We got it delivered by Uber Eats. The order was delivered quickly. Most of it was cold but I guess that's to be expected. We got a few different things. Most of it was poorly put together. I'm not really a fan of Taco Bell because I think they are overpriced for poor quality food. The steak quesadilla looked good, just tasted ok. The nacho fries were very good. Very horrible customer service. Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and asked to use my Taco Bell rewards. I was told it was "too late" because I didn't provide my check-in before ordering, even though no one asked for it. The employee, who said he was the manager, told me I'd have to drive through the line again just to use my rewards. There were no cars behind me, and my order was already on the screen, so there was no reason this couldn't have been handled. Instead of helping, he refused, so I left and went to another Taco Bell. i came here earlier today with my dad and my sister, the food was amazing per usual but the what i assume to be manager was insanely rude to the employees. The young man who helped my dad and sister at the counter was super sweet and helpful and greeted us amazingly. When i put my order into the ipad i waited for my food and one of the lady's called my name so i went up and she told me to wait for my drink so i did exactly that but i overheard the manager raising his voice and belittling the young man who helped us (kervin I) he told him to "use his head" when working. He had made my drink and the manager asked him who it was for and kervin said "lauren" and the manager replied "is lauren here?" i spoke up and said "yes im right here" he ignored me and came over and asked what i was waiting for and i told him "the drink you made that guy throw away just now" and he said "oh okay" and walked away and made kervin remake my drink. i felt so bad for him, kervin came over and apologized for nothing. there wasn't even a rush and little to no people were waiting for food or something so he had no right to speak to him like this read more

It was late after driving for few hours. Checked at near by Quality Inn. Got quick fast Taco Bell directions from Yelp which took eight minutes to get there. Using Taco Bell app to order the food and it also gave directions to unit location. Being app member I just get to drive up order and mention my name .. pronto they pullout my order flash it on the screen for me to approve.. I generally ask for NO ice in my drink. This Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong so many times it is pathetic. Honestly, embarrassing. I just don't get what is so hard about doing your job correctly. Everyone makes mistakes, but this place almost feels deliberate; it is almost every single time. One time they forgot to put potatoes in my spicy potato soft taco... So just lettuce and spicy. I will attach pictures below. But the last straw for me was when they got my order incorrect, I went back in to have them correct it... when I got back to my car, they had messed up again, and even worse than the first time. I will never be going back, I am ashamed to even have gone as many times as I have. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE are the only 2 words I can think of when I think of this location. On two separate occasions I have come here after putting in a mobile order. In the first, they lost my order completely. Today, on the second, I was looked at by three (3!) Different employees and not acknowledged at all. This particular Taco Bell I have been going to for awhile and it's usually good (food and staff/customer service wise) but once in a while I can order through the app at around 11:30 and arrive there well before they close at 1:00 and it's usually one of two things: 1. I'll get a new person that doesn't quite have their legs yet or 2. They will tell me that "they don't have an order for me" even though on the app it says that they accepted it and made it Overall: If the staff were willing to take their job(s) seriously and do it to the best of their ability, there would be less complaints all around. Employee by the name of WILL, is by far the best greeter/cashier. Always had my order correct and ready to go at the drive up window. Clearly this Taco Bell I just ate was so good I had to give it five stars. For whatever reason, I have found myself at Taco Bell restaurants all across America. From California to Florida This is the best Taco Bell I've ever had in my life, and everyone must know about it. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and a Beef Quesarito both were fantastic in taste and quality. TACO BELL CORPORATE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I have not experienced customer service like this in an extremely long time. Not only were your employees polite to guests, but also to each other. The food was extraordinarily prompt, and even with one small error, (my daughter tears apart the nacho supreme and reconstructs, so it was a weird part anyway), hot and perfect. The location was impeccably clean, and also interestingly unique. (Look into that last part.) The customer service is what tied the bow together though. Your employees handled themselves in the manner that you would expect from someone working for 3 bucks an hour plus tips. I eat at Taco Bell a little more often then I would like to admit, and have not been in an atmosphere quite like this. Most sit down restaurants don't hold a candle to this location. If I was running a business, I would offer training positions or management positions to half of this staff, and show some form of appreciation to the other half. Sorry for the long review. As far as food goes, this Taco Bell I think is up there. I went through the drive though, this guy couldn't hate his job more. He was incredibly rude and he clearly wanted me out of there.
