Good evening I ordered my food earlier today I just got it like 10pm this is the 3rd time I get my food and the chips and guacamole is missing. I know sometimes its busy or ppl just want to go home I get it I understand but no matter what you have to make sure all order are correct before they head out especially when its oder on line because. The team is really nice. The manager Raul does such a good job and I always see him on the front line durning rush hour lunch. The place is clean, food is better quality then the other ones I go to closer to my house. They are also very organized I see at least once a week them pumping out catering orders. I am so happy that a Chipotle opened up near my place of work with the option of mobile ordering! (If you work on any campus then you probably know that this feature is often disabled!) This Chipotle is located next to the Dunkin Donuts on the ground level of the Hyatt across from Keck Medical Center. Parking structure is in the back off of San Pablo or you can park at the meters in the front if you are lucky enough! (A quarter will give you 15 minutes) . I ordered the burrito bowl (didn't realize it didn't come with the tortilla on the side) with the chicken Al pastor and it was delicious and flavorful! read more

12/13/22 Finally had the chance to stop by & grab lunch!! My ex coworker & friend came in for an impromptu visit at my job site after her doctor's visit with her annual mammogram. This Chipotle is located next door from Dunkin' Donuts within the Hyatt House on Trojan Way & San Pablo-across from the Keck Medical Center of USC buildings. It's surprising that it wasn't too crowded at lunchtime. Ordering was easy. You start at the end opposite the cashier line to pick your meal. My friend & I both opted for a bowl. Mine consisted of brown rice, black pinto beans, grilled beef strips, mild salsa & corn relish/salsa with shredded lettuce & guacamole. She said she'll copy mine except she added cheese on hers & no lettuce. She was genuinely surprised that she finished her bowl, she said it's pretty good. I loved my bowl as well, it's savory & flavorful. It was just a tad salty for my taste, otherwise the seasoning was sumptuous. We dined Al fresco & the tables outside were widely spaced. It's clean throughout & the staff were courteous & friendly. Price wise it's a bit more than I expected but not surprised. Plus a bottled water, our bill totaled $30 & some change. I suppose their overhead is definitely taken into account lol. Since it's just a walk across my job site, I can see myself returning to grab some chow from Chipotle. read more

Went to my weekly dinner spot at Chipotle - 2200 E Trojan Way, Los Angeles, CA 90033, last night just after 5pm. The Chipotle worker taking my order, putting my order together, and ringing up my order is great! He is attentive, efficient, and mixes all the ingredients in the burrito - very important because you don't want to bite into your burrito and just get guacamole :( I've been coming to this particular Chipotle since its opening. I've only had positive experiences from day one...until last night. I ordered a pollo asado burrito with guacamole which totaled $12.98. I was about 2/3 of the way through my tasty burrito when I bit down on what felt like a rock the size of a kernel of corn. I immediately lost my appetite. Understanding that this happens from time to time, I very calmly took my remaining burrito and the kernel-sized object to the same employee who put my burrito together and explained what happened. Fully knowing that it may not be the worker's fault, he explains to me that what I bit down on may be part of the avocado pit. He tells me very respectfully to wait here and he will speak to the manager. Relaying the message from the manager, the worker tells me his manager has determined that a side of chips and guacamole on my next visit is fair compensation for my unpleasant experience. Mind you, I rarely order a side of chips with my burrito. I felt the manager improperly diagnosed the situation and was mistaken in not speaking directly to me. Having been a former supervisor at a top 3 fast food chain in the U.S. and in the world, I know that my former company would've deemed this a horrible customer experience that needs to be righted. A more appropriate measure in this instance would be to offer one or all of the three below: (1) Provide another burrito on the house. (2) Provide a refund. (3) Provide a redemption coupon for a future burrito. I want to reiterate that the male Chipotle worker was fantastic! However, I feel that the manager was derelict in their duties. Had the weirdest experience picking up my order here at the window last night, 02/04/25 at approximately 5:45pm. I have picked up a few app orders here and prefer to pick up inside as I get a fountain drink so I have to go inside anyway. However, I was previously told that all app orders must be picked up at the outside window. Fine. Last night I walk up to the window and there's a gentleman waiting at the window already. He and I wait there for several minutes while employees are inside talking on their cell phone and standing around, looking directly at us and ignoring us. The man told me he had been waiting 10 minutes and was instructed to wait at the window instead. Finally he knocked on the window to get their attention. The only female working there opened the window and started yelling at this man not to knock on the window. When he explained he had been waiting there at least 10 minutes she claimed she couldn't see him since there was a "glare from the light." She proceeded to basically toss his food bag at him then look at me with a glare. I politely gave her my name and she shoved my bag at me and slammed the window shut. I get that we all have bad days but have never received service like this. No one had complained, merely tried to get their attention. Was she not expecting walk ups? I mean several to-go bags were there so obviously people were gonna be coming up to the window. Will no longer order from this location. Food is fine, typical Chipotle fare. read more

I'm giving this chipotle location two stars due to the messiness both of the counter and my order. While I was getting my bowl, the person serving me had guac all over their plastic gloves and dirtied the bowl, lid, and side of queso I ordered. I go to chipotle very often, and never have to ask workers to change their gloves, these workers, however, had guac and queso all over their gloves, all over the spoons and the counter. This worker got guac all over the bottom part of my bowl, on the lid, and on the lid of the side of sauce. I am very sensitive to avocado and usually it isn't a problem when I order my bowl without guac, but this worker got it all over my lettuce and around the bowl :( maybe this isnt a problem that occurs often, but it was very annoying to me, as I was only able to get a couple bites in until the avocado on my lettuce irritated my lips. Unfortunately a lengthy stay in the hospital for my husband has me staying in the area and this is one of the only places to eat near the medical campus. I have to say it is really hit or miss. At least 3 or 4 times they have been out of nearly all ingredients relatively early in the evening. The other day, I stood in line only to find out their grill was malfunctioning and they had no steak or chicken. Today they were only accepting cash because their system was malfunctioning for credit card purchases . To top it off their lids for their large sodas don't fit their cups! Just seems like this place is poorly managed . The staff is friendly and apologetic and these things are outside of their control so this review is no reflection on them. read more
