I don't like to leave bad reviews but when you've order from a location so many time and always get a bad outcome it deserves one. This chipotle is always doing the bare minimum, (at least when it comes to DoorDash). Anytime we get a DoorDash of food from this location it is horrible. First off, we ordered a large chip and it was the same amount in the small bag! (It's $5 more!!). Secondly the bowl we received with carnitas was disgusting. The whole carnitas part was just fat and completely inedible. Then I asked for sour scream (which I expected a dollop), there was so much sour cream I have to remove quite a bit. I ordered a burrito last night and ate it. I woke up this morning and threw up twice and I'm pretty sure I got a stomach virus now. So there are two possibilities. 1. The food preps/cooks do not wash their hands after using the bathrooms, or they use their gloves for any task ultimately defeating the whole purpose of wearing gloves. 2. This chipotle has gone downhill fast. Last 4 times I've been, the food has just sucked. Chicken is overcooked and filled with pieces of fat. The rice is undercooked and crunchy with full pieces of cilantro. Either way to much salt or none. The guacamole is brown and made it with overly ripe avocados. I wish I could give zero stars. Walked in with my wife and daughter to grab dinner. Please was empty and all the employees were in the back chatting. They even looked out a few times and then continued to ignore us. It was finally when more people came that they decided they should actually work. 7 lazy employees. All the food bins were empty or looked disgusting. After I watched the girl slap together my daughter's bowl, I decided to pass. Probably one of the better Chipotles' in the region. I've been to this location three times within the last week and the quality of the food has been consistent. We usually aren't a fan of Chipotle, we would have chosen Moe's over Chipotle but with Moe's quality declining rapidly, we picked Chipotle. The first time this week was so damn good that we keep coming back. I've never seen the tomato salsa so red before in any Chipotle. It was extremely fresh and I love the bigger portions of rice they serve. They truly don't skimp out. As for da rotation and COVID-19 precautions, they're on their game. The restaurant is never full and every other table is blocked off. I personally saw them sanitizing the tables after every use, usage of gloves and masks as well. Highly recommend! Ignoring that the food wasn't ready on time for a mobile order and that it was never put in the mobile pickup area... I was very disappointed in my order today. The photo shows three tacos... in there somewhere. It took a lot of digging, but I was able to separate them eventually. The cold ingredients were hot and the meat, particularly, was room temp at best. We had to clean our own table because the seating areas were disgusting. I placed an order online, to be ready for pickup at 8pm. I happened to arrive at 7:58pm and was able to watch my order being prepared. OMG! The girl preparing my order moved so sloooow, she showed zero lack of motivation and urgency. At 8:05pm she placed my order on the To-Go pickup shelf, I checked the bag verified it was my order, and said the order has a drink with it. She said huhhhh? "Yeah I getting it!" Obviously she was not, she wanted to chit-chat with her coworker's. She then proceeded to sloooowly move behind the register area for a cup and handed it to me. What was terribly shocking was how filthy the whole restaurant was!!! It was so filthy I actually took pictures. I understand resturant can get slammed at times, (remember this was 8pm) once the resturant slows down all staff needs to kick it up, restock and clean up! Trash was literally flowing out of the trash cans on to the floor! All tables were filthy, the specialty juice container's were empty, napkins, drink lids, napkins were strewn around and then there was a hand-made sign, saying "Sorry out of straws!" Management and motivation of staff was certainly lacking this Saturday night. I'm wondering who is running this resturant and corporation to let it go into such shambles.
