Great service from the counter help. I never understand why people wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru line when they can order on the app and run in and pick it up faster. There was no line inside, and it was very easy to make substitutions to the order. I tried the new Pimento Cheese Chicken sandwich with substitutions. I wanted it with a spicy chicken filet and pickles instead of the pickled jalapeños and no honey drizzle. The Pimento Cheese was very close to how I make it. (not too sweet) The sandwich was a little messy but really yummy. The sandwich was hot when served, and the Pimento Cheese was still a little cold, which was perfect. As usual, the waffle fries are perfect, and I asked for the Buffalo sauce for dipping. They offer free refill on the sodas, which is served from behind the counter. I hope they keep this promotional item on the menu! Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. I tried talking to the staff multiple times and got completely ignored. We waited around 20 minutes just to get our food, and when it finally came out, they forgot the straws, forks, and sauce for our meals. This Chickfila every single time has exceptional service, staff is extremely respectful and professional, and any picky request is cheerfully fufilled. To top it off, I had a bad experience with an uber eats driver who picked up my order but forgot my drinks. Despite this not being their fault at all, they included a coupon for a free sandwich. Just extremely thoughtful and nowadays it is impossible to find a resturaunt where they treat you like a neighbor. The parking lot is kind of small, especially for the amount of traffic they get for it being a Chick-Fil-A but that doesn't stop them from delivering quick and delicious food. We stopped in when I was very hungry on a belated, traffic jamb filled road trip on I-75. I got a chicken filet with no bun to tide me over and they delivered. Had no issues the first time using the app for catering but this time was a miss and my team and I were left disappointed. The catering order included box nuggets, chicken sandwiches and spicy chicken. I asked for an also paid for additional sauces of which none were in the bag. The boxes lunches had no check mark of what was included in the box so we had to open each one to be sure. This caused heartache for my team by not having any chick filet sauce for our nuggets and sandwiches. Attempted to call the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. We were arrived and went to the pick up area and it took about ten minutes before anyone greeted us and the only reason was that the lady was trying to give someone their order. Just not a great experience this time around. My associate called later and finally they answered and took the information down and a Mike was suppose to call us back and never did. This isn't a great way to resolve the issues with no follow up. I spent over $200 bucks and I would expect better customer service with This company. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by Chik Fil A. This is the first time I've ever been to one. The food was beyond edible. It was actually good. At least the salad was. The salad was $8. Usually Chick-fil-A is friendly, but when we walked in today, this tall guy named B. needed a lesson in hospitality. It felt like he was talking down to you!! He had No smile and didn't say "my pleasure". And my friend said something with a soft voice, but instead of his saying excuse me he said "what??" If he doesn't like this job, he needs to go somewhere else. I will not be coming to this one anymore. I tried to go through the drive-through recently, and it is set up so ridiculously. I pulled in to the drive-through No one was behind me and I frove thru what appeared to be an opening. The girl taking orders said "I'll have to ask you to go all the way around." I wasn't Understanding what she was saying. Terrible experience on both occasions that I've dined here. I tried ordering a veggie wrap, which is just chicken wrap without the chicken, but they got the order wrong 3 times! The only item on the menu I really get is the Spicy Southwest Salad and I modify it to no tomatoes, extra corn, extra tortilla strips and two avocado lime ranches. Beware of the corn salsa bean mixture because it does contain jalepenos and it's very spicy when you're not expecting it. I love it and I'll keep getting it forever. read more

No chicken sandwich is loaded with as much baggage as the ones at Chik-fil-A. But, Obama help me, I loved my meal from Chick-fil-A. Embarassingly, I realized how deep my misconceptions of Chick-fil-A were embedded in my subconcious when I entered the restaurant. "Would they realize my political views?" I thought. But the first thing I saw was a table full of gutterpunks, and I realized Chick-fil-A really is no different from any other fast food place. I had a simple chicken sandwich and a chocolate milkshake. The chicken sandwich was simply a piece of fried chicken breast, two slices of pickle, and an admittedly pretty sad white bread bun. But that chicken, oh that chicken. So good. And please note the "milk" in "milkshake." I could tell it was made with ice cream, not some weird prefabricated shake mixture you would get at any other fast food joint. Really, really good. The manager, JAMES, told us he wouldn't be able to do that, even after showing him the receipt, explaining we would even pay for the extra, and rudely handed us 5 sauces after we explained we only got 1 for the THREE orders we had. This time, I was with a Singaporean, a Brit, and a NYC-er leaving Naples out of RSW. Our driver was nice enough to make a stop before getting to the airport. Stopped here before a flight home from the Fort Myers airport - very close to the airport in a large strip mall. Need to use your GPS to follow the directions to the airport, especially if you have a rental car. Awesome chicken, at least half-a-dozen dipping sauces, and the waffle fries are good. We don't have Chick-fil-A in New England so we put this on our list of must-eat places when we head to Florida. Chicken nuggets/strips and the sandwiches are great. I've always been a very huge fan of Chick Fil A, I used to have friends who worked at the location on S Tamiami Trail (41) so I would visit a lot and eat the food all the time. At this location though, every team member is excellent and has a great attitude that you should usually expect in a Chick Fil A! The restaurant is spotless and orders always come out perfect. Huge plus- Once I came with a friend while it was completely pouring and a team member came out with an umbrella to walk us to the door and back to the car after. Very kind gesture. Chick-fil-a always prides themselves in their service and product. I swear this could of been a training facility. Everyone was so pleasant at this location. My husband and I made a quick stop here. He grabbed a coffee, some chicken nuggets, and an ice cream cone. He ordered, while I used the bathroom. It was spotless, and well maintained. Our order was perfected. The manager was very personable. He shared their new iced coffee blended drink with us. He noticed my plastic Starbucks water cup and thought it would interest us. The manager also visited tables while we were dinning. He offered us their A-list membership, but since we were not local he didn't think it would be of interest to us. He was very nice, and I appreciate his kindness and connection with his guests. We will defiantly visit this Chick-fil-a again on road trips. It is a pleasant stop for a quick bite. read more

How do I write a review for a fast food joint when I rarely eat fast food? We were heading down to South Florida when everyone started getting the grumbling tummy. We have the dog in the car so we couldn't go to a sit down restaurant and everyone seemed happy with the choice of Chick-Fil-A. Probably one of the better fast food establishments, dare I look at the nutritional info, but none the less I was happy with my grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle. The waffle fries are good, although I wish they would have given us some ketchup packages. The sweet tea was and tasted fresh and the service was quick. The guys got the classic southern style chicken sandwich with pickles. They say it has to have the pickles to make it complete. Everyone was happy even the dog who managed to quickly grab a waffle fry when one fell out of my container. read more
