I've been dashing with my friend for a few days, and we just had the SLOWEST service. We waited for 26 minutes for a smoothie and a small fry order. Every single person on shift April 27th at 8:10pm was just sitting there gossiping and joking around so our delivery was super late. We waited over 20 minutes for BOTH of our dashes from there today and it was absolutely unnecessary. Hopefully this group of females are spoken to about their sense of urgency. read more

I would give a negative number if I could, but it only goes down to one star. If you can possibly avoid going here, do so!! They are the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to! There was one car at the window, one behind it, and one waiting to order. I waited in line just to have my order taken, for over 20 minutes!! Once I finally got to the window, my fries were cold and unsalted. There only seems to be one friendly and competent person there during this shift, and that's the older woman with the glasses who seems to be the only person working most of the time. And don't get me started on the manager. I RARELY see her actually working, I mean besides her jaw as she's complaining out loud about her boyfriend, or fellow coworkers, or the customers, some of which are actually still in the store! The inside is always filthy, and overall the experience is never a good one, even when they actually get my order right once in the supremely rare time ! I'll stick to the Wendy's next door who always has my food hot and waiting and correct. They need to clean house (except a couple people there) and start over with lesson one being fast food shouldn't take an hour to make and serve. I know its McDonalds and ones hopes should never be to high but god am i disappointed. It is Saint Patrick's. Ordered 2 Mcchickens. Once at the final window, I waited approximately 7 minutes for the worker to turn around and hand me a bag that has been sitting next to him for 5 minutes. Once the mcchickens were received, one had a crouton like staleness to the bottom. Unacceptale. The staff at this location are the worst service workers I have ever come across. The manager stated directly in front of a waiting room full of people that if anyone does not like their service there are plenty of other places to eat in Keene. I waited over ten minutes while multiple people were standing around for my child's burger and a 6 piece nugget. It is called fast food for a reason however there is no urgency with these people. Mobile App Points Kids meal Set Drinks can be ordered coffee The package is a total of $3, but they received me extra price $1.99 and then told me that they did not charge for coffee? Then the chips in the set have been cut down and given less than 10 pieces? And only half a cup of coffee charge for $1.99! In the end, they did not give me the Coke Cup. I also went back and asked. Recently moved to town & purchased a home in the McDonald's neighborhood. I asked to speak to the Manager and requested help with removal of a large trash item located on abutting property. Within moments The General Manager Aimee had a plan in place to partner with us to get the job done. Great customer service and very quick response. Beware of this McDonalds! Possible scam alert, (yes, I am shocked too). I have been a happy customer of Keene McDonalds since 1972, but no more. Frankly I wonder if this McDonalds is engaging in fraud, in other words, beware, lest you be scammed. I received a set of coupons in the mail. The font size is tiny, so tiny that even with glasses and a bright light It was impossible to read. I tell person that I have the coupons. I ordered: Buy 1 get one: Crispy chicken. Then, I asked, if I am allowed, I'd like a quarter-pounder bacon/cheese on buy 1 get 1 (second coupon). Order accepted. "I'd like one free fries/drink." (3rd coupon) Order taken. Total flashed on the big screen for about 4 seconds. Huh! $41-? I say: "$41, that's wrong. The person states: It'll be fixed at the next window. Next window, I'm told that I cannot use both coupons so I say: I'll take just the chicken and the free fries and coke. I pay, get receipt. Receipt states $14.36. Huh? $14.36 for one single chicken sandwich? "Go to next window, manager will fix it." Next window, I spend about 8 minutes. People are lining up and honking. In frustration since the order is messed up badly, I say: "I give up, cancer the order," and drive away. I call, talk to Rebecca (manager) "Come in we'll give you a refund." "Please just refund the credit card." She states: "We cannot do that." Note: No in dining, but apparently in refunding? Accusations: 1) Misleading coupons. 2) Initial attempted charge of $41-. 3) 2nd Attempted overcharge: $14.36 for one single $6.59 sandwich. Most would not have noticed and would have paid the $41 or if noticed then paid the improper $14.36 and then, "cannot refund the credit card," that's nonsense. What a joke this place is!! More times than not my fries are tough & cold. My chicken nuggets are about the same with no dipping sauce. Today I ordered the cheeseburger bundle. Pulled in the drive through with 3 mobile orders (no more then 10 dollars a piece) and waited a while. Got to the window and before we pulled up all the way the lady said "can I help you" and when we did get to the window she says " I guess not" in a rude tone. Gave us issues about the mobile orders. Didn't have the frappe we wanted, said I could get something else, I chose a milkshake. I said strawberry, proceeded to tell me we were out of that too. Charged my card more then what I originally paid. Then we get to the window and she only gives us one order and says "have a good night" and we had to wait for her to grab the others. Recently remodeled this is easily the nicest, cleanest, most well managed McDonalds I have ever been to. I frequently come here for the Wifi to work and see literally a sea of people come in and go out and yet they are still very clean, never have a long line. This location does it right, a credit to their management and to the nice people that work here. read more

To feel less than human, and to get the worst customer service possible I visit our local McDonalds. Average service time for my family and I is 15 to 20 minutes. Orders are always entered wrong and food is always made wrong. Occasionally an employee will do better, but alas they will be gone by next visit. read more

On summer break I go hear almost 2 or 3 times a week. sometimes more. I love it. Great prices and food. I have never had anything wrong with this other than a couple times (2 or 3) i ordered something through the drive thru and i got something else. I have to rate this place one star because I ordered a Mc chicken sandwich with only mayonnaise and cheese I also ordered two cheeseburgers without pickles well I got my order and everything had lettuce on it I cannot stand a lot of lettuce I did not ask for lettuce and they put a whole shit load of lettuce on it they did not put ketchup or mustard on the cheeseburgers and they put very little mayonnaise and no cheese on the chicken sandwich. I didn't go back until three weeks later and ordered the same thing again but this time they got it right. Went into this McDonalds with my family of 3 kids and my wife. Before ordering, went to use the Men's room where I found a mountain of toilet paper and tird in the toilet almost even with the top of the bowl. Found an associate and relayed the information to her. The mess was still there an hour later when I took my son in to use it.
