Just don't bother.. my boyfriend placed his order on the app for lunch .. they just opened so u think everything would be ready and stocked . NOT! he wanted brown rice and of course there is none so he wanted a substitute of a meat.. saying it will take A HOUR TO MAKE RICE ... RICE ...nope ..either cancel in the app or call corporate.. 15 mins then manager asks him do he want a drink ..NO....30 mins later 'do u want white rice' NO .. if he wanted it he wouldn't be waiting on brown ... AND don't try to cancel on the APP cause that's just a joke in itself ... after ordering his food at 10:50AM on the app, walking in at 11AM, he finally gets his food at 12:25PM ... very unacceptable all around especially with management and chipotle as a company .. maybe other chipotle's are better but this one save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.. Would definitely recommend chipotle, just not this one. No matter when you come/what you try to order, they are always out of something, or just don't make your order. The last 3 times I came they were out of sour cream, cheese, chicken, steak, white rice, pretty much all of the basics. Today I ordered through DoorDash (which I honestly knew I shouldn't have, I just had credits on there) and the order was supposed to be ready at 10:09 (also considerably late, so that is also on me) but they received the order and I got confirmation the order was ready to be picked up. I get there and they are cleaning everything up, and telling everybody who has placed mobile/doordash orders that they wouldn't be making anything and would need to reach out for a refund. Like, why mark the order as finished and ready to picked up if it is too late, just decline the order or turn off mobile ordering. read more

The guy who made my food was great. He smiled at me when I walked in and he prepared my food perfectly. It wasn't until I went to pay where my experience started to go left. I waited at the register to pay for what felt like 10 long awkward mins.The guy behind me walked out because the check out was taking too long. When the cashier finally came to the registers she was on her phone several additional minutes before she was ready for me to pay. In addition to the wait, the food made me really sick. We like Chipotle but this location is not very good. We went in to eat in restaurant this afternoon. I couldn't order a quesadilla I was told I had to go online to order it for pick up. I was told it takes longer to cook so they won't order in store. It took longer to figure out this stupidity than it would to make the meal I requested. So then for one person I have to order online and then everyone else at the store. Wait for my order to come up on online orders while the rest is prepared normally. Then they don't ask if you want drinks just ring it up. After the fiasco of ordering food. Things were not fresh or hot. Bowls were dry and cold. What a poorly run store with unhelpful employees. Thank God I don't live here and will be back at my stores who have polite people that know how to run a store that is customer friendly. read more

Employees were rude over wearing a mask. Three out of seven employees, two working the serving line and one working food prep, were not even wearing their masks properly. They had "chin diapers." When I said something to one employee in the serving line, he was rude and glared at me while he slowly tugged his mask up over his nose. At least the kid working the register was nice. Spare yourself!! Our experience at this Chipotle was not great. Some of it had to do with a plethora of mobile orders and I'm sure some things had to do with covid procedures. But the rice wasn't cooked all the way, the beans were half cooked/half not, and they were out of lots of things - corn salsa, kids fruit, almost out of guac... Everything seemed very chaotic for a weekend lunch visit. We were also mischarged for the kids meal. We won't be making a return visit to this location. I have tried to give this chipotle the benefit of the doubt several times. It's always something with them, either something isn't ready or the line is to the door. This store locks their doors 15-20 mins before closing and storages 1/2 of their items 30 mins before. I had an online order that said for me to pick it up @748, once I arrived at the store they didn't make it completely and said their were " out " of the chicken. Worst Chipotle I've ever visited! While out and about in this area, I decided to stop by. There were only 2 customers inside on a 3pm with no one in line. The girl who completes the orders didn't say "hello" when I spoke. She just looked at me like a deer in headlights, awkward. Then, I asked if they had veggies and she shook her head "no" and said "we're out for today." It's 3 o clock and y'all aren't making anymore food? What's the "cook" in the back doing here then? I finally got ready to check out and wanted to use my rewards. I scanned (like normal) and was ready to pay the balance. The girl told me it didn't work. I told her I had just got the reward yesterday and it hadn't been used. Then, on the reader it said I had $10.15 to pay. I reminded her about the reward and that it should have deducted from my payment. I paid the "$10.15" and then she told me I had to pay an extra $2.26 for the guac. Why would I pay $14 for a salad bowl w/ chicken and guac? It's never been that expensive. The guy behind her could tell my frustration growing and tried to diffuse the situation; however, he couldn't figure it out either. The food was bland and the service was terrible.
