The food was absolutely DISGUSTING for the umpteenth time in a row. Multiple pieces of chicken bone/gristle in our tacos and burrito and hard rice throughout. This store is a disaster, this happens all the time and I've had enough of it. I can't even recall the last time I ate here and it didn't have a major issue. I dont usually leave negative reviews but man this location is bad. Whenever you walk in, the chances are they don't have ANY protein options. Even the rice will somehow run out. As a chipotle it is ridiculous to run out of the main food ingredients this often. And service is usually mediocre too. Most workers seem miserable and have an attitude. There is a reason this Chipotle has a 2 star average on Yelp and so man negative reviews. It's the most unprofessionally run fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Let's start with the fact that it takes 30 minutes to take your order despite the line not being very long. The workers all move like they're in slow motion. Then you get to the front of the line, and the teenage worker tells you they are out of beans, barbacoa, and even guacamole. What kind of mexican restaurant doesn't have beans or guacamole? Seriously. I spoke with the manager Josh, and let him know how unprofessional this restaurant was. He told me 1) we don't allow phones in this restaurant and to put mine away. 2) he offered zero explanation and actually barked back at me that he can't shut things down for 30 minutes to make customers guacamole. This was my first time eating at this location. I tried the smoked brisket bowl. The brisket was room temp and mostly fat and gristle, not eatable. I was charged for quest blanco that I did not ask for and was not given. The little bit of guacamole I did get tasted good and had sizable pieces of avocado. The WORST Chipotle I have ever gone to and I won't go again. I have been to this location at least 6 times since they opened here in Lewisburg and they are terrible. Their food is always old, many times they don't have many of the ingredients, the cash register broke down one time and they were turning people away, and I went tonight and now I have diarrhea. It is awful. I believe part of the problem is management. I have never seen a manager there and the workers always all seem very uninformed and struggling. Best experience. Veggies nice in hot, not a line and quick order. Every location at Chipotles is hit or miss with full choices. Sometimes you have to wait on a meat you want or they are out of veggies. And the guacamole isn't always nice and green. They do have the best rice and sour cream!! read more

This chipotle never fails to disappoint me. I have gone here many times over the past few years while being at Bucknell and I am dissatisfied 100% of the time. I go back hoping I might have at least a decent burrito or bowl and my hopes never come true. Often, their burritos are made to where the rice is on the one half of the burrito and the other ingredients are on the other half. Or their bowls are made with the amount of rice that could all fit on a single spoon full. In addition to their awful making skills the probability of you arriving and them being online orders only with a 30 minute wait is about 50%. If you are a student at Bucknell or resident in Lewisburg take the ride to Selinsgrove to get urself a good chipotle meal. read more

I am on a careful diet which strictly excludes beef related products. I have always liked this chipotle. Normally they do very well. But for some reason the last three times we came here we have always had to wait for them to make the dressing. Just seems a little odd. This used to be one of my favorite chipotles but since COVID hit they have been terribly inconsistent. Half the time they aren't even open during regular business hours and one can not find this out until they have already driven to the store. Sometimes it is only mobile order and once again you can not find this out until you have already driven to the store. Additionally the food orders are barely ever right and the portions are terrible and they are always out of guacamole. Also if you plan to mobile pick up leave yourself at least a half hour since they are barely ever ready on time. I ordered the tacos which they used tortillas that were too small for the amount of food that they put in them. They would have worked better if they hadn't put rice in as a filler first; left very little room for the small amount of meat and vegetables that came after. I ordered meals for 20 guests for a tailgate party and when we opened the catering boxes we only found chips and salsa - and none of the $225 main fajitas meal we ordered! Apparently there are no SOP's in place to check catering orders before releasing. I then had to request a refund through the corporate online system. I'm a flavor roller by any measure. That means I roll around in flavor. One day I went to this store. They gave me this kind of beige looking bowl and put a bunch of food in it. Let's put it this way. The food was full of flavor. It was so tasty. Imagine this, my friend William T. Culcleasure reaching for his spoon. Let me interject for a second. Bill brings his good old large wooden spoon with him. He doesn't use their plastic utensils. That's the way he likes to eat his food. It's a remarkable habit. Well, imagine this. Bill sits down, takes a bite out of his bowl. Mmm yummy he says. Then he says his catch phrase. "With such a variety of tasty and delicious flavors, surely there's a flavor for everyone to enjoy." Can you imagine. One of the customers came over and got a good old picture of Bill taking his wooden spoon, and stirring his burrito bowl all around. Then Bill gave him a good old fashioned week. And by gave do you mean Gabe? The name! Of course not. I meant gave. Well that gave me a chuckle. Imagine that. It's Bill giving him a good old fashioned William T. Culcleasure wink. Giving. I'm a huge fan of Chipotle and because I travel a lot for work, I have been to many Chipotle locations. I just had a chicken bowl (brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn salsa, cheese, and lettuce) from this location and I have never been more disappointed with a meal from Chipotle than I am now. To keep this concise, this bowl of food had absolutely no taste whatsoever. It literally tastes like there was not one pinch of seasoning added to any of the food, especially the chicken. If there wasn't the trace amounts of char on the chicken, all of the food would blend together in a mushy mixture. The only redeeming part of this meal was the guacamole, because it tastes the way it does at every other location, like all the food is intended to. But the rest of the food tastes like nothing.
