We have visited this location a few times since they opened last year. Everytime we go there all tables are dirty and we have to clean them. This occasion will be the last....today the trash bins were overflowing to the floor, all tables were dirty and lastly the toilet in the womans bathroom was overflowing too. My poor little daughter said that's ok mommy I will hold it till we get home. As we got home I called the manager and told him about our experience and all he said is that dont worry as of this upcoming Monday there will be changes....so you will let the service go to crap and offer subpar service for 3 days. Placed a mobile order. When I arrived A few minutes earlier than I thought I would, and the schedule delivery time, I sat down and waited for the staff to place my order on the clearly marked shelves that say "mobile order pick up". Of course they never did, and despite putting other orders on the shelves, mine sat behind the order counter for the entire 20 minutes that I was sitting down waiting for them to finish it. Finally someone asked me what I was waiting for, I said a mobile order pick up, to which they grabbed the bag behind the counter through and chips and guac which was in the order, and then handed it to me. The incompetence to not place this order on the shelf with the rest adds designated pick up time was annoying to say the least. Cold food, I was late to get home, and there was no sincere apology or compensation as an apology. You'd think that a coupon or a discount on the order that was placed, or a refund of some type would have been appropriate or expected. I arrived early and ended up leaving late. Do your jobs and put the food on the shelves for a pick up where it belongs. Do not recommend mobile order at this location. read more

I ordered in the app and my pick up time was 6:30 but it didn't end up being ready until 7:10 and then ontop of me waiting an extra 40 minutes, my order ended up being messed up too. They didn't put in chicken or queso but added beans which Ik I didn't order on accident because I'm allergic to them. So yeah I'm gonna go cry or something read more

Chilpolte used to be my favorite. I worked near another location and would stop in frequently for lunch. The food at that location seemed fresh, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. That was not the case at all at this location. The one staff member that bothered to looked at me when I walked in, visibly rolled her eyes. They weren't busy at the time so I can't tell you why it took 7 minutes for someone to come and take my order. It was the same person who rolled her eyes... she was very unpleasant. Same for the person who rang up my order. This location was a mess. The tables were dirty, the counter was not wiped down. The food was cold and we barely ate it. Maybe they need to do a staff retraining or offer higher wages? Maybe a manager to oversee the staff? I won't be back to this location and I don't know if I even want to try another Chipotle. read more

Attempted to eat-in to see if there was a difference between how eat-in and delivery is handled... left because the staff was more interested socializing and slamming stuff around than tending to customers. usually I have a very pleasant experience eating at this fast food chain. although, todays visit was not as satisfactory because we put in our order and after the bowls were made the cashier informed us that they were not taking cash and didn't specify why. I have gone to another chipotle this past week and they gladly accepted cash and also at that location where I know many other people have gone. we had to decline our order because we did not have a card and nothing was clearly stated saying no cash. so therefore, I took my business elsewhere going to another food chain (chickfila) which gladly accepted cash from me. read more

Horrible service. The woman with the long eyelashes not only was horribly ineffective, walking from one end of the counter to the other, but clearly wanted to be anywhere but at the restaurant. It took FOREVER to be served, and there was only 1 person in front of me. I had to ask for veggies on my veggie bowl. The staff never spoke to me at the register, just held out her hand for the money (Eyelash Girl). The trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. Epic fail. read more

Every table was dirty; no unsweetened or sweetened iced tea containers, pinto beans looked old and dried up; the lone trash bin area had all overflowing containers (need another bin area near the doorway to the side parking lot for the store); did not have appropriate baskets for eat-in tacos. Horrible. Very disappointed. We have visited our share of chipotle's and have never been in a gross one. For starters, we get beans on our bowls. The beans bin was pretty close to empty, old and nasty. I had to ask the gal to get a new bin of beans. We paid for our stuff and went to sit down. There were 3 tables with customers seated. Every other table was dirty. The chairs were dirty and the floor was filthy with food and napkins. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned off. The gal cleaned a table then decided to really start cleaning, dragging chairs sweeping and making a ton of noise all around us. Guess she didn't like that I asked her to wipe down a table. We will never go back. I suggest you dont either. read more

I was happy when this chipotle opened. I used to go to one on city ave where I used to live and it was always so crowded and horrible and I couldn't stand the staff. At first this location was SO much better. But slowly it's getting to be the same. Lazy staff, poor management, and even the food isn't that great. And instead of being crowded it's generally empty - not a great sign. Portions are getting smaller, you have to wait forever even without a line , and lately the chips have either been totally over fried and burnt or a greasy mess, like so greasy they're soft. Except tonight where they had run out by 7pm. This location has gone downhill fast. Not worth the money or calories. They need to get a manager in there to set people straight. read more

Horrible service. Stopped in for a late lunch with my son. There were 7 teenage (ish) workers behind the counter. Not a single one came up to help us even though there was nobody else in the restaurant. The girl who ended up getting our food looked and acted like she would rather be anywhere else. Made me wonder if this venue know they are wasting their money hiring so many workers. We won't be coming back to this location. read more

I dont have anything against this specific Chipotle location but more the quality of the food. The store was clean. My order was quick. The girls working were very sweet and polite. The food however was less then exciting. 2 tacos (carnitas) were tasteless and soggy after my 2 minute drive back to work. The chips were stale and queso was grainy. I wanted to give Chipotle a shot even after all their issues in news headlines but I won't be going back to any of them. read more
