Food was awful. There were three of us and it was a resounding disappointment across the board. I ordered the Sierra Chicken without the onions, pepper and sauce. It left very little left. I got barely any chicken and a drop of cheese in a toasted roll. The French fries were over cooked/burnt and way too much salt. Had to wait for fresh coffee and it was not good and was way too strong. The waitress was nice but I had to ask for napkins once our meal was served and then had to flag her down for the bill. She did come by and ask if everything was ok, but never refilled our drinks. Even before we left everyone agreed we wouldn't be back. Lastly the music was too loud. I figured this would be pretty simple, and expected them to be a bit overcooked, which would mean my tips would actually come out closer to medium rare, my preferred temperature. I was correct about my tips coming out medium rare (yay), but oh-so-wrong about there being a functional cook in the kitchen that knows how to cook steak tips. THEY WERE GREY, GREY. Zero char on the outside; barely brown. IT GETS WORSE: it was tough... like well-done tough. Almost as if these tips are pre-browned and then microwaved. I had two whole tips and then I gave up. I will tell you this, the loaded mash was pretty good, they cooked the broccoli perfectly, and my 60lb boxer, Vienna ate better than she has since her birthday back in May. Weekend family outing and we decided to head to the Wrentham premium outlets. While driving up,The Mrs. started talking about pizza, which led to a craving for a deep dish pizza. Location wise, the spot is perfect. It's right off of exit 46 from 495 and about 15 minutes away from the outlets. There is another UNO's that's right at the entrance of the premium outlet, but it being a weekend I was afraid that UNO's would be packed. I'm happy to say that my assumption was correct, as this place was much more quite than that of the Outlet one. The decor and the menu options is very standard fanfare that you get at any other UNO's. However, what's set this place apart and why I believe it's above average from the rest of the standard UNO's is it's service. Right from the start when my family and I came in, we were happily greeted by the hostess. She noticed my little boy and offered a booster seat or high chair and provided a kids menu along with crayons to play with. The service continued with our server, Zachary, who greeted us warmly and made sure to speak to my little guy. We ordered the Chick and Stix off the kids menu (chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks with fries) and a large farmers market, deep dish pizza to share between the Mrs. myself. Zachary was spot on with bringing over our sons meal first, so that we could start feeding him before our pizza came. (any business that's going to focus on my son will always get a positive review for me.) When our pizza came, it was hot, and Zachary made sure to ask where to place it, ensuring, little guy didn't get hurt. With regards to the farmers market pizza, it was delicious. The pizza had a beautiful array of tomatoes, eggplant, onions and pesto. Additionally, the pizza was as cheesy as my dad jokes. I ordered the Arnold Palmer (nonalcoholic) and Zachary was constantly on top of refilling my drink. He checked on us regularly, and absolutely did a great job serving us. The one thing I would say would be that the bathroom was slightly dirty, perhaps they had a rush prior to us coming, and just seemed a little messy. (We did come between the late lunch/ early dinner period) This is a great place to come and grab a delicious hot cheesy pizza, and will definitely make the stop here again when ever we go back out to the premium outlets. read more

I love Uno's, but I don't get to one as often as I would like since I am usually in Boston where the Copley and Kenmore locations are no longer. However, I was in Franklin around lunch time and realized there was one nearby AND I had an offer for a free pizza that was about to expire, so I quickly grabbed my phone and ordered online. Pulled into the curbsite pickup area 10 minutes later and figured I would waste some time online before clicking to let them know I was there, but out of nowhere a nice young guy appeared, asked if I was me and handed me my pizza. Could the day get any better????? Knowing I had about 40 minutes until I got home, I couldn't resist digging in for a few quick bites, and it was perfection. On 02/20/2024 my sister and i had ordered a buffalo chicken cheese pizza a regular cheese pizza and a chicken calzone with a side of ranch for takeout and when I opened the bag they gave me the wrong dressing sauce they gave me blue cheese dressing sauce instead of ranch I had ask for my food wasn't tasty at all it was cold and soggy and the pizza wasn't evening cook all the way and the calzone bread was ripping apart. read more

