I love chipotle and the food there! But I went to the Greenville location and I was disappointed with the service. The girl (aiysha) that made my burrito was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I witnessed the man in front of me get a normal amount of meat. When she got to me it was half of the portion the person ahead of me had. I kindly asked her if I could have a little more and she looked me dead in the eyes and said "no, it will be double for more" is such a mean way. She was just not kind or welcoming for a place I was spending $20 for my meal. Aiyshas service 0/10 On the other hand, there is this skinny, tall, hispanic guy with long hair that works there. Make sure to double (even triple check) your food if you're a vegetarian/vegan. Even tho I order only vegetarian, these incompetent employees added MEAT to my food. I had to cut my lunch break short, and make a 2nd trip from my job back to their restaurant so they could fix their mistake! I could literally sue them because I'm a vegetarian for religious reasons. I ordered a bowl with extra white rice, she gave me a sprinkle more (charged for extra rice), the rice was beyond gummy, you need to figure out how to properly cook rice before you serve it. that's disgusting. My husband ordered a burrito, that sucker fell apart as soon as he took off the foil, and the chips are stale af! We came around 12 pm but the floor had trash all over, a bag, straw wrappers and napkins everywhere, it wasn't that busy, there was a lot of workers standing around who could've cleaned it up and the Barq's root beer was out. First, allow me to say the team was taking care of an online order with several items. I get that was a huge task. However, when you have customers waiting in line, there needs to be a protocol to take care of them as well. We all waited patiently and finally another associate approached and began taking our orders. A mom and her two small girls were ordering and asked for beans to be added to the child's quesadilla. I believe it may have been the manager, abruptly informed the associate that they do not include beans on the quesadilla unless the customer also ordered a meat. As a person who deals with customers, the optics of this action seemed a bit off. The manager could have politely informed the customer of this requirement or perhaps took a different tact. The food was ok, just the service shows a need for improvement. Maybe Chipotle corporate can train their managers how to approach circumstances with a bit more professionalism. read more

Ordered chicken and rice in a bowl, and usually any other chipotle fills the bowl with rice to the top and then adds the chicken. I went and got chipotle from here yesterday and I had maybe a scoop of rice and minimum chicken. I payed almost $10 for a half a bowl of food. read more

It really depends on the time of day that you visit. If you go in the evening, don't expect to get all your ingredients. I ordered on the app thinking at 8:20pm I would be fine. They are open until 10 so they should have cheese. One time prior we went in around 9 and there was no cheese. I was mistaken. Not only did I not get cheese on my bowl but also no sour cream, guacamole or the queso blanco for which I paid extra. To add insult to injury the rice was undercooked and crunchy. We stopped by at 7:30 for some Chipotle and were denied sour cream. The workers claimed that it was reserved for online orders only and they didn't have enough for us. But, they didn't close for another 2.5 hours. They definitely could've opened a new bag of sour cream instead of claiming it wasn't for us and making rude remarks. We eat Chipotle a lot, but haven't been super thrilled with this location. The food is pretty good, but almost every time we've gone, they've been out of something major (ex. chicken, lettuce, beans). The staff is nice and the location is easy to get to. Just be prepared that you may not get exactly what you want, as it's happened more times than not. read more

This is hands down my favorite Chipotle location. Before we moved to Greenville, I frequented both the Rockwall and Dallas/West End locations and those are like cattle calls--you better be in and out and by GOD don't talk to them. Not the case at the Greenville location. Everyone here is warm and friendly, they greet you at the door, they make small talk throughout the line, and I swear all the employees here is seriously invested in their jobs. It's never dirty inside, including the drink station (which we all know has the ability to be a hot mess), and I've been in while they were battling the after church crown and found the restroom to be immaculate. I'm truly impressed with this location in every way. Last night, we went in for a couple salads, but with the nationwide recall on romaine lettuce, the company has decided not to risk it (reasonable). My fiancé and I were a little bummed, but we still left happy with a couple of well put together bowls--they even threw in a buy one, get one free coupon for the next time we came in and wrote "hers" on the outside of my bowl so that we could tell the difference when we got home. I LOVE this location and to me, I would much rather drive 30 minutes out of the way to come here rather than go to a different one. read more

Solid Chipotle. Veggies were NOT soggy! Had a salad bowl with proper portions of all ingredients. Guacamole was good. Staff friendly and A/C was perfect. Not sure if there is new management but two trips in a row ended in disappointment. I ordered via the app for pickup. I showed up a couple of minutes after the time on the app and watched them fill the order of everyone at the restaurant before making mine. They do not seem equipped to handled online and in store orders at the same time. The next trip, again ordering online, and they got the order wrong. This place went downhill fast. Wow. No one cares, even a little. We waited and waited at the front of the line for over 10 minutes before the understaffed employees even gave us eye contact. My boyfriend and I just left and couldn't be happier. Heard they just opened and we are already impressed. I was unsure I wanted to try it out because I've been to the one in Rockwall where the food tasted bland and service was just shitty. I was so surprised to find out this one was nothing like the one in Rockwall. Awesome food and awesome service! I would rather eat off the floor of Chick Fil A than eat anything from this Chipotle. On multiple occasions I've found long and short hairs in my food. On one occasion I saw a huge black spider run across the floor toward the kitchen and promptly left to get food elsewhere. Tonight I gave this Chipotle one last chance and ordered from the app. Upon opening the door I was greeted by the funky odor indicating the dirtiness of this Chipotle. I've only been to this Chipotle once so far and the food tasted pretty much the same as any other Chipotle I've been to, but it is a smaller restaurant and I felt somewhat cramped eating there with my family even though it wasn't very crowded the day that I went. For years, my family and I ate at a Chipotle in MD where I used to live and they always had a fresh supply of lime wedges by the drink station. I have to squeeze lime juice on my burritos in order to really be satisfied with them, but this Chipotle doesn't have a station for limes. My husband asked for some limes for me and was given half a lime instead of sliced limes. Call me picky, but that was a disappointment for me. It probably seems petty and is only my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. I have eaten at Chipotle elsewhere. I tried this place since the other popular place was packed at lunch time and I did not want to wait for a long time.. But highly disappointed with the service which was horrible!. I had another customer s burrito made again and again in front of us just because they could not fold it.
