Horrible service, every order is missing something. Last 2 times no veggies on the quesadillas. Multiple times no guacamole and they can't refund you with an online order. You will need to call this number to get a refund for the food you will Never receive. At the time it was supposed to be ready and was notified that the order was not ready yet took an additional 10 minutes. Once I received my food, my burrito bowl was near, drowning in salsa. I worked at Chipotle for five years so I know what the proper portion is. When requesting extra cheese on an online order, I literally got four strands of cheese on each taco. It wasn't even the normal portion of cheese. They consistently mess up orders, especially the online ones that have a clear description of how to make it. This has to be the worst Chipotle I've eaten at! The food was super salty...my blood pressure just shot up! The chicken was over salted. The chips was worst, ours were very salty and the chips was wet! Why was it wet? We ate only part of it and threw out the rest. Before we left, we had to warn a family in line, down spend your money, it's not worth it! When we got to our car we saw the family leave and went next door to the other eatery. Never before have I wanted to commit arson so badly. The service here is absolutely pathetic, I ordered two burritos at 6:45 and arrived for pickup at 7, DoorDash said it was ready. I walk in and see a massive line for pickup orders and sit down to wait. In the hour I was sat there waiting I saw two, TWO people walk out of the restaurant with their pickup orders, In the back I could only see one person working as three other employees sat in the corner talking. I ordered with the online app and picked up my food at the drive thru. I ordered a salad with the Barbacoa. My order was ready for pick-up when I arrived, no waiting. My salad was exactly how I ordered it and there was a lot of meat. This location even had the salad dressing. I have been to other chipotle's which did not.
