WOW this was bad. Yeah yeah, I realize I'm writing a review for Taco Bell and many of my other reviews are for high-end cocktail bars, but hey- I'm a 50+yr old professional musician. Sometimes I just want Taco Bell. And I don't expect excellence here- just...Taco Bell. Well, in this case, I didn't even get it. After just about a 45min wait, I had to get back to rehearsal. A colleague and I walked in to the sound of two employees arguing and a bunch of people standing around (on an inexplicably very wet- like puddles- floor that I didn't even really question at the time). We ordered at the kiosk. During our wait, we heard LOTS of arguing behind the counter, some arguing over the counter at customers who were frustrated, and so much incompetence, it made the freelance music business seem relaxed and organized. The drive-through was being turned away altogether, though the person doing it kept stopping the work inside to talk to the drive-through people. Among the variety of excuses we heard was that they were understaffed. I saw at least four people there though. I don't think my local TB has more than that at any given time. This is Keene, NH on a Saturday, not L.A. When we noticed that multiple people who had come in after us had gotten SOMEthing (but some who had been there before us hadn't, and don't get me started on how many people had problems with the orders), we'd finally had enough and time was running out, so we approached the counter to ask to cancel and get a refund. Under the maybe 2' x 3' sign that said "please order at the kiosk," we were told that since we ordered at the kiosk, we couldn't get a refund. Around that time, a crumpled bag was thrown onto the counter and I was told that it was my food. I explained that I really didn't have anymore time and would rather just get the money and leave. At that point, I was a little concerned about eating it anyway. TB is always a gamble with one's stomach. What happens when it's made in an extra dirty location by pissed off workers? No thanks. "Well, we can't give you a refund." I...politely disagreed. He eventually went to contact a manager. Eventually he came back with cash (I'd paid with a card) and handed it to me with no words. The female worker suggested that I take the food since it was there (I didn't really want it but it was a singularly nice gesture) and the male responded with "nope. He wanted a refund and that's what he got. Throw it out." Amazing. I'm leaving things out because this is already ridiculously long, but I'm still in awe of the gross incompetence- EVEN on a Taco Bell level! This was the worst business experience I've had in my life, and that's saying something. read more

I don't write reviews, but this place pissed me off. Looked at the menu in the drive-thru, see an individual soft taco is $2. I also see the regular 3 soft taco meal is $9 (the Supreme was just over $11). I ask for the regular meal and a Pepsi. No upgrades or add-ons. Comes to $13.50. I'm confused and ask at the window. He said the $9 is if I only got the tacos and not the drink (again, $2 tacos a la carte). Grand scheme of things, not worth arguing over roughly $3. Just pay and take my business elsewhere (I could've gotten the $9 luxe box and a drink for the same price and a lot more food). Get to where I can eat and I find I have 3 Doritos crunchy tacos. JHC. At this point, I just need to eat. I reach into my bag for a napkin, and find nothing. Now I'm hot. First world problems, yes, but there's something called basic customer service, and it translates everywhere. This Taco Bell: 1. Overcharged 2. Lied about it or is grossly incompetent 3. Got the order wrong 4. Couldn't even provide napkins There's a reason Taco Bell's reputation has plummeted since I first went in the 90s, and there's a reason many of the people who work at Taco Bell can only work at Taco Bell, and sadly, many aren't even qualified for THAT. Not one bit of this was embellished because the facts are bad enough. read more

Lack of customer service having to use kiosk. I Was paying cash and waited through 4 people that came behind me. I ordered 2 Tacos. Worker / manager? had to look up my order. Evidently when you pay cash, you have a tendency of getting lost in the system. I watched four or five people ahead of me pick up their order without even a thank you or acknowledgment. It's bad enough having to put in your own order with no human contact but to not have courtesy or politeness is not acceptable. read more

Idk who was working in the window on march 15th around 8pm but she was extremely rude and her hair didn't match my standards. When we asked about the baja blast, she very dryly said that they didn't have that in their store and didn't even offer any alternatives. Also I ordered a large drink and she gave me a straw that was about the size of my middle finger (ironic? yea.) Also when we arrived at the window, my friend asked to add a coke to our order as of course she needed a beverage and the woman proceeded to sigh and say sure. I thought I was lucky. Furst time since the pandemic that I didn't see a line at the Keene NH drive thru. Only one car ahead of me during lunch! I pull up and order a T1. 3 crunchy Supreme tacos and a drink. I pull up to the window and the worker was completely frazzled. He gave me my drink and a handful of wadded up napkins and sauce packets. Then he started to give me someone else's order and checked himself mumbling something about no lettuce. Nope not mine. Then he starts talking to another employee who brought hlm a burrito that nobody ordered. He then opens the window back and hurriedly hands me a bag. Containing 2 tacos no lettuce and closes the window. I wave my arms and finally get his attention. When I tell him its not my order he argued with me. I repeat the order I gave at the speaker and he says he never took that order. I had to pull out the receipt and show him. It had only been like 4 minutes. We joked about mild sauce or fire sauce and 4 minutes later he never took the order? He had me pull around to the entrance and said someone would bring it out. This is what I got for my 12 bucks. 3 taco Supreme, with half the filling. They were thinner than a slice of bread. So I got half assed tacos and some poor kid didn't get his tacos with no lettuce at all! If you get employees that know what they are doing and have just the slightest bit of pride in what they serve, let me know. I rarely come to this location, but the service is usually fairly slow. Typical there's as many people on break as there are working. The last time I was there, there was no line to order, but I still waited close to ten minutes to get my food. They're also stingy about giving out sauces. read more

