Tried to order the boorito special online... website is down call customer care and they say it's being honored in store. I specifically ask before we order if the store will honor it. Really did go downhill. Slow AF. Inconsistant amounts of food depending on who you happen to get. Understaffed, understocked and doesn't look very clean anymore. Ordered a carne Asada extra fajita veggies online for pickup. It was ready when I got there so that's great. Downside was by the time I got to work and opened it up to eat there was chicken and zero veggies. I was charged for the steak that I didn't get. If they were out at least charge me for the meat that I received. So in the end I ate chicken and rice with a little beans. Not worth the money I paid for. read more

Alright, so I love Chipotle. Some locations are just better than others. I always give a location a few tries before actually making a negative review. This one happens to just not be one of the good ones. The food never tastes as fresh, especially the meat. My bowl usually is cold, the rice is hard like it's been sitting out all day, and the steak/chicken are hard and chewy. Also, if your employees are sick (one very obviously was), your employees need to stay home, especially in the food industry where you're handling other people's food and even MORE ESPECIALLY during a viral outbreak. The good news is.... Chipotle has reformulated their queso. Their previous queso, coined: "garbage juice," was well... garbage. It made America gag. This new recipe is much less garbage-y and more of what you'd expect out of a fast-food style of queso. I give it 6 out of 10 stars. Probably will order again. But they had sour cream, pico, and cheese at the online order station; the guy still said he had none of those toppings as I'm literally staring right at them. Okay, we all know Chipotle is delicious and full of yummy nomz so this review isn't based off their food quality rather their customer service quality. So every time I go to Chipotle I always get extra rice 1) because it's amazing 2) I love rice. This location is so convenient for me, but I actively avoid going here. The employees are nice and prompt with service, and I have no problem with ordering pick up here. The major issue is that the food does not taste the same as other chipotles. The chicken has been burnt on the last 6 bowls/burritos I've gotten (yes I'm counting). The rice lately has tasted like there is way too much lime so it's almost sour. I'm all about refreshing rice but this is crossing a line. I guess those are the two issues, but they are so offensive that they warrant a one star review. I drive 5 extra miles to the palm beach gardens chipotle now. read more

The Fact that the cashier had to also do the line and she was the only one while there was another boy who is the only one doing the mobile orders is unacceptable. They are ALWAYS out of guac and/or chips. This time, the employee said "don't come at this time of night." It was 3 hours before closing. If you order on the app expect one or more items to be either missing or wrong. The employees are extremely slow and usually I watch my mobile order sitting on the counter for a while before going up and asking for it to be given to me. If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love Chipotle when it first came to Jupiter. It has gone down hill on quality and cleanliness. I haven't been in months but decided to give it another try. It is so dirty on the line and your bowl is sliding through all that stuff. Also asked for chips bc I could see a huge thing they just made and they told me it was only for call in orders... WTH!! Then I asked the cashier for chips and she told me those were stale and old. So somebody is lying and I believe a manager should go in there and train everybody on how to clean and customer service. Also the cauliflower rice was brown, when did cauliflower turn from white to brown. To top it off, the food didn't even taste as good as it did when first opened.
