So I stopped going to chipotle a little while ago but decided to give it another try today. Well, well... when I tell you this bowl was salty, each bite probably contained the daily recommended salt intake. The rice was literally crunchy from the salt, and so salty I had to spit it out. So I attended Chipotle on Indiantown today..... [[HIGHLIGHT]]Given it was a Rainy Day, the workers decided to leave the restaurant in complete disarray.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They did not have any ice, forks, spoons, hot sauce, and sautéed peppers and onions. Since it was a slower dinner service, I expected the service to be top tier; however, the workers were lazy and were skimpy on the portions. Multiple workers were sitting down taking breaks while i entered and the food line looked completely disgusting. One gentleman was absolutely rude and that made my experience quite unpleasant (older looking bald man). I left with a decent size bowl, but it was at the cost of asking for bigger portions on everything, due to the fact that, he wasn't even giving full scoops.... We like chipotle, but this has to be the dirtiest and most unappealing one we've ever been to. The employees seem very unhappy and unhelpful. Our son's friend tried to order a steak quesadilla and he was told he could only order that online. The only option he was given was ordering the kids cheese quesadilla. His friend told us he orders it all the time in person at the chipotle off Donald Ross. There were no peppers and onions to add to our burritos and they pretty much ignored us when we inquired about it as if we weren't even talking. Went to fill up our drinks and the whole area was filthy. No napkins either. Went to the cashier to get napkins and was given paper towels instead. Made a Yelp account simply to write about my awful expereince at this Location. The workers were rude, [[HIGHLIGHT]]it was extremely hot like there was no AC[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and the portions are tiny. Not only that, but I ordered the tacos and they were just smooshed together in tinfoil, so when I went to actually start eating, they just fell apart and I ended up eating my tacos with a fork. Inept management and inconsistent customer service are hallmarks of this location. As an example, today at 6:15 they ran out of rice. They basically gave half (or less) portions until they ran completely out of white rice (with a 20 minute wait to get more) and then finally restocked with brown rice. They also ran out of the Fajita veggies. Nothing new with that though. They're always out of something. Normally, veggies, corn, queso and guacamole are not available but usually not till after 8 PM. It would be interesting to see how much business they could do with competent management and quality customer service. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll ever know. read more

It's unfortunate what's happened to not just this location, but many. The portions have decreased to the point that you'll receive half a scoop of protein (maybe 6/7 small pieces) and then be charged for "double" if you ask for a normal amount. i previously decided that i complained about this enough already but i have since retracted that thought and decided that i would like to continue complaining, so here is my rant. starting off, i would like it to be known from the beginning that i like Moe's Southwest Grill better than Chipotle Mexican Grill. let's just put that fact out there from the get go. after spending a few hours visiting my beautiful, new nephew at the hospital, i was famished. it was late. i called my husband who suggested chipotle. it's his favorite. who am i to step in front of his dreams and happiness? i whipped into the parking lot. i made it to the counter and started ordering our long-standing order of a burrito bowl and burrito. the employee and i passed through the rice, beans, and meat section of this ordering process unfazed with no noted problems. i even added the corn and pico de gallo. i was beginning to think this trip was going to be perfect. then we made it to the other toppings... no lettuce. no sour cream. no guacamole. what is a burrito bowl without lettuce? luckily, i could order a side of queso because queso fixes everybody's problems. too tired to even care, i paid and left. the drive from chipotle to my house is an hour. besides stealing a few chips in the car ride, i waited to eat until i got home. when i rolled back the foil, this burrito looked beautiful. perfectly rolled into one fat little tortilla of happiness. i took a bite. rice. i ate rice. i took another bite in hopes that the scarce toppings that actually were available to chose from were just not distributed evenly. nope. solid white rice. you know how disappointed i was? very. it became comical. the more bites i took, the more plain rice became visible. with the exception of four pieces of steak and a layer of pico de gallo, i was served a plain rice burrito. it's been 24 hours and im still baffled. read more

I placed a mobile order last evening, 5/17/22, with a pick up time of 8:00pm. I arrived at 7:58pm and waited for my order. I noticed several other people waiting for their mobile orders as well. The restaurant only had 2-3 people in line when I walked in but 4 people waiting for mobile orders. I waited until 8:20pm to receive my order... there was approximately 10-15 people that had gone through the line while I waited. I should have just gone in and ordered... it would have been much faster. Sadly I wanted salad dressing, there was none. They were not making anymore for the night. The mobile order/to go line where food is prepped was broken down and being cleaned upon my arrival. This should not be the case when the restaurant is receiving multiple mobile orders. I do realize that a lot of places are short staffed, however, there were lots of staff members working last evening. I am convinced that this location is just "making it", they don't seem to care about customer service. There should be no reason to have to wait an additional 20 minutes. read more

Don't go here! Staff is rude, store is dirty. They always run out of key food items like White rice, peppers/onions, and the chips are always stale. Last time we went the door was locked at 3 pm. A young man came up and asked what I needed. I asked if they were taking orders and he said "not yours". Then he said they were short staffed but could take my order if I did mobile order. Floors were also dirty. You'll need a hepatitis shot and a shower after eating here. Go anywhere else. read more

Great restaurant, easy ordering method and very nice place to eat. This location is on the south side of Florida SR 706. It is in a small set of stores right against the road. There is plenty of parking as the shops all share the parking lot. It is a good example for Chipotle. It has two entrances: a main and side patio entrances. It is consistent wood and steel décor of most restaurants in this chain. The area is clean and the restaurant and tables were clean throughout our visit. All members of the staff appeared to be wearing masks when we picked up our food. We used the mobile app to order and our order was waiting for us on the shelf when we arrived. The table has seating inside and out. The inside portion is a combination of fixed seating facing the window, tall tables and low tables. The outside area was very nice and is steel tables and chairs under pergola and some trees. It is a little noisy with it's proximity to the road but on our visit it was very pleasant and enjoyable. I would recommend this restaurant to my fellow travelers in the area. read more

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I am embarrassed to say that I go often because it's the closest one to my house...but I consequently have LOTS of datapoints. There are always a TON of staff, yet nothing seems ready, the whole kitchen looks dirty and disorganized, and they seem to always be out of ingredients. The staff is clearly not trained to be clean and professional. They laugh and shrug when they don't have what people ask for. The throw things around sloppily. It's really a low standard of service. I once watched a guy shake a spoon of guacamole over my bowl and when the guacamole wouldn't drop off the spoon, he scooped a glob of it directly off the spoon with his fingers and then smeared it onto my bowl with his hand. He had a glove on, but I always see these guys run around touching everything in those gloves (spoons, canisters, cash registers, refrigerator doors, etc). It was pretty gross. There have been many other instances of fingers in my food, but that one really takes the cake. I hate complaining, but this is my neighborhood chipotle, and I would really appreciate it if they stepped it up a bit! It's disappointing every time I come in here read more

If the seating area is a reflection of the kitchen I am afraid of getting ill from my food. Not one table had been cleaned in spite of an empty dining area and plenty of staff behind the counter. The drink station was covered with straw wrappers and spills and the three garbage cans were overflowing. Whoever owns this franchise should stop by someday.
