Everytime I come the tables are dirty, the floor is disgusting. One of the managers, a white middle aged guy is very nice and always gives nice big portions. There is a younger black manager whom was a bit rude about my service dog. He came up to me and said no pets allowed. I said hes a service dog, and he said he should have on a vest. I told him he is MY service dog, and by federal law he doesn't need to have a vest or any indication he is a service dog. He said ok, but that I needed to stay away from where you order your food. I said no I don't. I am allowed to order my food just like anyone else. If you are going to enforce rules or have staff enforce rules, atleast spend the time to educate yourself on the laws and be polite. read more

This chipotle appears as if it is being ran by a 5 year old. The lady giving me chicken gave me an half scoop and upon request for more insisted I must pay for double chicken. I asked for side vinaigrette and sour cream and they sent me back to the end of the line where I waited another 10 minutes. I wasn't given the chips I ordered and ended up being there for around a half an hour. This is absolutely unacceptable and changes need to be made. Franklin Chipotle is the closest to my home... a 15 minute drive. I place the order online and pick up. My last FOUR pick up orders have been wrong. Completely wrong. Typically another persons order. The bag will say the correct order but when I get home and open it, it's all wrong. I don't usually have time to get back on the road and drive it back to get a new order. The food was smashed into containers, incorrectly labeled. It was cold. If you self Quesadillas then have a container they fit in. What I got was a balled up glob of dough and cheese. I ordered catering this week and I called multiple times throughout the day to confirm they got my online order, but no one ever answered the phone. I finally gave up and stopped in to make sure they had the order before hosting a party. The kid at the register was completely rude and inappropriate. I told him the order could be under my name or my husband Jonathan's and he responded with a smirk "your name's Jonathan?" Then he refused to actually check my order to confirm they had it and instead said again with a smirk in a condescending tone "if you placed it online then we have it." He just completely wasted my time and I left still not knowing if they truly had received my catering order. When my husband went back a couple hours later to pick it up, the same kid was rude to him. He put the boxes out and my husband asked if they were his and he rudely said something like "I don't know is your name really Jonathan and did you place the order?" implying that he was trying to steal someone's order. Then my husband asked if it was ready and he said "obviously both boxes are there," so my husband took them and started to walk out when someone from the kitchen ran out to tell him the order wasn't complete and he had to wait for the fajita veggies. I'm completely disappointed that any establishment would allow someone with disgusting customer service to be at the front of the house around customers. He was rude, condescending, and inappropriate during every interaction. We'll go to Sante Fe Burrito grill down the street next time rather than deal with him again. read more

We always go to the Franklin MA location which is the closest and it's been pretty good untill today @ around 8pm today. I was so unpleasantly surprised with the size of my burrito. Last night I placed an order on the app. I decided to get a steak bowl with double steak, double rice, lettuce and tomato salsa, with NO beans. However when I brought the bowl home it didnt have steak at all. It had barbacoa and was covered with black beans. it was clearly not my order even though on the receipt it still charged me for the price of double steak. So tonight I decided to get my bowl again. I am very disappointed with this place, I used to eat in different Chipotle. Chipotle is a sign of quality and fresh food. And generally always well served ... When I asked the Barbacoa meat, the person I served as a spoon for the kids of 7 years. When I ask to have more(please) "I can do just a little more" ... Anyway. The first time I went to this location I had a chicken bowl and it was actually really good and satisfied me. However the next time I went in and brought some family with me, the 3 of us all ending up getting real sick that night! Ugh! Yuck. My experience was horrible today. The lady making my burrito would ask questions about what I wanted in my burrito and wouldn't listen to my answers. I had to tell her "no because I'm a vegan" 3 times. On the 4the time I said "vegans don't eat dairy or meat so no cheese or sour cream." I totally understand why she was asking but how many times do I have to explain myself? They did not have any peppers or onions on the food line. They did not have lime salt anywhere in sight. The only reason I go back is because my kids love the food but every time I place an online order it is never ready within a half hour of the "ready" time. I'll watch people come in and order and leave and I'm still waiting for my online order. It is beyond infuriating. I've never received an apology or given a gift card to come back.
