WAY TOO SPICY!!! My husband, daughter, and I ordered a burrito, bowl, and byo kids meal with steak. The food was so spicy that we were unable to eat our meals and ended up throwing them out in the garbage. We have been to other locations " Forked River, Wall, Brick, and Toms River" and have had pleasant experiences there. The sample size I've had to judge from is very numerous. That being said, the food is absolutely fresh every time. It is well made and plentiful. I recommend getting a bowl and I recommend using the Chipotlane way of service. As I continue to sit In the restroom for the rest of the afternoon, I want to forewarn anyone considering Chipotle's "new and improved" quesadilla meal. Let's start with the fact that this cheese and meat pocket smothered and dripping of oil, was smooshed into tinfoil and not cut into proper handling portions. Not crispy as shown, just soft and floppy, yes floppy. What am I supposed to do with this while driving? Just awful! Second, it's nationally advertised as three toppings, pico, sour cream and guacamole. Sounds like a great deal, right? Until the bill came to 25 dollars and change!! 2.50 for guacamole on both? Yes I know quacamole is extra, but this is false advertising on chipotles part. If you want a decent quesadilla go literally anywhere else. Then the insult to injury was the one, haha, ONE napkin they gave me for this pretend eating experience for two, a top poorly assembled quesadilla packaging. Chipotle corporate, please consider retraining staff on this meal presentation or consider taking it off the menu all together. Leaving my first ever Yelp review for this place. I've ordered from this chipotle multiple times. We always place our order online and pick it up at the drive thru. I almost always get a salad and every single time I've ordered a salad (with dressing), they forget the dressing. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single time. We've learned to start asking for extra dressing at pick up to make sure we get dressing. The last few times the salad has had about 5 pieces of lettuce in it, too. My friend got a burrito bowl and had more lettuce in her bowl than I did in my salad. I usually order a drink through the app and whenever we pick it up, they ask what drink I want even though it's in the order. When someone else picks up the order and they ask what drink I want, they have no idea so I end up getting a random drink. I feel like these things are basics and this chipotle fails every time.
