Well, after having eaten at this establishment only once before in my entire life, I decided to have it a second time, and man was I disappointed. The staff, specifically "management", is so poorly trained in customer service, that their poor management style is reflected in the awful way their staff interacts with said customers. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am copying and pasting what I wrote in our neighborhood FB page so I don't have to retype it. I have never posted something like this before, but I have sincere questions and hope to get sincere responses. Tonight I went through Chipotle to pick up an order I placed with a pick up time of 8:20. I waited in the drive through at the window watching two young ladies make my order chatting with friends who seemed to be dining in and taking their time. I decided to be patient. There was only one other person at the counter they helped while I was there. At 8:35PM I was upset but decided I wasn't going to be a jerk and when the young lady came to the window she seemed nervous and asked if I wanted a free drink for the wait, with no apology for the wait, but I get it, they're young and probably not trained well. I've seen a lot of posts asking us to be patient. I declined her offer and said I did want her to maybe ask their manager if they could add another 20-30 minutes to the pick up times they normally give us so we wouldn't be waiting like I did. She states that they never go by the time stated on the website. ‍ I thanked her and left feeling frustrated but proud I wasn't a jerk. When I got home it's now 8:45ish I open our bag and at the top of the bag the receipt looks like this (see picture) and the tacos I ordered are half wrapped in foil and spilled over into the bag, everything was sloppily made and our kids meal was half made with drink and chips missing. The bag was just a mess. Food on the containers too. I get it most of the time, but I watched these young ladies and there was no real urgency in getting it made and I would've waited for them to make it neatly and not spilled all in the bag. I was livid, maybe that's being dramatic haha. But I called and the young lady who was at the window answered and I kindly asked if I could get the managers name and speak to them to which her reply was they were not allowed to give the name of their manager to anyone calling in. She could give me her first name which she did and said "I didn't make your food" lol but she insisted I had to drive back to chipotle to see the manager. I asked her to give my name and number to the manager and I would wait for them to call me tonight, she said okay. But I did take the time to explain all the things that were wrong in my very calm and low voice tone. My sincere question after that novel is "who is the Manager for the Chipotle?" Isn't the name usually posted in the restaurant? And is it true they cannot tell us who the Manager of the store is? I don't want to pay for the spilled tacos, and the half done kids meal and the sloppy meals but also don't want to drive it back there. thank you for listening to me complain. I promise I did not yell at anyone's kid. I wouldn't have yelled at an adult either, but very frustrated. The recent burritos we had were sloppily made, with ingredients slapped on haphazardly. Many bites had only one ingredient, all beans or guacamole or rice or queso. Not an enjoyable meal. I go here almost everyday I work for lunch. There's a few employees that are awesome and do well but the new employees over the last year have been terrible. Terrible attitude and my burrito ends up being a tortilla plate since they can't wrap a simple steak and rice burrito. Please implement a burrito wrapping class. I watched the girl scoop steak and then proceed to dump over half of it back into the bin. I might as well have ordered a rice burrito since that's all every bite ends up being. If I'm getting half a scoop or less of my steak I shouldn't be paying $12. This is the only chipotle location that has these issues. Food was cold in both bowls, the tortilla on the side looked like someone waded it up and threw it in tin foil and you could tell it was a old tortilla and it also was cold and crusty. Quacamole tasted flat and was runny. The presentation was awful looked like just thrown together with no concern, all the beans in one spot all the meat in one spot etc etc. just sloppy not appetizing at all. I went in tonight (7pm, june 28th)to get some dinner for my family. It was empty for a Friday night so I expected it to be pretty easy. We spent $80, and the two girls at the counter were nothing but rude. I work in fast food, i get how it is- I assumed they were loaded with online orders or something- but if they were I would have appreciated the warning instead of acting like I was such a burden when there was none in front or behind me. The girl who prepared our bowls was very urgent, and in a hostile rush. They got annoyed when we asked for the receipt, and said it was in the bag, but we never saw it even printed. When we started searching the bag, the cashier muttered something under her breath and then when we were right- she printed it and handed it to us. They didn't say thank you, or anything of the sort. I've been here a couple times and every time the steak has been all fat and gristle. Tonight I asked to make sure that the steak wouldn't be that way, and the staff assured me that it wouldn't be. I get my meal and not only did I spit out ever bite of steak because all of it was either fat or gristle, but the rice was undercooked as well. I got a burrito and it all fell apart as I picked it up. Even though the staff is friendly I would not recommend this place to anyone. This visit was disappointing at best and horrid if I am honest. We had 6 meals we ordered online and zero were edible. The rice and beans were not cooked in any of the food. That was the least of it. I didnt order guacamole on my food, but got it anyway in lieu of the lettuce. The guacamole I scooped to give to my husband, but I got an unpleasant surprise. There was half an avocado, which wouldn't have been bad BUT there were pits included. Avocado pits are toxic and since my meal was covered in guacamole, with pits included, it was completely inedible. My kids meals were full of fatty meats. My hubs meal had such hard and crunchy bits of something that he spent half an hour picking crap out. The veggies, onion in particular, had the outer peel cooked as well. I give 1 star for the prompt refund we got after I called to let them know there were toxic substances in the guac. read more

I've been to several different Chipotle locations, but my experience at this location was the worst of all. Nice clean store, with seemingly many employees, but only one attentive enough to drag herself over to the counter to serve me. Drive-thru was empty, as was the dining area. I was the only person in line at the counter. My double-meat barbacoa bowl didn't have enough meat to fill one of their little salsa cups. The taco store across the street puts more meat in each of their tacos, for about $3. Ripped off! Too bad it's the only location in Green Valley. I guess the rumors I've heard about them cutting back on meat portions is absolutely true. read more

It's been a long time since we have eaten at Chipotle. The wife said she would stop on the way home and pick something up. I asked for the Carnitas bowl. When the wife got home, she said that the lady put very little meat in my bowl. When I removed the cover, I noticed a couple of globs of something sitting on top of the rice. I picked up each glob with my fork and noticed that all I got in my bowl was globs of FAT. I hate fat, so I removed the globs and only had beens and rice to eat. I will never order from Chipotle again. If you want good Carnitas, go across the street to Rigoberto's and get the Carnitas Plate. More than enough meat (not FAT) to feed the both of us. read more

I'm very disappointed with this location's service on a catering order I made. I placed the order on Wednesday for a Friday lunch event. The order was scheduled for pickup at 11am. When I arrived at 10:30 they had expression that looked like they weren't aware of the order. Someone else approached me and told me it was a large order, my response was yes I knew that's why I ordered it several days ago. She told me they were starting on the order and it would be ready by 11am. The order wasn't ready on time. I left with what I thought was the whole order that they carried out and put in my car. I got a call a few minutes later that there was more items and I didn't have the whole order. It took some time to return to the restaurant to get the rest of the order. By the time I had the entire order it was almost 11:30am. This put me 30 minutes behind. What frustrated me the most was they didn't seem to care that they weren't ready on time and let me leave without the whole order. Had I not arrived at 10:30, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have started the order until I arrived at 11am. The restaurant wasn't busy, Cronovirus period, and there were 5 people working in the restaurant so I'm not sure why they are so disorganized. This points to bad management who didn't bother to check for a large catering order either the night before or first thing when arriving to work.
