right in the center of my bowl. The employee working the beginning of the line had no care in the world for customers. I have never seen anyone make more of a mess putting rice and beans on any order- didn't even drain the beans. The person that puts the salsas and other stuff on, just slapping it all on, getting food all over. The entire station that they make your food on had not been properly wiped in hours, it was disgusting. I expect a line at Chipotle, but I don't expect to wait 15 minutes from the time my food is ready to the time I pay- cmon! Get home and the bowl with fajita veggies added, the veggies were literally still frozen- smh. They will always make money because of the name Chipotle, but seriously, if you saw how they interact with customers, and how absolutely filthy their store is, you would never go there. Absolutely terrible. We waited nearly an hour for delivery. Food came and it was barely warm. That aside, the burrito bowl and burrito were full of rice. Barely detectable amount of meat or cheese. About 6 pieces of shredded lettuce and tiny amounts of other toppings. No flavor due to the fact the items were all rice. I will NEVER go to this particular store again. read more

Ordered online. Was handed wrong order when we arrived. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times. No one ever answered. Frustrating.

I ordered 2 orders from this chipotle and when I called them on the phone to see if my orders were ready, (calling ahead of time because I know they're very slow) I received a very impatient rude person on the line who wouldn't go check if my order was ready because she was "busy". She couldn't spell the name order right and gave me an attitude when she asked me to rephrase about the 10th time what the name order was. She said she never received my order and asked me if I had received an email. I didn't receive any type of email but my card was already charged for both the orders. They said I would had to purchase everything again if I wanted my order and that my money would be refunded later. Which I didn't understand because I just wanted my order to be made since I already purchased online! It would had been easier to not refund my money back and just make my order. I wouldn't be as upset as I am if the person I was speaking to wasn't so impatient and rude. If online ordering is a problem, they need to fix it and find new staffs! Train your employees better!! We ordered food via their app. Set a pickup time for 5:45. Arrived at 5:40, didn't get our food till 6:20. Cold. Unique times yes, but we have routinely ordered food from other restaurants in the area. We've always got our food within 5 minutes of the promised time. Not here. read more

Worst location ever. Don't waste your time. Even when they are fully staffed they sit around talking to each other while the drive thru pick up line is wrapped around the entire building. It's as if chipotle management decided not to give a **** about this location and let's it run wild. The employees could not be more clueless. How the f are you going to ignore the huge line at the PRE ORDERED PICK UP WINDOW??? They act like you don't even exist. Once you finally get up to the window, 20-40 minutes past your pick up time, guess what?! Your order isn't even ready. Drive to the vadnais heights location. You'll get there and back before you even move in the line at this location. Honestly this location should just be shut down if they won't do anything about it. Every time I've tried this place, usually months in between, it's absolute horseshit. Inside or pick up window, your order won't be ready. You will be waiting for up to an hour no matter what. Seriously, drive to any other location and you'll get back to your house before they would be even close to ready with your order. Oh, didn't even mention how your order will most likely be wrong too. Want hard shells? That sucks. They'll give you soft. You don't want corn? Too bad. Very disappointing. The dining room was filthy... not one clean table. The staff were unfriendly (almost rude) and made us feel like we shouldn't even be there ordering food. Better yet... as I adjusted my mask... so I could talk without eating it, I was rudely informed, "And by the way, I can hear you just fine through your mask, if you could wear it the right way, that'd be great." Clearly, loves his job?!? My mouth and nose were completely covered. So, so, so uncalled for. Finally, when we asked for hot sauce (as the sign instructed) we were told they didn't have any. Lazy? Or out of hot sauces? At least the food was good. My daughter even commented that the chips were the best ever! If I could do zero stars I would. I went to the drive thru to pick up an order my daughter did online. There were 3-4 cars ahead of me. Twenty-five minutes later I finally pull up to the window. They completely ignored me for about 5 more minutes at which time I decided I would need to go inside if I was going to get anyone's attention. Several employees casually walked by the window many times. I even waved my arms like "hello?" - there is no way they didn't see me. The car in front of me also sat there for over 5 minutes and nobody opened the window. By now it is after 6 pm and the order was to be ready at 530. When I went inside the order was sitting there, right on the shelf next to the drive thru window. It was stunning to me they ignored each car in the drive through for about 10 minutes each. I told the woman I've been in the drive thru line for a half hour. Blank stare. Couldn't have cared less. Everyone was excited Chipotle was coming to town but just save yourself the aggravation and don't go there. On previous visits they messed up the order. Do not order from this place. We ordered and was told it would be delivered at 6:15. Got a call at 7:15 saying it would be another hour and it would be better if we canceled our order and it would take a week to get our money back. Then they delivered it ice cold. This place sucks. read more

Terrible service, food was equally terrible. Pulled up to get my online order. The girl came out the door and said "Online orders only!" Not "Hi, are you here to pick up an online order?" I stated I had ordered online. She proceeded to tell me I needed to wait in my car. That's all fine and dandy....How is one suppose to know that? I did not attempt to go inside, I was simply reading the signs. Her attitude is going to chase customers away. Now as far as the food..... small portions compared to any other Chipotle I've ever been to. Which is at minimum once a week. Steak was 50% grizzle and almost impossible to chew. Finally to top things off no fork or napkins in the bag. Glad I just paid for a bowl I had to eat with chips. There are essential workers who are eating on the go and don't have utensils available at their employer. My excitement for Chipotle in Forest Lake just disintegrated. read more

On the website it says open till 10pm. I got here at 7:45pm and they closed the store down and closed the online order option because they were busy from previous orders/dinner rush. They said they needed to catch up and would reopen in 15 minutes at 8pm. I ended up waiting for over an hour until they finally said online orders were up and available again. Even though they said the online order option was open and working again, it was still shut down and the doors of the store were still locked. I've been to many Chipotles in my life because I am a "Chipotle Enthusiast" and they have never closed down the online orders or locked the doors because they were busy from a previous dinner rush. Instead of having employees stand outside and tell people they are temporarily shut down, have them be on the inside preparing food for the next rush. Very disappointed in the service. If zero stars was an option they would be getting -15 stars. read more
