There was one employee who was incredibly rude but other than that the other employees who helped check us out were great.

My sandwich was an Italian, regular size, mikes way, add mayo... I'm not sure what was so hard about that but it came with no mayo and had hot pepper spread! Service has gone downhill sadly.... This was a delivery order. read more

This place is always dirty and I don't know why thier motto is a sub above. They are way over priced and the bread is like Styrofoam. You can get a much better sandwich at subway for a third of the cost and on fresh soft rolls. The motto should say a sub par experience. read more

This spot is open for pick up during the pandemic. Very quick very good taste sandwiches. The employees are really nice.

5/20/21 Picked up two subs both sucked we drove home ( Shamokin Dam) directly, opened them up to find soggy wet useless buns, as in wet from water falling all apart. Most likely freshley washed soaking wet lettuce. I called in a friendly manor asking for nothing the young lady that answered sounding like high school as best, informed me she was in charge , no manager present and could not have cared less," yeah ok thanks" and hung up. Friends took me here (Williamsport). They said I would like it and I did. The subs were delicious and had ample servings. But it was the service staff that really made a difference. The place has only been open for a couple weeks. Whoever picked and trained the help did a good job, because they are outstanding. However, (there's always a however), there is no free Wifi! So be sure to download any stuff you need before going in. Still, all in all, a very pleasant experience. read more

I drive through Lewisburg every few weeks, and stopping at Jersey Mike's has become a regular part of the trip! I love their Italian sub prepared "Mike's Way" (lettuce, tomato, onion, spices, oil, and vinegar) and I like to add banana peppers, mayonnaise, and hot pepper relish. The sandwiches are prepared fresh; they literally slice the meat and cheese right on to the freshly baked bun as you order. They are a tad messy to eat, so grab extra napkins before sitting down! I enjoy sitting outside on the patio. The plaza is brand new and I really enjoy the location. The staff are extremely upbeat and happy. They recognize regular customers and make everyone feel welcome. The whole experience leaves a smile on my face every time. read more

Freezing! The only table which was available had an air conditioning duct above us. It was not a warm day outside. We asked them to turn it down but nothing was done. It ruined our meal as we ate as fast as possible and left. read more

Decided to splurge on Jersey Mike's subs on the first day of my vacation. They were great! -- but awfully expensive. I'm not sure that turkey hand carved in front of me is really worth the extra cost. The guy who took my order was very friendly. Stopped at the new "Jersey Mikes" in the Basin St. Plaza, Williamsport, Pa. The other sub shop owners, in the area, should go there and learn how a decent sub should be made. I got the cheese steak and it was amazing! I also took it home which is approximately 10 miles from the store and it was still warm when I opened it up! The store is clean and staff was friendly! There was a huge line but I got through it quick! I would definitely recommend this sub shop to anyone! read more
