They put all the food in one bag. They left my food out and my nephews food. They also forgot my chips and guac.

Went this past week around 8 pm on a weeknight and was so disappointed. And then ticked off. Person behind counter ignored me until he was done wiping and moving stuff, so i stood there for about 2 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Looks up and no greeting, just what do you want... all the bins were looking gross, some empty with dried out food... my first time ever at a chipotle and it was like pulling teeth to my questions. Food was gross, chips were stale.. guacamole good. place was super gross... silverware bins empty, garbage overflowing or bins turned upside down so they could not be used... this is my first ever yelp review and when i came to this location was not shocked that rating was bottom of barrel.. it is disgusting and an embarrassment to the company read more

Horrible service, every order is missing something. Last 2 times no veggies on the quesadillas. Multiple times no guacamole and they can't refund you with an online order. One worker was cursing 'f..k' in the kitchen to a supervisor, no correction. The food was mediocre. The facility was filthy and unkept. Staff was indifferent. I won't ever go back there.

I worked at Chipotle for five years so I know what the proper portion is. When requesting extra cheese on an online order, I literally got four strands of cheese on each taco. It wasn't even the normal portion of cheese. They consistently mess up orders, especially the online ones that have a clear description of how to make it. This is sad to see because when I was trained in the company, they had the best training program I've ever seen. Corprate needs to check into this place and help them. read more

Food was very fresh and delicious. I had the Chicken Al Pastore which is a limited time special. Service was normal for a QSR. The people were pleasant. I love chipotle and Shelton and Bridgeport tend to be good and to my excitement a new location just opened close to where I live. Having experienced this particular location my advice is to have 1800 chipotle ready to press send on your phone. You will need to call this number to get a refund for the food you will Never receive. Ordered lunch here on a Saturday via the Chipotle app. Arrived to pick it up in store. At the time it was supposed to be ready and was notified that the order was not ready yet took an additional 10 minutes. Once I received my food, my burrito bowl was near, drowning in salsa. Also, my chicken was burned not charred burned. I'm disappointed my initial experience with this chipotle was good on opening day. Hope things improve. read more

I was very excited for Chipotle to open in my home town but was extremely disappointed when I went for lunch today. Not only was it completely disorganized and no one seemed to know what was going on, there were empty containers of food and I needed to wait 15 minutes for the veggies and sofritas to cook and they were very skimpy with their portions. The bowl wasn't even half filled. The tables were disgusting and look like they haven't been wiped down at all today. Don't go as you will be quite disappointed. Ordered on the app to pick up in the drive-thru. Told to wait 5 mins as steak was still on the grill. But then ignored for 20 mins while blocking the pick up area. I had to knock on the window to get anyone's attention and was told the grill can't work any faster. 40 mins after my order was supposed to be ready, it finally appeared. FIrst time eating at this Chipotle in Monroe...Not Good! It was after 2 pm and the service was very slow. We ordered 2 chicken burrito bowls and a med size bag of chips. This has to be the worst Chipotle I've eaten at! The food was super salty...my blood pressure just shot up! The chicken was over salted. The chips was worst, ours were very salty and the chips was wet! Why was it wet? We ate only part of it and threw out the rest. Before we left, we had to warn a family in line, down spend your money, it's not worth it! When we got to our car we saw the family leave and went next door to the other eatery. This location has a drive through option that make absolutely no sense. You it doesn't matter if you order ahead or not you're wait time is minimum 15 minutes in waiting to get to the window. Never before have I wanted to commit arson so badly. The service here is absolutely pathetic, I ordered two burritos at 6:45 and arrived for pickup at 7, DoorDash said it was ready. I walk in and see a massive line for pickup orders and sit down to wait. In the hour I was sat there waiting I saw two, TWO people walk out of the restaurant with their pickup orders, In the back I could only see one person working as three other employees sat in the corner talking. After an hour I ran out of patience and went to McDonald's right down the road, where I got my food in less than 2 minutes. I will never be returning to this chipotle again.
