I have no idea why I keep coming here. After what seems like a million visits to this location the experience is always the same...really really bad. You would think that at this point management would be actively trying to address the issue of long waiting times due to low staffing and just poor over all customer service. But it remains consistently bad. There is never more than one person on the line despite a line to the door and the cashier is currently engaged on her cell phone and not the growing line. Good luck getting anybody to speak to you other than to take your money. I've watched 4 people already walk out and I'm currently headed to the door. Please do better... We needed to grab a quick bite for dinner and figured this would be a good place to get a bowl. How hard could it be to put some rice beans and meet into a bowl and be on your way right? Was I wrong. The line was wrapped around the room about 15 customers. In roughly 8 minute they were able to serve 4 customers. What was even more disturbing is that we could see there were seven employees working and two of them were just standing there doing absolutely nothing. Maybe I should have asked why but literally they were standing in one spot and one of them was talking on their phone for about 5 minutes. I will say there were two people that looked like they maybe knew what the word hustle meant but other than that it was a nightmare and all the customers were observing in frustration. So, I've written 2 reviews for this location because it's my favorite Mexican fast food. Some people say they hate it but I've loved Chipotle for at least 20 years. So, I write this because I really want this store to get better. First off, when we're in line I hear the manager (I assume he's the manager he was the only working diligently) yell "we need more rice quickly! You gotta keep your ears open when we need more rice." Makes sense to me. Rice is important. And at lunchtime! So this young kid in the back starts laughing and shaking his head and begins to make rice as slow as possible. They obviously have no respect for the manager. Ridiculous. We move up the line and the ladies making the bowls were great. Love 'em! Then we come to the cashier. Oh my gosh. She acted like it was an honor to be in her presence. She bags our stuff and I say "oh we need quac please". To which she responds "next time ask over there not here". Ummm. How about. . . . "Oh, sorry about that let me get that for you." Lastly, I ask for a large drink to which she responds "our ice machine is broken. Yeah, they broke it" and she points to the other line where the drive through associates work at. Fine, if it's broken I get it. Stuff breaks . But why accuse your fellow workers? I noticed that this Chipotle has an overall 1star rating so it's obvious this place needs help. I don't have the answers but I will suggest that your workers really need customer service training. Let me start off by saying I wouldn't touch chipotle again with a 10 foot pole. The food is just OK but the service is so bad that I have never seen anything like this in my life. More over the environment there looks like a bomb went off in there, and several tiny toddler destroyed the place and threw their food everywhere. I've had several bad experiences with chipotle- but it was another location.. so I was very open to giving them a chance again. You might also have a problem with your order and they don't want to refund you. You have to go through their online system or better yet. Try to get somebody on the phone that doesn't answer. That's how I lost out on $100 order I placed in the entire order was completely mixed up between the 7 SIMPLE items. I placed an order tonight to be picked up at 9:10 and I never thought that I would have an experience where I got all the way home after driving 20 minutes each way and finding out that it looks like someone threw my order together, but better yet puts so much of the wrong ingredients. I honestly try to laugh it off, and keep calm, and went back there, asking for help only to be told by teenagers that there was no more white rice, and they were trying to blow it off or have me take another. I nicely said "hey I know this isn't your job where is your manager?" He finally comes out and is possibly 18? And acts as if what's the big deal? I was told the rice would take too long as it was 9:40-9:45 and would be ready at 10:05 (after they closed) The manager asked what was "really" wrong and I showed him and he did not even care. This chipotle is so messy! Food everywhere it shouldn't be. The staff is always arguing with each other while the line is going out the door. If you get here at 8:30 and they are running low on anything they refuse to make more. You're better off driving out of your way to go to a different chipotle. read more

Very disappointing experience. This location has been the least customer focused location I've been to. The workers refused to make eye contact or even show an interest is providing a human touch to the interaction. I ordered 2 meals and a side of chips and guacamole to go. Get home and I swear, I ran out of chips before I got to 50% of the cup of guacamole. And anyone who knows about the cup of guac, knows it goes fast because the cup is so small. As for the meal itself, my wife and I both spent the next two days suffering from digestive issues. Needless to say, we will not be patronizing this location again. Buyer beware. read more

I clearly understand why this location has 1 star. The quality is just horrible and I go back thinking "next time it will be better", still not. It's chipotle, food is the food. Issue is the manager. She was so rude! Kid making more order was very nice. I asked if I could get 2 quesadillas in the kids plate (they give you 2 tortillas in the taco plate, why not 2 in the quesadilla plate? He said "yeah. Wait let me ask my manager." The very rude lady with a long braid said "no. Only one. If she wants 2, she has to buy two kids plates." I say "ok. I'll take an adult quesadilla". She says "no. We can't make those here. We don't have the machine. You have to order it online" What the actual?!?!? You can make a quesadilla if I order online but not in the store? You can make a kid quesadilla while I'm standing there, but not an adult size!!!! Then I tell the nice kid, instead of rice and beans in the kids plate, I just want an extra side of shredded cheese. He accommodates. Rude manager proceeds to yell at him and tell him kids can only have rice and beans. I have never had any of these issues at other chipotles. Ended up leaving since my order was not ready, no biggie, I understand. My suggestion if this location does not have enough staff, have someone offsite handle taking/turning off feature for ordering online if that backed up. Maybe also somewhat cover the kitchen by the pick up order section because everyone upset waiting on orders are just staring at the poor cooks who are trying their best. People waiting on their pick up orders are constantly interrupting them asking status of their order. The energy there feels a little chaotic at times. Kudos to good food though. We were the only ones there at first, and the manager completely ignored us and was talking and joking around with his employees who honestly did not see us because their backs were turned toward us. I use Yelp quite often to gauge the quality of restaurants, but I never write reviews (this is only my second). A place has to really stand out in order for me to bother. And this Chipotle location is exceptionally consistent at being terrible. They are so incredibly driven and clearly trained in this, I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out the managers of this store were putting corporate through an elaborate prank. I love Chipotle. It's a go-to for me. I've eaten there probably 700 times over the years. And it's just my rotten luck that this is the only location I can order from on Uber Eats or Door Dash. The staff is clearly trained to cut corners on delivery orders here. The burritos are so small the wrapped ends of the tortillas end up practically touching each other. They are half the size of what you get in most Chipotle stores. I always get extra steak, and I literally get LESS steak than if I just went with the default option. It's a complete waste of money. This happened three times in a row, so I actually changed my order in a desperate attempt to circumvent their incompetence. I started ordering steak and then doing barbacoa or carnitas as the extra meat. I wanted to actually SEE if they did extra anything... But no. My extra $5 just resulted in a half scoop of one meat and a half scoop of another. It's pathetic. So why am I FINALLY writing a review after giving this location my business multiple times? Because this time I prefaced the order among my family with, "Heck no! We aren't ordering from them again. They are USELESS over Uber or DoorDash. No, no, no!!" In the end, I gave in...and became a prophet at the same time. My step-daughter, who barely eats anything as it is, had to make chicken noodle soup to get full after finishing her $12 Chipotle bowl. She got her normal order which is just chicken, rice, and sour cream. It's the one you see in the photo. It's simple, I know, but at least pad that thing with rice then! That is a photo before ANY food was eaten. This is NOT a joke. The only reason the food is coating the sides is because my step-daughter shakes the bowl up before opening it. I asked her if the bag had been sealed...maybe the delivery guy was starving and went to town on it? Nope. The bag was sealed. THIS is the product they put out. Never again. NEVER again. NEVER!
