This place is a joke every time I come here they disappoint. I didn't even go there yet and they're out of quesadillas. How the hell are you out of stuff to make quesadillas at 12:15? You just opened you can make a burrito but not a quesadilla? They are always out of some ingredient no matter what time I go. Last time I went they told me they were out of white rice and proceeded to bring out an entire batch of white rice as I was checking out with brown rice in my burrito. Nobody here knows how to wrap a burrito or give good portions what so ever. If I'm gonna be paying your outrageous prices at least make it worth it and not fuck up every single order you've ever made. Every online order I have received from this location has been completely wrong which is basically impossible I've seen that big ass screen with the items that aren't on the order BLACKED OUT. Once again this place is a complete joke and there needs to be some serious changes made before i and probably many others return to this shit hole establishment. Chipotle used to be one of my favorite restaurants to go and this Keene location has ruined it for me. Not to mention the employees barely have a clue what they're doing half the time. Unbelievable. The manager Russle at this location shouldnt not be running as a leadership posi very unpleasant and unprofessional. the lady asked if I wanted guacamole of course I do. they had bone in line but to go order they did. I'm a first responder on the road had no time to place an order. as a manger they should honor selling the customer what they want. he made a smell and said no. although the location is getting ready to close and they have a full serving of guacamole on the To go side. he could have easily made an acceptation. very terrible service here this location needs a better staff and form of professionalism. never would come back or ever recommend coming to this chipotle read more

Honestly it was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. At least 4 to 5 lazy teenagers working there every single table was filthy floor was filthy and the trash barrels were overflowing it was just unbelievable. Unfortunately I didn't realize all of that until after we had placed our order and turned around to find a place to sit in every single table was disgusting. We asked the girl could you please clean off the table so we could sit down? Her Windex bottle was just about empty and she was too lazy to go get another one so she just sprayed a couple bubbles of solution on the table and proceeded to try to spread it around and then said there you go. Second time ordering online and out of stock items (all meat, fajita veggies) were not marked as such, but don't worry... they'll sub a bunch of things you don't want and charge you for it. Getting a refund is a joke because they can't do it in the store and Pepper the online AI bot is useless. If you can get it to issue a refund you'll get credit (just what I want). You have to call corporate (833-860-0467) to get an actual refund in 3-5 business days. The only reason this gets a two is because the people that work there were courteous and understanding and tried to help sort it out. A mix of bad corporate policies and mis-management means I will probably not eat here ever again. read more

Chipotle is always a good go to! I Visited this location while passing thru Keene NH, and got a chicken bowl with extra veggies and guacamole to go. Basic chipotle - however, everyone was super friendly. Maybe even too friendly LOL... bc as we were cutting up and I was paying- they were finishing up my bowl..... and forgot my guacamole.... which as everyone knows is the only reason we eat here right.... hahah ok maybe not. But at a $2.35 surcharge it was a bit of an inconvenience. I didn't realize this error until I was stopped half way to Vermont. So I called the store to let them know, and see what my options were. They told me only thing I can do is come back for the guacamole or my refund. So now I get my guacamole on the side. Even with my Love for guacamole and this travesty. This is the closest chipotle to me and its 30 min from my house. I made a special trip here because its been so long since I had chipotle. Got there at 8, they close at 10. Started my burrito and the worker asked if brown rice is ok (they didn't have white) then i noticed they only had one meat option and I asked if that was all the meat the worker said yes. So we left!!!! Can't believe the lack of care and integrity the employees here had. Will never come back. Worst chipotle over ever been to. read more

Just stopped in to grab a burrito bowl and I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness in the very open and observable kitchen. There was food and cleaning products all spread out on the counters where food was being prepared/cooked. There was absolutely no effort to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. We love Moe's but decided to stop in and give this place a try. Think Moe's but with less of a selection of items to choose from. Food quality is a step up from Moe's, but so is the price. At Moe's you can add chips,queso and a drink for around $3.00 ,here chips, queso and drink was $6.00. All in all not a bad meal. read more

So I just went to this location and the service was lacking-the chips were over salty & stale. The guy who made my bowl to go tipped it 90 degrees to put it in the bag. My food got slushed. Took a 45 min trip to this Chipotle as there isnt one closer to me. Granted, it's not Chipotles fault there isnt one closer but it was the icing on the "crappy experience cake" I was served there. I will say this, the guys working were very nice. Also the shredded beef in my burrito was delicious. Thats where my compliments end though. The rice was under cooked, if it was cooked at all. The way they wrap the burrito isnt a fashion so that it stays together as one attempts to eat it. I also ordered chips and queso. There was something seriously wrong with that queso. The employees working were very friendly and pleasantly. However the rice in my burrito was undercooked and the queso dip tasted like vomit. Service with a smile! I got greeted by three different employees, all who continued to ask how our day was going. Food was cooked to perfection and one of the employees made sure that my tacos were piled high! After I asked him to change his gloves as I try not to cross-contaminate (as I am vegan), not only did he change his gloves, but another employee continued to offer me fresh, clean lettuce. I love Chipotle. I travel quite a bit so it's convenient to eat healthy at a decent price. However, this facility needs some improvement. They open at 10:45. I was there at 11:10. It was early and before the crowd. The tables and chairs were not clean. I used the bathroom and it smelled of urine. The toilet was not clean. The sink was dirty. This is a local management issue. If the dining area and bathroom cleanliness is not a priority I wonder how clean their kitchen is. Update: on 2/8/18 I visited again. The restroom still smelled of urine. I won't return. read more
