I decided to give them another chance this evening even tho the last time I got food at this location it was so horribly salty I couldn't eat it. And I said never again. But tonight I was late getting off work and hungry but really not in the mood to cook. I thought, one more try. Mistake. I got a brisket burrito bowl. The components are mostly there.... Ordered online because they are known to be slow. Eerily empty but no one was at the counter waiting. Had to stand there for a few minutes. Got someone's attention. Handed me the bag and I left. Grabbed the paper bag from my floorboard to go inside my home, at which point the bottom gave out, food on pavement, burrito bowl juice all over my vehicle's seats and my shorts. Luckily one of two bowls stayed somewhat intact. The other lost about 60% of its contents. How hard is it to close an aluminum foil lid on a paper bowl? An extra 4 seconds to confirm it is closed? I'm probably asking for too much. Also, the inside of the restaurant was incredible... no napkins, no cups for salsa, garbage overflowing. Looking like west coast cities. Personally for someone with a gastrointestinal illness and wants to eat healthy, i wouldn't recommend eating here. For some reason every thing is spicy (the might be a little obvious) the service isn't as good as you'd think either. Very slow and there's a lack of quality when it comes to interacting with the employees. I had placed a pick up order once and it said it would be ready at 3:40pm and it wasn't put on the shelf until about 4:05 mind you, what i ordered was two bags of chips and 4 tortillas. Not much prep required for that order. Overall if you're wanting chipotle, be prepared for messy tables, slow staff and not an amazing quality of food either. read more

This restaurant has to be the dirtiest one on this side of town. Food running down the windows, dust and food under every table, and same for the beverage machine. There were only a few customers eating and five employees standing around and doing nothing. Same on the ownership and management for allowing this to happen. This chipotle is always severely understaffed and the ones who are there absolutely look as though they are extremely over worked and unhappy. Especially the dinner shift when the line is long and there is only ONE person working the food line. Then the checkout person is telling them it 'isn't their job' that they are just the cashier. The manager needs to do something about this. The food is always ok. Not as fresh as compared to other Chipotle's. You can tell that the onions and peppers sit there a while. read more

Really a bad experience. This place has been going downhill for some time. But I thought I'd give it another try. We ordered a Veggie Bowl and a Sofrita Bowl. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, there were no vegetables in my Veggie Bowl (save for a spoonful of black beans, and my wife's sofrita bowl was a mish-mash of hard rice and sofrita and nothing else. The bigger problem is that I give this Chipotle a lot of business - not just my family, but my company's, as well. Food was decent enough, but the entire restaraunt was a mess! The serving area, the prep area, and every single table to sit at indoors was all covered with food. All trash cans were full and spilling over. We ended up at an outside table where every one else was sitting too. It was cooler on this summer night than in the establishment. My husband had to get paper towels from the bathroom. I will say, now hiring signs are everywhere. Current staff just stared and barely spoke to us. I like this location, the option of to-go pick up is super effective. Today I ordered a delivery online, loved it! I was able to order a Barbacoa Quesadilla, with a side a white rice, pinto beans, and corn salsa. The option to add chips and guacamole was easy too. The app let me know when the kitchen revived my order, when the driver was on her way, and the whole process let me pay with my card. (including tip) I enjoyed the cashless transaction. My food was delivered 15-20 minutes from the time it was done being prepared! Very pleased with the quality of service. read more
