Absolutely disgusting! went through the drive through and ordered the 9 dollar luxe box meal. Me and a friend. My taco was so pre prepared it was soggy and not even lukwarm. It was lukcold. The chicken chalupa supreme meat was cold and tasted off. To be fait the flaming hot burrito was pretty good. Anyway I went in and got them to remake the taco and the chicken chalupa. The remade taco was fine but the chicken chalupa was so bad that I spat it out. I am 100% sure either them meat or sauce is off. Last night [12/14/2024 was an extremely disappointing at the Franklin Taco Bell as: 1. I requested extra napkins, the bag contain no napkins. 2. The 2 Taco Supremes where so loosely wrapped that one fell apart as I pulled it from the bag and is now all over the car floor. 3. I found frozen solid diced tomatos in the tacos 4. There were five people working and no one seemed to notice that I was there - I was the only customer in the store at the time and there were no drive thru cars. When the original Taco Bell down the street in what is now Chipotle closed the area was sent into a depressive down spiral. Having to drive to Woonsocket or Walpole to get cheap fast food tacos was horrible. So when this location opened up it was a god send. This location was amazing......for a while. Was here the other day eating this delicious garbage. I pull up to get my number 10. They ask me. Do you want any sauce? Obviously I want sauce. I said give me a ton of fire, mild and diablo. she said "ill give you all you want" What did they put in my bag? One packet of mild sauce. I noticed this when I was driving out. So I got back in line (dining room was closed at this hour). I said hey you only gave me one packet of sauce for three tacos!. The girl on the other end laughed and said "oh whoopsie" When I pulled up she handed me two more sauce packets. I said "oh I use 2 or three packets per taco". She handed me one more packet. This is not London during the blitz. We don't ration food here. We don't have the Luftwaffe destroying the area. You can give me more sauce. If the dining room was open I could have just went inside and grabbed what I needed. Stop being so cheap taco bell. I ate my tacos. Hard shells were pre crushed and as usually they put the tacos upside down in the bag. Big yikes. Also twice I have been here in the past few months and they have been out of beans or beef. Come on? The Woonsocket location does not suffer from these shortages. Most incompetent service I've ever seen in the fast food industry. This place COMPLETELY messed up my order after reviewing it over with me to confirm everything. This isn't the first time but it is the last time.. I will never go back to this disgrace of a place again. The soda they gave me wasn't even undrinkable. So clearly they can't even maintenance their drink machines correctly. This place used to be good but for the last few years has been absolutely awful.. If you are getting any sizable order.... A very modern location. I went through the drive thru on a Friday night. Very fast and polite service. Food was hot and to Taco Bell standards. Staff provided appropriate utensils and napkins. I would visit this location, there were numerous patrons inside. read more

Do not order here, if you need a taco bell fix, go to Woonsocket or N. Smithfield. They get your order wrong every single time. The internet ordering "doesn't work" even after you pay in full online and it tells you your order is ready for pick up. Then they give your order away to anyone that walks in when it does come up and you have to wait for them to remake the entire thing. They hire rude, incompetent people who have no business dealing with the general public. Loud inappropriate conversations happening behind the counter. I work here, and I have looked at some of the reviews... To the people saying we are rude, I would like to see how we are rude. When I take orders, I always make jokes and try to make people's days better. If you waited too long, I always apologize and give an extra drink or so. However, If we are backed up and have a long line that we have to deal with because we are understaffed, yet YOU still wait in line instead of going elsewhere, do not complain that you waited too long. You had the chance to leave and go to another restaurant or wait until "lunch time" passed. If our lobby is closed (and we always put a paper on both doors if so. Do not try to get us to take your order. We close the lobby to make our food people not feel stressed (and not have you waiting up front). There are times that we close the lobby and people are still inside, some unlock the door and come out from the main door, and we don't realise. So if there is a sign, follow the rules. If you want the store to do better, just get your relatives or children or even yourself to work here! Maybe we wouldn't be understaffed all the time and we could make a change. read more
