All of the food looked old as if it was sitting out since the day before and not to mention the food looked scarce. It is really a shame that they must not have anyone managing this location or the one in EHT because both are always filthy. Garbage and trash on the floors and by the soda/utensils. We use to always come when they first opened because it was always clean and had a great staff. I hope someone makes some management and staff changes so that they clean it up. People don't want to eat somewhere that is so filthy. And honestly people should put some effort into cleaning up after yourself and your kids. read more

This location as many others is what you would expect from this chain. The food is consistent as is their menu. They practice socials distancing and staff was wearing masks. There were a handful of diners eating in and some picking up take out. I ordered on the mobile site and my food was ready when promised. What I was not happy with was the way my Taco's were packaged. They wrapped (all 3) (two orders of them) in flimsy aluminum foil. The three were melded together and a mess to separate. I had many ingredients in mine like, chicken, beans, avocado, fajita veggies, salsa and cheese. (I forgot to order sour cream). With tacos this full, they should have been individually wrapped and wax or parchment paper would have been better. Or maybe a biodegradable container. They included napkins and two forks in the bag. Perhaps dining in would have been less of a challenge to eat. read more

We ordered through the website for a pick up order. They told us 6:30pm pick up, once my husband got there they told him the computers are messed up and I it will be another 20-30 minutes. It took 15-20 minutes, no biggie. He drove 20 minutes home, and his order was completely wrong. They added items in his bowl he never ordered, nor likes. Our daughter always gets a bowl with beef, cheese, and guacamole, however we'd hat they served her last night is absolutely appalling...at $12.30 nonetheless. I ended up sharing mine with her because she literally had 4 bites of food. If you look close enough in the picture under the cheese there is no meat in 1/2 the bowl. We called them 3x with no answer, I always sent in an email review with a request to get back to me...still nothing. Unbelievable. read more

Tables, floor, soda station disgusting, food and wetness all over the place, then yo look behind the counter and there's food everywhere back. So knowing this I went in early around 1130 and got a bowl, the young man that served me put a tiny bit of rice but piled on the meat and black beans. I also got a bag of chips. The Chips were not fresh at all, when I got home to eat the meat was in huge clumps of gristle and fat, I threw it all in the trash and will not return. I will say this every-time... I HATE leaving negative reviews. The only difference of this one is I am literally in the hospital bed writing this review. I had to get fitted for a tuxedo at mens warehouse and there was a chipotle right next door. When I was finished I headed to chipotle to grab food. The strange vibe you get when you walk into a bodega open 24-7 in Philly. The guy who rolled my burrito was probably the nicest guy in there but seeing the environment and kids he worked around it made sense. I got a steak burrito, nothing more nothing less. I woke up the next morning after not eating ANYTHING else and woke up hunched over in the fetal position. I had to have an ambulance pick me up. Food poisoning the worst I have ever had it. Service was fast! Ate the chorizo bowl. The meat doesn't look done, and rice was cold to eat. I don't taste any salt. I gave the bowl 1 out of 5 stars. Portion size is enough to share for two people with small appetite. I'm out of town, so far I see a lot of people coming in and out buying their dinner here. Crew members were friendly and works fast. Wearing their uniforms correctly. Dining area looks clean and spacious. The restroom needs attention. Lots of toilet paper on the floor. Saw the cleaning supplies hanging in the soap dispenser and hand sink. The restroom is all the way to the back of the restaurant, so it's hard for the cashier to maintain the cleanliness of the restroom. There's outdoor tables and chairs. We dined outside. I saw the umbrellas, but it wasn't used for its purpose. Good thing the sun was already out, or we would end up with sunburn. Their bowls look different from Michigan, which is taller. So far, their taste is almost the same. Next time I come back, I'll probably get a quesadilla so I could feel the food to be warm and safe to eat. read more

The last year they have tanked. youll place an order and instead of telling you they're out of something they just won't say anything You'll get a bowl with rice if they're out of everything and you'll pay full price. I am not sure what this locations issue is. They never have cheese, and barely have any rice up front which causes them to give as little as possible to their customers to make it last. Am I the only person in America that has not previously been to a Chipotlle Grill? Passed it many times but never near lunch time until today. At a nearby Target store with wife and thought; why not try it. So much hype on TV especially from Jim Cramer on CNBC I had to try it. Told the very pleasant server behind the counter I was new to Chipotlle and she was very kind in explaining to me how they served and what they served. Obviously they were not very busy at the time. I got three tacos and Wife got burrito. They mixed up the type of tacos I got so I could sample pulled beef, steak and pork. Wife got pulled beef burrito. Both lunches were very good for the price and filling too. They certainly put Taco Bell to shame, but don't come close to competing with a sit down Mexican restaurants in our area, but then again I don't think they are in competition with them anyway. All and all a nice experience for a quick in and out lunch. BTW their hot salsa I got in a side cup was amazingly tasty without the burn your mouth out heat. read more

Super fast delivery service, I got it 10-15 mins after I ordered it and the delivery girl was nice. Tacos were good but a little cold but then again, I ordered mostly cold toppings on my tacos.
