It's been several years since I last visited Sabor Latino, and I honestly can't understand why I had forgotten about this hidden gem. To my surprise, I discovered that the restaurant is larger than I remembered, accommodating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, they have a stage for live night entertainment and music. During my visit, I stopped in just for a comforting bowl of soup, which was wonderful, complemented by the friendly and attentive staff. I'm genuinely glad I rediscovered Sabor Latino after such a long hiatus. It's a place I look forward to returning to again soon.

The mole was flavorful but not spicy and i appreciated that the meat was not dripping in sauce. My dinner date ordered chicken tamales which were seasoned in a Cuban style with yellow rice. She is used to Mexican tamales but said these really hit the spot! The only blemish on the nice was her second margarita which was the cucumber one which she didn't like at all.