Yes, the wait is long, sometimes my boyfriend and I have waited an hour just to get our food, but they are incredibly short staffed. If you don't mind the wait, the people there are ridiculously nice and we have never had a problem. We go there expecting a long wait because there are usually only 2 people on staff. Because of how long the wait is these people have been disrespected, but they cannot help it when there are only 2 people and the line is out to the street. They are good people just trying to do their job and serve good food, treat them with respect and accept the long wait. read more

A few years ago I started to suspect that my husband was cheating on me. I was heartbroken because everyday he left me I didn't know at the time but it was to go to Taco Bell, this Taco Bell. At first did not understand and I talked deeply to my squirrels about. One day I was driving to get new swimsuits for my fish ( I also needed to restock on my Dino nuggets lol) as I was pulling into Olive Garden (I had to stock up on bread sticks for the month) I looked over and saw the Taco Bell. To my surprise I saw my husbands golf cart in the parking lot. At that moment I wanted to quit but I bravely rode my electric scooter up to the door. My husband looked over and saw me he started to cry. He didn't say anything all he did was hand me a chulapa. I was terrified at first but then I changed my life forever. As soon as I took a bite reality was shattered. I had stepped into a dream word and I started to cry for joy! I finally understood why my husband had been leaving me 4 time a day for the last 3 years. My marriage was saved and now we go 4 times a day together. Thank you Taco Bell u have changed the way I look at life. If I could give this place 10 stars I would and to my readers I HIGHLY Recommend coming here! read more

I am a door - driver and I sometimes have to decline orders from Taco Bell/KFC in Keene New Hampshire because it takes an hour to get through the drive-through line to pick up orders this has been going on for at least two months and it just doesn't make sense this is affecting my ratings and affecting my paycheck I really think they should get this resolved and I'm sure that many many other people feel the same way I never leave her views but this is ridiculous read more

Just last week I decided to try again after the last time,I didn't get all that I paid for. Again I got home and they forgot wedges. I am so disappointed in this particular restaurant. It is obvious to me it is under staffed and poor management. In the last 2 months I hv gone here 5 times and 2 out of the 5 we got all that we ordered and we got it in a decent time. I know we're talking about Taco Bell here, but I couldn't help myself but make the point to get on here and explain to the whole world how particularly god-awful this one is. It is always absolutely filthy and disgusting inside, like they haven't swept the floor, changed the trash, or wiped down tables in hours. They are horribly understaffed and it is not unusual to seriously wait about 15 minutes for your food when it doesn't appear busy inside. That's a typical wait time, actually. They eff up orders CONSTANTLY and do not seem to know the menu. On several occasions we have seen our complete orders sitting on a tray on the center counter of their workspace, just sitting there, for about 5-10 minutes before someone realizes it's a done order that should be brought over to the people who paid for it, and by then it's cold. They also run out of food, like one time we went there and they were out of BEEF, FOR EFF'S SAKE. BEEF. So you couldn't even order a beef taco cus WHOOPS, RAN OUTTA BEEF. And on a more recent visit they were out of a particular type of chicken. Also annoying to me, as a person who generally has their shit together in life, a few months ago they kept some sticker on the door promoting the MTV VMA's for like a whole month after it actually happened. Whoever manages this restaurant is really terrible at their job and should do some serious soul-searching. Unfortunately my boyfriend always insists on coming here though, so I usually tend get food from another restaurant and bring it here so we can eat together. In conclusion, every other Taco Bell I've been to is way better than this one. This one is basically a steaming pile of yupppppp you know what. And I'm rating this one as "not good for kids" as they might catch a disease. read more

A friend of mine found a brain fried up as a popcorn nugget. This location should be visited by the board of health on a surprise visit. read more

One of the better late night options in Keene. With how overpriced some of the area Mexican restaurants are, this isn't always a bad choice. There is a KFC in the same building, so it is a good option for picky kids that like to eat low quality food. That's the bad party about the place. The staff isn't the best. The food, well, don't eat too much of it. read more