I just want to give a shout out to this Uno location. Last week I ordered a bunch of food. I ordered online and had it scheduled for a certain time to pick up. Well I got a text from them saying that my food was ready and it was over 30 minutes before I was going to arrive there. I got the food and yes it was bad. Pizza cold, salad wilted from the hot grilled chicken on it for a long time. I filled out the survey online and today I got a call. They received my complaint and called to apologize. They also are refunding my $$ that I spent there. When I told them that I spent it on an AMEX gift card and it can't be refunded they immediately said they will mail me a new gift card. I gave them my address and I should get it in a few days. I am very happy with the result. Mistakes always happen, it is how you handle them is what matters. I was in the food service industry for 20 years and thing happen. I'll definitely be back to give them another chance! read more

Food at Uno's is always fine. Nothing amazing, but not awful either. Prices are in line with most restaurants (but that doesn't mean it's inexpensive). A group of us chose Bellingham Uno's because it was conveniently located for all of us to meet. We had a great time. Zach and Joee were AMAZING. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. They both just made the visit all that much more pleasant. The Manager was also great, but I failed to get her name. We used to go to Uno's in Westboro, but the service is consistently AWFUL there so we decided to try another location. We were thrilled at the level of service we got in Bellingham. Joee was a delight. She was very attentive and prompt with all of our requests. Zach just provided us with nonstop comedy! What a hoot! We all agreed, this is where we will meet from now on for our girls night out. read more

Sat at the bar for a lunch special. Took advantage of the $9.99 pizza and endless soup! Can't beat that deal! Bartender was pleasant, and made a suggestion for a beer when she told me they didn't have Wachusetts Blueberry - whhhaaaaa? That seemed a little odd seeing as it's a local beer! Anyways, her suggestion wasn't for my taste, and I chose an alternative. Chose the Spicy Hawaiian pizza, and had a cup of broccoli cheddar- YUMMMM! And also a cup of Tomato. Both delicious and very hot- PERFECT! Pizza was also very hot and had a lot of heat! The sweet red pepper chili is not subtle, along with the jalapeños- wooohoooo! I wouldn't come back to this location. The hostess was sirly when she appeared and shared that there'd be 15 minute wait. first, when my daughter asked for a kids menu, she was told that she obviously wasn't 10. she was 11, and they wouldn't let her make her own pizza. Then, her friend found a hair in her food, which is gross. Then, her other friend asked if they had apple pay, when the manager said "can't you just venmo or something?" They were also met with a hard time when asking for ranch for her salad. Eyes were rolled at her. Disappointed. to say the least. Covid19 socially distanced indoor dining. Our group had deep dish pizza, gluten free pizza, an app and I had the spaghetti and meatballs. The huz had ordered a chicago classic but on the GF crust. When it arrived the cheese was on top of the tomato like a regular pizza. It did have the sausage on it so it still tasted delicious to him but the ingredients were sort of in the wrong order. This was not a big deal at all as it was devoured. Service was okay but our server did disappear for a long period of time when we were trying to get boxes togo. One note though - not sure if this location had the paper disposable menus at the time (one month ago from this writing), but we werent seated with any. We know you scan or tap the QR code on the table and can order and pay with your phone. The problem was neither his phone on T-Mobile or my phone on AT&T had enough signal inside the restaurant to work. This is not the restaurants fault obviously. UNO is UNO right? Wrong. I just visited the UNO in Wrentham a few months back and walked into honestly a disaster. That location is old and falling apart. The food was fine (honestly, it's pretty difficult for UNO's to screw up their deep-dish pizza... it's the exact same every time I come in, and it keeps me coming back!), but the overall restaurant was just outdated and not nearly as clean as it should be. This location was MUCH MUCH better. This restaurant is clean, modern, spacious, and has ample parking. Service was very attentive, and the pizza was just the same as it always is. If you haven't been to UNO's before, it's definitely a place not to be neglected. Unfortunately, while I hope they last for a while, the future doesn't look all that bright for some locations around... many have closed and the closures seem to continue happening. Hopefully, this is one of the locations to last around a lot longer! Their pizza is just different and thicker than all others. It's more cheesy and filling as well. The menu consists of many other pages as well including thin-crust pizza, burgers, salads, and more. Definitely a place that there is something for everyone. The difference with this location was how much cleaner, more appetizing, and sanitary that it was than the other I recently visited. Located in the Crossroads Shopping Center with Home Depot, Petsmart, Bob's, AC Moore, and other stores along Route 126 in Bellingham. Directly off Exit 18 from I-495. school vacation week, Friday lunch time. came in with a toddler, meeting a friend who had just arrived. upbeat manager and a couple staff members were unloading something at front door, but didn't forget us on our way in, directing us to where my friend was. attentive enough to think my friend who asked for a high chair was the company expecting us. great start! our server James was also very friendly and upbeat; chatted a bit beyond taking orders, very personable. express lunch menu - if i saw correctly, since i was quite distracted - promises ready in 10 min; it was delivered. the "unlimited soup" option has an exception to the rule: if you want French onion, you have to order it (for the cheese, i gather). and bc of that, you get only one bowl, not unlimited supply. other ones that are out in the self-served cauldrons, you're welcome to knock yourself out. i just wish that James had disclosed that insider tip, so it doesn't sound scammy to me. unless my friend had told him that we are repeat customers, so he assumed we'd know. still a fair game overall, though how one can eat more than two bowls in a sitting still escapes me. choosing between the turkey bacon avo and chicken pesto sandwiches; decided on the latter. James repeated the order and got the right stuff, but he kept telling me that it's the turkey bacon, once when it was brought out, again on the takeout box (see pic). not a big deal at all, just comedic, like he's trying to mess with me or something LOL. (j/k, i know he's not doing it on purpose.) but the labeling on doggy bags is a really nice touch; especially unexpected from a chain. the kids meal offerings, on the other hand, were disappointing. in the time and day where child obesity is an epidemic, popular big chains like Unos should bring it upon themselves to promote healthy eating habits. not only they charge you $4.99 for things like Kraft mac & cheese (blech), and cheesy bread at 890 calories a pop (appreciate the full disclosure, though), adding a side -veggies or fruit - would be $1.99 extra. i understand the caveat of eating out, but doesn't mean i have to be cool with this practice. it would be more sensible to price the kids meal at $5.49, even $5.99, with one veggie or fruit included. on a good day, i could get a pound of grapes or two pounds of broccoli for $2. it shouldn't hurt the overhead too much by including a handful in a meal. overall, still a great meal with great service. manager (Carl?) had said upon our entrance that kids meal were free the entire week of vacation, but it appeared on the bill and i had forgotten about it until my friend reminded me. at that point, the table-top device already went to a point of no turn with processing payment. device got stuck in that stage; manager had to charge my card manually. couldn't fill out that survey, so i'm putting my words in here. keep it up, Unos! read more

