I recently visited Chipotle in Moses lake, and I've got to say, it was an awesome experience. From the second I walked in, I could tell the place had good vibes the staff was super friendly, and everything looked clean and well-kept. not to mention the service was amazing everyone had a great attitude and the line looked clean everyone was getting something done. I was really impressed with how fresh everything tasted, and it felt like a solid, satisfying meal that wasn't just thrown together. I definitely left full and happy. If you're craving a good, flavorful meal that's quick but not cheap on quality, I definitely recommend checking out Chipotle. I'll be coming back for sure!!! read more

Sad and not worth the value. I ordered a salad with double protein and guacamole; I legit wondered where the salad was and the extra $3.75 for "double protein". Would not double protein as it not worth it seeing as it seemed like the regular amount and would Qdoba do this "salad"...? To start off, the facility seems like it is struggling to maintain the buildings cleanliness . The food is just all over the trays so you are getting a little bit of everything. Even if you don't want it. The serving size is just disgusting. I got half a scoop of rice and when I asked for a bit more I was asked if I wanted double. Double of half a spoonful? The staff is just terrible. No greetings at the front door. The employees tend to not wear gloves even when handling cash, stale chips, the tables are rarely wiped down. I have no idea how this business is still up and running but I will most definitely never come back. read more

I went to this Chipotle without reading the collection of bad reviews first, and I'm glad I didn't read them. I found this to be a typical Chipotle and didn't experience anything negative during my visit. The serving line was clean and the service was fast and courteous. I travel a lot for work and have been to many Chipotles across the country. Being a vegan, I usually get the same thing- a burrito bowl with sofrtas, brown rice, black beans, veggies and guacamole. My order was consistent with the other Chipotles I've been to. Perhaps after the bad reviews they fixed the issues, but I had none and will go back. read more

A horrendously awful meal. At 6 pm on a Sunday literally out of everything. The food was out the lemonade was out. Are these people working or what? I settled on carnitas in my burrito because it was the only meat there was enough of. The guy put barely anything on top of my burrito. The queso was not warm anymore. I have not eaten at a Chipotle Mexican Grill in years but decided to give this place a chance. Boy, was that a mistake. Ordered a Carnitas Burrito that they made with a soggy, rubbery tortilla that could not be eaten. I took a bit and the tortilla stretched for about six inches before I finally was able to bite through it. I had to go get a bowl to put it into and toss the tortilla. No flavor, so had to go get a bottle of Tabasco sauce. Mostly rice and beans, where's the meat?!? Barely any cheese and the Pico de Gallo was just chopped up tomatoes?!?! All that for $10.57?!?! The reason why I'm giving this Chipotle location two stars is because the food was good but the service and ambiance was horrible. The first thing I noticed was the assembly line was very dirty. Pieces of food were spilt in each ingredient. The assembly table had ingredients on it which made a mess when putting orders together. My order along with other customers had salsa and cheese smeared on our bowls and burrito wraps. This was just plain carelessness on the employees part. I also noticed that the entire kitchen was filthy! Floors were caked in pieces of food and garbage. Kitchen appliances had food and garbage underneath which tells me they don't take pride in a clean environment. Management needs to take care of this quickly. I've been to multiple Chipotle locations and this has been my first worst experience. On another note, the service was not what I would expect from a highly rated chain restaurant. Employees need to be trained properly on the assembly line. There was too much chaos between duties. The assembly line would function more efficiently with 4 people individually completing a separate task. This location needs a strong leader who can train these employees on the fundamentals of a fast food assembly line. I recommend seeking help from the management team that trained employees at the Pullman location. That store is very impressive in all aspects. I understand this location in Moses Lake recently opened and it's busy, but that doesn't excuse the staff's behavior or uncleanliness of the restaurant. I hope changes are made to this location. My friends and I went to Chipotle for the first time and the workers were so nice they were patient and didn't rush us at all they explained when we didn't understand things. I had to translate to my friends since they can't speak English. But here's the thing there were flies in the restaurant and we saw them close to the food and one of my friends actually got food poisoning for like a week. We all loved the food even my friend who got food poisoning says they liked it but they won't be going back though. I don't know anything about how Chipotle is normally supposed to be but the food was cold maybe it's supposed to be like that though. Like the meat was cold and everything I didn't like that but I thought it tasted good.
