The good: its clean and the employees are nice. The food is good. The bad: first this place NEVER has veggies! Ive been here like 8 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they dont have the veggies. At first I thought maybe I was going too late but then we went in the middle of the day and they didnt have it. And then I was talking to a friend and she said the same thing... her family has been there multiple times and they never have veggies. Its very odd. Also multiple times I've had to have them double wrap the burrito because its so stuffed, which you would think would be a good thing but they can't properly wrap it and the wrap starts to rip open. So overall if the veggies arent a big deal for you and especially if you arent getting a burrito, this place is totally fine. But if you are a vegetarian or want the veggies, you might want to go to a different Chipotle. read more

I guess with the world on a downhill spiral, actual service and manners are dead too. Only one person was in front on me, and they were not even being helped because both women employees were too busy laughing and talking. I and my wife visited this restaurant at 4:30 PM on Saturday, Oct. 19th. There was only ONE person working to assemble meals for a long, long line of customers. She was doing an EXCELLENT job, but was working alone, working nonstop at an unsustainable pace while idle co-workers simply walked behind her without assisting her. Sooner or later, this girl will quit or have a nervous breakdown. It was horrible to see her run out of ingredients and have to leave the counter to obtain them from a nearby refrigerator all by herself. I was so uncomfortable I nearly lost my appetite. There was no teamwork, no unified effort to help her serve customers who kept coming through the door. I am not stopping here. I am contacting the franchisee if possible and contacting corporate headquarters. I am committed to calling attention to this extremely flawed concept and zero evidence of supervision or leadership of any kind. Wish I could give this Chipotle 0 stars. I consistently come here around 6-7 pm and they NEVER have fajita vegetables. They say no more will be made and the location closes at 10 pm. The staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in and they took over 5 minutes to start taking my order (there was no one in front of me I was just standing there staring at them) the food station was literally A MESS, it appeared it hadn't been wiped down at all the entire day. Then I watch one employee come over to the proteins and take a scoop of chicken with his hand (gloved but still..) to bring over to the mobile order station. This Chipotle just opened up a few months ago on the old Granite Run Mall property. We were shopping nearby and it was "National Taco Day," so we decided to stop by around 8 or so for a quick dinner. Everything was great! My daughter and I both had bowls and my nine month old grandson had the cheese quesadilla kid's meal. The service was also really good - the guy at the counter couldn't have been nicer and even carried our trays over to a table for us. I typically enjoy Chipotle, and this location was no exception. I have tried this location a handful of times and not lying it's always terrible. The food is just always looking to be the day before. Never fresh or hot. Any time I've order on their app or DoorDash/uber eats it's never right. The staff when you go is terrible completely unprofessional and just flat out rude. They need to just completely gut the management team and staff or better yet just close it up. I try and be nice and give it a couple months and try to think it's just one time deal but it's every time. I'll just drive another 25 mins to another one or better yet get Qdoba instead. Stopped in on 7/9/22 at 8:30 pm. There was a very loud conversation going on about one of the employees dating life. I stood at the counter for a while and eventually a woman paused her conversation about dating to address me...kind of like their conversation took priority and she begrudgingly paused to take my order. I asked for veggies on my burrito bowl and she simply stated "yeah we're out". The container that usually had them was dried with leftover food that apparently wasn't being attended to. There was no "I'm sorry" that they were out. There was no attempt to go to the back and get more. It was simply "yeah we're out". Considering they didn't close for another hour I was surprised that they weren't keeping the food stocked. When I got home the food was nasty. I had to spit out several pieces because it was over dried and was pretty hard to chew. I like chipotle and I like to go to this location due to its proximity to where I live. The service has been hit or miss the last several times I went there but this time was probably the worst. Very sparse options (compared to other Chipotle stores) to go with the chicken bowl that we ordered. Guac looks unappetizing. Chicken pieces were bone dry. Most of the tables were available but none had been cleaned -for a while I suppose. Bad representation of the brand. No complaint about the servers - though one of them said he had no idea what he was serving! Much as I appreciated his honesty I had to decline as I would like to know what the "black stuff" in the tray was! Hope someone from the chain steps in to fix the issues. I have not been to this Chipotle in probably almost a year after I boycotted for a while due to receiving attitude from staff and witnessing a verbal altercation between two staff members when neither wanted to take my order. Anyways, I decided to give it a second chance because I do love the food. So today I went in and no one smiled or even pretended to be friendly to me while taking my order. I wanted to walk right back out before I even ordered because I just cannot stand the ignorance. As I ordered, first they were out of vinaigrette (which I was previously used to them being out of it from time to time so not a huge problem) then they said they were out of onions and peppers, and then further down the line they said they were out of corn. Those ingredients make up almost 50% of what goes in my order. And also the rice was plain white rice with no lime or cilantro. So unless they changed the recipe for their rice, I would say they are very underprepared when it comes to ingredients. And safe to say the customer service has not improved one bit. This place has proven to be just as, if not more ridiculous than I can remember! I would not even give this place 1 star if I had the option. read more

Ice cold food every time. At least Four orders from this location with an exact time for pickup. On a positive note the food is always ready so I don't have to wait but it is ice cold. I dined in with my daughter today. Got a chicken burrito and tacos for her. I'm halfway done my burrito and pulled out a onion with a small insect on it...btw I'm 3 months pregnant!! I felt so sick and wanted to throw my food up! I immediately went and showed the cashier who then got her manager. She proceeded to tell me it was oregano. For somebody who cooks I knew it wasn't oregano! Clearly could tell it was a some sort of bug. She insisted it wasn't..took the "oregano" off the onion and threw it away.