Been going to this UNO's for quite a few years. We have done their takeout deals which are of great value. Tonight we went back to have pizzas for dinner and we're greeted and served by Lauren H who admitted she was only a month in at this restaurant. She was incredibly attentive and put in a special order pizza for my parents. I work at a local summer camp for kids with special needs and we were in need of a few pizza boxes for a craft and they generously gave me about 10 boxes without blinking an eye! I like Uno's deep dish pizza and my favorite is still the Chicago Classic with their Uno's sauce, cheese and sausage. I've been to this location a number of times and bartenders are friendly. The waitstaff on the other hand are not very friendly and have that "I want to be somewhere else" attitude at least that my impression every time I visit this Uno's. I want to give this three stars for the bartenders but unfortunately I am rating this location two stars because of the waitstaff and the cooks that I see leaving the restroom without washing their hands. read more

Stopped in for weekday lunch with my two kids (10 and 12). Service was fine, but it took over 25 minutes to get the dishes out and that was from when the drinks arrived. My son had chicken alfredo, daughter had wedge salad and french onion soup and I had a wedge salad and a personal classic pizza. The place was not very busy so I don't understand why it took over 30 minutes to get lunch out to us. I recall Uno used to have a 10-minute menu - out in 10 or free. They don't offer that any more. The food was fine - wedge salad was iced cold, bacon was chewy, but the salad was great. Daughter liked the french onion soup and my pizza was great. But the time it took to get out for a weekday lunch (1:30 PM) was way too long. Also, watch out for the drinks - we had an unsweetened ice tea and two lemonades (one raspberry flavored) and the 3 drinks cost almost $10 total. Which made our lunch bill like $52 without tip. All in all, I have had better, faster and less expensive for a weekday lunch. Try elsewhere is my suggestion. read more
