Just as bad are reviewed by others here. Sometimes I think Yelpers exaggerate a bit when giving bad reviews but this time they were right. As it is located right across the street from our hotel we got a few roast beef sandwiches as I had not had Arby's in ages. Now I know why I avoid most fast food chains, as they were pretty meh. Very upset with my experience today at this location- it had been months since the last time I gave this Arby's location a chance on Beach Blvd. Because the lady time I did-they screwed up my order months ago- well, nothing has changed - I ordered two double cheddar sandwiches with a large fry and get home to find two gross beef only sandwiches with a nasty wheat bun- none of the stuff it should have on it- cheese & Arby's sauce- it is supposed to come with- then I am told to drive back up- waste more money time and gas to get it corrected- I get no apology from the girl that had given me my order or even empathy for this error and me wasting more money driving back - instead that gave me my order or anything to try and turn my experience around- I get two correct but still nasty double beef and cheddar sandwiches- 20 bucks down the drain and a staff that could not seemingly care less - never going back and thank you for a dinner I could not eat! I like Arby's food well enough, but often times the workers that take your order let it show they don't want to be there. Add to that the ketchup dispenser inside hasn't worked the last six times I've been there . That's been once each month, so all year long in 2025. That tells me the franchisee is oblivious and the manager doesn't care. Nor does any employee take the initiative to fix it. That tells me nobody there cares. So why should I care? It starts at the top, people. And since they don't care, I'm not taking my appetite and money there. I love Arby's. This location is 100% better than the one by my old house in Atlantic Beach. I used the drive through and the customer service was great! I have eaten inside once before too and service was the same, friendly and efficient. I ordered the Fire Roasted Philly for the first time and it was very tasty. They use a pesto sauce which wasn't enough for me so I added a little mayo when I got home. I was excited because they only use red and yellow peppers. My stomach can not handle green peppers so this was perfect! I will be back to this Arby's for sure! read more

Terrible customer service. Please retrain your staff. The manager, the line staff. Fought with me for minutes on the line, talked smack "behind our backs" about how we were the ones who didn't know the difference between a chocolate and jamocha shake ( yes I dang do, I've ordered it plenty before). The shake was pure white and tasted like vanilla. No chocolate or coffee flavor. DO NOT COME HERE. Let this place rot. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. Only 1 person was wearing gloves and everyone else were touching there hair, phones, eating and not paying attention to anyone that was walking up to order. Sometimes I have a craving for curly fries and only Arby's can answer the whale call of my stomach. Unfortunately, I have to cross the ditch to find an Arby's. On the occasion I have time to get out of the 'office', this location is a short jaunt away and let's me get back to the office quickly. Drive thru has always been efficient & the order is always correct. That's two of the important things you can ask for when breaking down and having that not-so-healthy lunch. I love Arbys and haven't had it in a while, I found a coupon and I was so excited for a Beef and Cheddar! The coupon was for a $6 small Beef and Cheddar meal. I ordered exactly that and when I got the window gave the cashier my coupon and card. I get my card back and the receipt and it says I was charged $9.35. I proceeded to ask her why she didn't use the coupon I had handed her and her response was "I've never really seen these before and I already charged you so there's nothing I can do for you." I then asked to speak with a manager and her response was "well he's the one who rang it in." I then asked if I could at least get my coupon back and she rudely handed it back then shut the window. One of the people in charge kicked me out of the store right as I was about to order food and made me get out so she could lock the lobby and make it more convenient for herself to clean the lobby or whatever. Her name tag said Andrea or something like that and she was very rude and was being rude to one of the employees on break and made him clock back in early so she had to do less work. read more

Food at Arby's is garbage. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the gyros are good for a fast food joint. Stopped going once they removed the gyro deal they had though. Seems like a company that has no clue what it's doing. Won't be surprised if they are gone within 10 years. read more

I went through the Arby's drive-through today and paid a total of $8.17 for a chicken club sandwich that literally consisted of one slice of chicken (about the consistency of one slice of lunch meat) and burned up french fries. That was the biggest waste of money and I will never visit this location again. read more

The roast beef was ok but the potato cakes were hard and the grease had soaked deep into it turning the inside brown. I suspect they cook a lot of them ahead of time then give them another couple of minutes in the deep fryer when you order them. Very disappointing. The dining room was clean though except the tabletop was greasy like someone used a damp cloth with no cleaner to wipe it down . read more

Very embarrassed at this location today. I ordered a sandwich meal with they happened to be out of. Cashier had already rung it up. Well she screamed at him in front of the whole restaurant " How many times do I have to tell you ...WE ARE OUT" the "she "is the manager. The kid felt bad and she just kept belittling him. U finally told her to stop! I would go somewhere else. I ordered something else and sat down with my food. Well for ten minutes I had to watch her smoke two cigarettes and text in her phone right thru the window next to me. I finally got up and moved. This manager needs to find a new line of work!
