Bought a happy meal, asked if they could include a second toy for a second child. the woman said she couldn't do that. I offered to pay for an additional happy meal, i just wanted the toy. If I could give 0, I would. We were traveling and stopped for a bite to eat. 1. Every bathroom did not have toilet paper. 2. We waited about 1/2 hour for our food. 3. When we asked about the time we had waited we were ignored. 4. When another customer asked about his food the manager asked what his order number is? When he told her, she responded "someone took your food and YOU need to go find it"! 5. The restaurant was very dirty. Seriously......this place is awful and needs a new manager. read more

The food here is the same as anyway other McDonalds. I stopped here and had dinner with my parents. I tried their new burger from Spain. The burger was very, very salty (it was actually saltier than the fries). They just built a new McDonalds and made it SMALLER. Less room and it got quite busy and crowded. The "self service kiosk" is right by where the register is, so it's also crowded between people ordering from the kiosk and people ordering from the register. The kiosk can be confusing if you don't know the name and kinds of sandwiches they offer. I would recommend just going to the register. The employees are friendly enough and if you do order from the kiosk they bring the food to you but I guess you're expected to know that you have to get your own cups. We were not aware of this and the lady who brought our food let us know and went to get our cups for us. read more

As much as one can love McDonald's - I do love this one. I stop at it every time I make my drive home to WNY since it's right on Route 15 and on the way. Which means no long winded detours for food. :) I have never seen such a nice McDonald's. This one is all brick, and the inside is decorated so nicely. It's a flip of the coin on whether or not it will be busy, especially at lunch time since it is on the highway and a lot of truck and bus traffic go through. But I love stopping here for something as simple as a milkshake, or getting a meal quick to get back on the road. I never had an encounter with cross or rude employees here. Wrong orders are quickly corrected with a smile and an apology. If you are ever in the area, definitely stop by and check this one out! read more

This a nicely decorated McDonald's. It reminds me of the most brilliant days in the childhood. The menus and service are updated, and its very convenient for travellers along the way! This totally worth four stars. But as a McDonald's, its the best I had so far. read more

One of the nicest McDonald's I've ever visited. From the outside, it looks like your typical old school Mickey D's, however inside it looks like a classy library, as weird as that sounds. Restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. Food was typical McDonald's fare, served up with a friendly attitude. Great place for families, as this place has a MASSIVE play area, complete with the creepy Ronald statue. Very impressed. read more

Sadly, this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. We went through the drive through, ordered Cheeseburger kids meal with small vanilla milkshake and extra fries, a 10 piece nugget meal with a half sweet/half unsweetened tea and sweet and sour sauce, and 2 apple pies. This order was repeated back correctly. I received the kids meal with no extra fries and a half chocolate/half vanilla shake with whipped cream, my half cut tea was ALL sweet tea, and no sauces. I guess I should have checked to make sure it was correct but when he repeated the order back correctly I wasnt concerned. We live about 1hr from this location so returning for the correct order wasnt an option after we noticed the discrepancies.. read more

I asked for a Big Mac and they gave me a small slushee, when I asked to replace it they told me I could not return because I wasn't wearing my shirt or my shoes, SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS!! I have been to this McDonalds several times before without issue. This morning we went and our food was disgusting. We ordered 3 Egg McMuffin meals. 1 sandwich was fine, the other 2 were completely burnt. Not just the edges, which sometimes happens, but the entire muffin was burnt. Terrible service nearly every time I come here. Staff is ALWAYS rude, they make nasty faces, don't respond to anything you ask them, make rude and snarky comments, I almost always get parked and sit for 10+minutes sometimes waiting for my food. Orders are frequently messed up. This is a terrible McDonald's, not worth your time. There is a Wendy's and burger King down the street with much friendlier staff. DON'T TRUST THIS LOCATION My experience here was so awful that it's ridiculous. I came to have a good time and decided it would be fun to play some Foosball. So I put 50 cents into the coin slot of the machine and POOF... my coins were gone and I wasn't able to play Foosball. This absolutely outraged me but what happened next was ridiculous. I went up to one of the cashiers and explained what had happened, only to learn that you don't need to pay to play Foosball and the coin slot was POINTLESS. Not only that but the cashier seemed to not care that I had lost my 50 cents and dismissed it by saying, "There's nothing I can do." That's just terrible service at its worst. Improvements can be made but knowing the service of this McDonald's staff, I can almost gaurentee these changes won't be made. First of all, if someone loses their money in the machine, the least the staff can do is retrieve the money for the valued customer. I will never go back to the McDonald's in Lewisburg again. The older lady calling us ass's as we went past the window. Counted 7 cars get their order in the right lane as we sat in the left. People were backing out from behind us to get in the right lane and all ended up in front of us. We were weekly customers, we will now be eating at Wendy's for our weekly Friday shopping trip. Very disappointed. This McDonald's use to be the best in the area. The last few visits we had to clean our own tables, and the garbage cans were over flowing with trash. read more

I never thought I would review a McDonald's. This is absolutely the best I've had in the 30 states I've been in. Clean and unique interior. The ladies that were working the lunch crew were great. Sorry to disagree with the other reviews, but I've been in McDonald's that were much better than this. Stopped in on a Sunday after doing the flea market things. Had coupons, no problem there. But the sandwich I ordered was missing a key ingredient and when I brought that to the attention of one of the servers, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I can't believe the positive reviews about this McDonalds. McDonalds food is all the same...everywhere. My review is not about the food, but the service. This is absolutely THE WORST McDonalds I have ever been to in any state. Aside from having a million people walking around the kitchen area seemingly with nothing to do, they are the slowest ever. Once I waited nearly 20 minutes on the take out line. Another time 10 minutes at the pay window when I finally said the heck with this and just drove off the line. They bring a whole new meaning to the phrase Fast Food. Try Wendy's in Lewisburg. Great service and such pleasant people. read more

For a quick meal in Lewisburg, McDonalds probably isn't your first choice. However, of the local chains, this restaurant is by far the cleanest, most respectful, and has the best reputation. Food is always fast and they offer indoor and outdoor seating. The imitation bookshelves add a touch of character along with the sun room/ play place. The kids area is very functional and safe. They clean it nightly and sterilize everything on a regular basis. If I'm craving McDonald's, I go out of my way from Milton and venture to the Lewisburg venue. The food quality and punctuality is one hundred times better. The main issue I have with this restaurant is the proximity to the hospital. Although it's not the employees or the owners direct fault, between highway drama, LifeFlight and General McDonald's sound, it's very hard to hear the people sitting directly across from you. All in all, I recommend this McDonalds to all in the Union/Northumberland County area. read more
