I went to the restaurant yesterday,3/18/26 at 7:30 pm I found a fly on the rice right after my daughter ate the top call different numbers for chipotle nobody answers call the local store and again nobody answers. The phone went directly to talk to the manager took the mail and show him the fly first thing he does. He asked the employees if they've seen flies in the restaurant and of course they said no he said he can give me a $10 gift card and I told him I wasn't there for a refund or a $10 gift card when I spent $17 for that meal I went there to see if he will fix the problem and he thinks a $10 gift card solves the problem when you have flies in a restaurant it means that your restaurant is dirty and $10 doesn't fix any problems. There is no direct person that you can complain. The manager doesn't have the knowledge on how to resolve a problem that I think it's simple to fix call the health department. They are going to do an inspection, but of course they're going to clean the restaurant to make it look like they don't have a fly problem read more

Overall food was good. All food ordered was correct and timely. Service and ambiance were acceptable. The main issue was the drink section of the restaurant. There was no ice in the drink station and all the drink dispensers were warm. Chipotle was also out of lemonade, tea and various other soda flavors. Finally the cups were smeared with remnants of guacamole and meat juices. Overall, food was good. Avoid drinks and get them elsewhere. read more

absolutely horrible service! a bunch of young kids including the manager who apparently didn't bother or worry about keeping the food fresh and the containers full. i arrived at around 3:30 pm to an almost empty restaurant, placed an order for three burrito bowls, and was repeatedly told sorry we are out of that, or we need to make more. i sat and waited forever until the supposed manager started grilling chicken, steak while someone else finally decided to make both types of rice and then grill vegetable. it took almost 40 minutes until they had enough food prepared to make any of the bowls. The kitchen area was also filthy. young employees stood around doing nothing or walked away from the young kid that was pretending to be the manager when he asked them to do something. What is it about the employees at Chipotle. Everyone I seem to go to is a mess. This one just opened last month. My wife and I stopped last night and got an order to go. We could barely walk into the restaurant because There were several bags of trash sitting right inside the door. There was no one sitting at the tables, but they were not wiped clean. The residual food from previous customers was dried onto every table, so we definitely were not going to eat there. It was close to 5 pm and they weren't busy, should have seen the hint. I go the Barbacoa beef bowl and my wife got a steak bowl. My beef was the last of what remained from probably lunch as it was pretty dry. The server had to go to the drive thru side to finish the serving. The bowl itself was not bad, average I'd say. My wife's steak on the other hand looked fresh. When she started eating it when we got home, she was not happy at all, she couldn't chew the meat as it was so full of gristle. I tried a piece and it was not horrible. A total disaster of a meal at $16 a bowl. They are to open one in Somerset Park in the next few months, I hope it won't be as bad. I'll never eat at this one again. read more
