We visited here on 9/16/20. Instead of hearing "welcome to Chipotle" when we walked in the door, we heard rather rudely "you have to wear a mask! Where is your mask?" I went back out to the car to get my mask. We had to ask the girl preparing our food to change her gloves after she had handled many other pieces of equipment. The food was over cooked. The black beans had been scraped from the bottom of the bowl and looked like it had been sitting there all day. The beef was dry and very over done. I watched the guy standing at the griddle in the back. He was trying to "clean" the griddle by scraping off previously burnt food. He put fresh chicken on that griddle right on top of burnt remnants of that food that still covered the whole surface. The queso had the consistency of over cooked cottage cheese. Today I almost tried Chipotle for my first time, but the mask patrol ran me out. I kindly appealed, since I recovered from Covid 19 in April and tested with antibodies this month, the mask has no scientific purpose for me. They didn't care. Mask hysteria. If a mask is that important, it must be benefitial. If it's beneficial, trust your mask and don't judge those who don't wear them. Being sick with Covid for 10 days was miserable. Absolutely terrible. Order was supoosed to be ready at 6:30 (online order) sat in the lobby of the restaurant til 7 and had to complain twice. When I finally got my bowl THIRTY minutes after the guaranteed time, I walked out angry to my car and got even more mad when I was driving away and realized it was THE WRONG BOWL COMPLETELY. I drove back went in and asked them to remake the bowl I paid for and waited 30 minutes for. They remade it and I walked back to my car with my new bowl. IT WAS STILL WRONG. I paid for guacamole and this bowl had no guacamole. I asked for half chicken half steak. This bowl was all steak. This is the worst experience I've had at any restaurant ever. Not only were the workers rude, they were also apparently incompetent. There was also customers waiting with me for half an hour and received the same bowl as well. Got to the Chipotle for a pick up at 7:40 and was told it was a 15 minute wait on the steak, which was false. After waiting for over thirty minutes I was told that my order ticket was lost... but they had it all along while serving two other people who came after me. 8:45 rolls around and I receive my order and a complimentary drink. I got home and there was two small pieces of steak (which I waited for almost an hour for) and two small pieces of chicken on my tacos... which were soft shell but I ordered crispy. I also ordered a chicken burrito and there was no meat on that at all. Overall staff was really slow tonight and did not pay attention to detail. I understand being short staffed and I had enough patience to wait over an hour. However, I also expect my order to be correct. I usually go to this location if I'm on that side of town and if I'm in the mood for Chipotle. The Chipotle on my side of town skimps on the toppings and are slow. Overall, I liked my food even though it was kinda bland not that I have a problem with that. I did notice that they were out of a variety of items at the window. Instead of refilling them when they got low, they just waited until I asked for that item and then refilled it, which took some time. So I'll just start by saying when there are three ppl ahead of me it really shouldn't take 20 minutes to prepare a rice bowl but okay. So once it was established that the ONE person preparing food needed help a young lady comes over. She washes her hands and puts on gloves. So as I watch her rapidly (sloppily) prepare the food, she proceeds to use her gloves to clean up everything she's spilled, pull the trash cover (in her gloves), wipe the counter off with her gloves and then went right back to preparing food. Literally the same gloves she touched the trash and the dirty counter tops went right back into the cheese and then into the lettuce. I left out of disgust. I can't believe casual dining has come to this. I understand hiring young people but, can you teach them a thing or two about food-borne illnesses? I will definitely be sharing this experience. They deal with too many fresh products to not take appropriate hygienic measures. read more

We have been visiting this location for at least 3 years now. I have been using the pick-up in store option since before Covid and it used to be wonderful. Everything including utensils and cups would be in the bag. The last 3 times I've visited this location, several things were wrong with my order. On one visit, I order the kid's "build your own" soft tacos and the soft tacos were already assembled (very sloppily) and poorly wrapped in foil. They had to remake the order because it had been so poorly wrapped that it spilled out all over everything else in the bag. In this same visit, our cups, chips, queso, and guacamole was missing. On another visit, we arrived 20 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time and our order was not ready. When the order was finally ready, half the items were missing. We were missing a large chips and queso, a large chips and guacamole, the chips that come with the kids meal, and our cups. On our latest visit, we ordered the same thing we always order (because the app gives you the option to order the same thing you ordered last time) and when we arrived, they gave us a side cup of queso and a side cup of guacamole and told us that was the small. I was furious because I have NEVER received the small plastic side up as a full order. They used to have two paper cup sizes and one was small and the other large. Now, they are calling the side cup (the cup you get when you say, "can you put the guacamole on the side") a small and the old small cup is now a large. I was bothered because I have been placing the same order for the last 2 years. I like my bowl how I like it so I don't deviate from that order EVER. So to be told that what used to be a side cup is now a small is ridiculous. The employee that I spoke to swore up and down that what I received was a small when I have NEVER EVER received that while placing the same exact order for the last 2 years. I can understand if you just say, "we made some adjustments to our sizes and this is now a large and this is a small..." but the employee insisted that I was wrong. Sadly, I don't know if I'll be going back. I really enjoy Chipotle, but this location has been going downhill and seems to be continuing that trend. So disappointed. read more
