Stopped by Wendy's for a couple 2 for $5 spicy chicken sandwiches. Ended up waiting like 20 minutes for one of them because they ran out and forgot. The guy that helped us out, Chung, was really nice about it and comped us fries. Shout out to you, Chung! Clean, modern, kind of weird to see a lounging area with a fake fireplace but I guess it works. Hit up McDonald's for their fries and then drive over to Wendy's for their spicy chicken sandwich! read more

Worst wendy's I have ever visited in my life!!!!! Took me 15 minutes to go through drive thru, my food was horrible! The cheese and meat on the burgers looked old and crusty my chicken sandwich had a piece of lettuce that barely took up a 1/4 of the bun there was no mayo I asked for sweet and sour sauce when I got to the window I asked the girl if it was in the bag she assured me they were. I went to the parking lot to check and they were not there I had to go in to the store and wait another 10 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. She decided to go do other things.our fries were so old they were cold and limp. I called to complain and was told they would only replace the combo meal. Not the rest. I'm pissed. read more

Very slow service inside and out. Tons of flies in the kitchen. I enjoy Wendy's but I do not think this location lives up to the name. 90% of their trash is paper or plastic. Like similar restaurants They continue to ignore the environment with no effort to recycle any of their waste. read more

Been here three times this am already. First time wasn't open when sign said. Second time we watched the manager pull in and open store. We got in line to order and he said oh sorry the grill literally just got maintained. No it didn't. We saw you walk in late. Third time we ordered finally and waited behind one other truck for 20 minutes. The truck finally just pulled away. Then we waited at the window for our food for another 10 minutes. All this time people were exiting the line behind us. So ridiculous. read more

Ordered 25 mins ago and we are still in the drive through line. It's too bad so much $ was spent on the remodel but the staff can't get it together. Addition: When we ended up at the window, after a total of 40 mins in line, the fries were ice cold. When we asked for hot fries, the window was slammed in my husband's face after we received the fries. At this point we still didn't have our drinks and there was nobody at the window. We had to beep multiple times to get someone's attention. In the end, we asked for our money back because after all that time, we still didn't have our complete order. read more

My wife and I frequently visit this Wendy's in Keene. The food is always very good. The service is improving everyday!! We feel most of the employees are doing a fine job!! Some, of course, are more pleasant than others. Chung and Matt are among our favorites!! Chung is such a pleasant guy and works very hard with a big smile on his face. If I had my own business I would love to have an employee of his caliber. I would also like to have the cashier named Matt. He keeps things going and multi-tasks between taking orders and helping to get orders ready for customers. He still manages to be pleasant and is always ready with a smile and a friendly greeting. i wish i could put 0 stars. not only do they usually mess up my order or forget something but i'm my most recent visit there and was a dead bug in my burger that i found while almost all the way through my burger. who knows how many there were in there, i could have already eaten one. it makes me nauseous just thinking about it when i went the manager was very cooperative about it though. read more

When we were ordering every thing was fine. I asked for a sprite and a grilled chicken combo. My dad asked for double burger combo with diet coke and also asked for a junior cheese burger with nothing on it for my dog. When we got to the second window they handed us two bags. We opened them up and we only saw 2 burgers. It had mine and my dad's but not my dogs. I had also received coke instead of sprite. We went back and asked for the cheese burger which they put on the receipt and they were not apologetic at all but they did hand us the cheese burger. This is why you stay in school kids. read more
