This is an average chipotle overall. I have had a few issues with my mobile orders in the past being made incorrectly, but this trip it was made perfect. There were a lot more mobile orders than in person orders so it would have been faster to just go through the line. The burr-istas at this location were all friendly and were working hard filling orders. The parking/traffic at this location is less than ideal with the Raising Canes traffic next door blocking the road to the parking lot so I would recommend parking in front if at all possible. read more

Check your order if you are picking up! The last 3 orders I have made for delivery and pick up have been wrong! Went to pick up my order and the guy working the counter ignored me and refused to acknowledge I was waiting to ask for my order. He just slid the orders around and pretended to be busy. This place struggles. We finished whole 30 and are trying to keep eating healthy and chipotle is one of the places that has menu offerings for people eating clean. No matter how often I try this location they just don't do a good job. Three messed up too many orders, has meat that has too much fat and staff that struggles. Today I placed my order, paid walked out after being handed a receipt and was pulling out of the lot when the staff member rapped on my car window/. They said my card was declined to which I asked for a copy of the receipt and they said this happens all the time. They recharged the same card with another receipt given and thanked me as I help up the line after coming inside. Too many times here with food or personnel issues has led me to think Game Over. it's sad too as this is the side of town you think people would kill it attract business. I came into the store to buy lunch. I tried to order a chicken quesadilla for take-out but was told they couldn't fulfill my order. I had to order on-line. WTH? There were people eating at tables in the restaurant. There were people in back preparing food. There was staff at the register taking orders for other people. Is this the new fast-food where you can't show up in person and order your food? I've never EVER had a chipotle skimp out that much on stuff. I got corn and sour cream and it was almost impressive with how little he scooped out. Same with the pico and queso. And I'm paying extra for the queso! Never going to this location again. There's one in Champlin that's not too far, and I'm sure there's other ones that are closer that do much better. I'd highly recommend those instead of the maple grove location. I hope y'all shut down for your crimes. read more

I've been coming to this location multiple times over the years. Staff is always friendly, today on June 30th 2020: they wouldn't even let me in the door. Asked me if I had an online order and I replied yes and proceeded to open the door, the employee then barged I front of me and said no I can't let you in but I can go get you your order. In reply I asked if he was serious, when just a moment earlier I saw him let someone in to grab their order. He didn't have a reply for me, I had already paid so of course I gave him my name and had him grab my order. But from now on you better believe I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This "lockdown" is having quite the effect on some stores policies. Making it impossible for patrons to enjoy simple things like picking up your food without jumping through multiple hoops. The food is good but the staff is not very friendly. When you go to pick up an order they ask for your name then begrudgingly go to grab it and shove the bag at you without so much as a smile or a have a nice day. This particular location is closest by my house, but also the worst location in terms of quality in the area from what I can gather. The chicken here is questionable, as if you're always getting the scraps. Chips and guac and still legit. Also, they do this thing randomly where they close for dine-in and takeout an hour early while still accepting online orders. If you happen to waste your time going there, some second week worker will happily tell you there is a sign on the door as if to shame you for missing it and taking the extra 10 steps to the ordering counter. read more

This is the second try we have given this Chipotle a try . I am very disappointed in the order placed and the order that was received. I wish I could say the order was correct However, it was not. I was very specific. I did not order corn salsa, sour cream or cheese. I ordered a bowl. Only lettuce, guacamole, carnitas and mild tomato salsa. The guacamole was not on my bowl. No Extra lettuce, Carnitas, present, mild tomato picante was present. My spouse took a photo not to be rude, but to show what was received with the order slip next o it to show that was ordered. I have lived in Kansas, Bay area and have been to numerous Chipotle restaurants here and there. But this one here really serves the most fresh and generously portioned meals. This is the second time I have come to this location with my 12 YO. Both times the same young woman who dishes the rice and meat has been extremely short with customers and unfriendly. Both times she has given us hardly any meat and any very little rice in the bowl. This time we also got a little bonus in his meal, not sure it was plastic or what but it certainly is not food. Walked in at 7:48 pm and the entire dining area had chairs up and when we walked up to the counter, we were informed that it was mobile orders only. No big deal, just a little annoying. As the person I was with started trying to order online, a worker put up a sign saying that they were understaffed, so they would only be doing mobile orders for the remainder of the night. Usually, that is a good reason to make those types of changes to the hours, but there were 7 workers in my line of site at that moment. Shocked, I turned to the person I was with, pointed to the sign and made a comment about how they are "understaffed" when there are clearly enough people working. After hearing this comment, one of the workers behind the counter proceeded to ask me what I said and then she combatively said "do you have a problem". In response, I said yes, because I wanted to know why there were at least 7 people working but they were supposedly "understaffed". In response, she said "you wanna go outside", and as everyone knows, that is an invite to fight. Once we asked for the manager to explain the situation, the original worker told me that if she had wanted to beat me up, she would have. I will never be returning to this Chipotle (or any Chipotle) ever again due to this. If they aren't going to stay open for their listed hours AND allow their employees to treat other people like that, this location shouldn't even be allowed to stay open. read more

This past weekend I used Chipotle to cater a party of 30 people. The spread provided by Chipotle was delicious and a huge winner. They provided the meat, both types of beans, both types of rice, all the toppings, hot sauces, etc. as well as chaffing dishes, sterno flames, utensils and bowls. Okay, so the food tastes like any other Chipotle. The service however is basically a joke. We got there on 11/20 at 10:45 a girl who I presume is the manager unlocked the door, then didn't even hold it open, even more she rolled her eyes like she was annoyed we were there. The guy who made us our burritos was the nicest guy there, and the girl working the register was also looking annoyed the entire time, no thank you no have a nice day. Wow. This location is indeed struggling. I placed my order online at 6:54pm for a 7:30pm pickup. When I arrived at 7:30pm my order had not been started. I watched as they started my order noting that 2 of the 5 employees visible in kitchen and on the line were not wearing masks. The one employee on the line with his mask pulled below his chin proceeded to set down a fresh tray of salsas and sour cream breathing over it as he dropped it on the line. Others on the line then proceeded to spoon the potentially contaminated salsas onto my entrees. I asked to speak to the manager. The employee on the line who spooned the salsa on my entrees identified himself as the manager. I informed him I was not going to take the food due to employees not wearing masks and possible contamination. I asked for a refund. He told me I had to request the refund online. I said Ok, told him they should be wearing their masks and left to pickup dinner at Leann Chin instead. Will not be frequenting this location again unless under better leadership/management. read more
