I haven't had a good experience at this Chipotle ever. It has been a few years since I visited last thinking it would be better and nothings changed. Ordered food at the counter and took it home, I'm no more than 6 minutes from restaurant to home, all expected warm items on my burrito were cold ie, carnitas, beans and tortilla. The person making my burrito failed to add the requested mild salsa as well. My wife's chicken bowl was the same thing, cold chicken and no items that were supposed to be warm were, all cold! Way too slow anymore. People love the food hate the waiting. No sense of urgency by the staff no matter who comes to work. Can't get help can't keep help, ruining a great food concept. The leadership has got to help line workers find a reason to do good work. Dining room is filthy, tables need wiping, ice needs filling, nobody seems to be able to multitask. Thirty 30 minutes in line from the entrance. So much emphasis on Togo orders disrespecting those wishing to eat in. Went in again on oh boy I can now see why the reviews are so low for this place. Went in around the same time as my previous review and the place was pretty empty. Had only one person in front of me who was placing multiple orders for their coworkers but that was not a big deal. There was only one person at the front fulfilling this person order so we waited. And waited. And waiteedddd. To the point the place had filled up with line of about 10-13 people behind me. After seeing this another team member hopped on the line but it was to refill all the empty containers that were left. Even with this line no other team member hopped on to help and just had everyone wait. After waiting some more I was able to put in my order and I still had to wait as the topping I wanted were getting refilled. The food was great like always but the service experience was horrible. Every guest was frustrated to the point where it could be visibly seen. They need to get their service together and be on point when it comes to the guest. read more

I've been coming to this location for over 5 years. In last year or two it's taken a nose dive in service and cleanliness. They run out of multiple items every time I come. This time chicken and fajita veggies. It's lunch time. You should have 1 tub on backup as you cook more. If you wait for it they forget about you. Worker with a gallon bucket of sanitizer fluid cleaning food service items ON the buffet line. I witnessed her flinging drops of filthy water on our food order while we were waiting to check out. when I told her that I no longer wanted the food, her reply was "you don't even know what this is.", Obviously. I don't know what is in the red bucket that you are sanitizing items in but I certainly don't want it in my food. No worries, she says, it's only sanitizing chemicals in a red bucket dripping on our food and on the counter, where it can contaminate every other order. Never coming again. sayonara. I have stopped going there. First of all every time I go there it looks like a disaster area. The garbage cans are filled, and the serving area is like a pig trough, food and debris everywhere. Secondly, the food is not any good. I am from Chicago and when Chipotle originally started it was the best burrito ever, now the meat seems overcooked, not any anything at all like it used to be. Ordered two burrito bowls for dinner on the Chipotle app, I arrive 7 minutes before it was supposed to be ready (I guess better than late) get it home in about 5 minute and when we opened our food, it was the sloppiest smallest portions we have ever seen (especially mine). Both were cold, but my dish looked like a messy soup, with barely any meat or lettuce (was looking forward to trying the new Chicken Al Pastor but there wasn't more than a few pieces in it. The burrito shell was half hanging out of the aluminum foil also. I attempted to call the store, but you can't talk to the actual location you have to speak to an 800 number. So after numerous voice prompts it finally transferred me to some smarmy guy, I gave him the info he asked for and then wait, wait, wait, the next thing I knew it went back to the voice prompts. and hung up, I called back again and this time I couldn't even get to a person. Frustrated I decided to drive back to the store, I asked to talk to the "manager" (it was a Sunday evening) and said would you eat this and he said no. He said we can remake it for you, I declined after looking at the prep table which was an absolute disaster, no just refund my money I said. He says, we can't give refunds at the store you have to call the 800 number! You mean the same one that hung up on me and then wouldn't connect me to another person? He also reiterated that it would take 5-7 business days to get a refund after I spoke with someone. We have been regular Chipotle customers for years, and frequently this location often. After this episode and the poor customer service on all levels, lack of cleanliness we will have to seriously rethink eating at Chipotle again. read more

absolutely insane. i read the reviews and decided still to give this location a try and boy did it come back and bite me HARD! the biggest pain i have ever had ordering food from any place in my entire existence. the establishment never even made my food, i waited over an hour, and they had my delivery driver sit outside for 30 min for NOTHING. i sat on hold for 20 min waiting for someone to answer just so i could cancel it and they STILL didn't even answer. it's insane this place is still up and running, it's obvious they need to either replace the management or help guide the staff into a better future or there simply won't be a future for this location. read more

Stopped by to grab dinner with the family this evening and left feeling highly unsatisfied with the food (or lack thereof) and lack of quality of service. There were no greetings, no smiles. No lines when we walked in at 6pm so no wait. But, they were completely out of white rice and we were told with a shrug that they didn't have any more. When asked, the server shrugged again and said maybe 15 mins? They were all out of fajita peppers/onions. Again, not sure when or if any more would be coming out. There was JUST enough chicken to scrape out 3 small portions for my kids and I. NO ONE was on the flattops nor were there any food cooking. We were simply told, they didn't have any more chicken right now. Amazing to have zero hot food coming out during dinner time. And they were also out of lettuce. There was something going on with their water so they couldn't wash lettuce? Hard to have a bowl or salad without any of these. No "we're so sorry", nothing. Oh. And they also didn't have any soda or ice. Though I think it was related to the water issue, it was all just shrugged off. No one cared. No one smiled. No one tried to make the experience better. We frequent Chipotle all the time and there's a new one that opened 2 towns over where the service is above and beyond. We won't be back. read more

This place consistently is bad in all areas. I'm not sure why we keep trying it lol. The people at the counter don't greet you, avoid eye contact and act like they are being bothered by preparing your order. The beans and rice were hard and cold, the meat was super spicy and the lady prepping the bowls used her hand with glove to wipe away excess food on the board and then continued dipping her hand in food. The back area was filthy and disgusting, food and trash everywhere. Noticed that the to go orders were curling up on the ground with no attempt to work on them. I got ours to go...the young kid on the register was nice and seemed like he didn't have a care in the world! I sure hope that corporate looks at these reviews as well as the Google Business reviews and does a complete overhaul because that's what it will take to get this place back on track. read more

This is the worst Chipotle on earth. A circus of mismanaged misfit minorities. My steak bowl today had burnt pieces of steak that were completely dried out if anyone would have looked at it! Every piece was dried out to be clear 50% burnt and dried out. One thing after another here. If you can't get a good manager and sharper employees shut the doors instead of crapping all over a great brand that has quality food, quality employees, great managers at 95% of the locations you visit. Food portions are SCARCE nothing like it used to be. I came in today to order two burrito bowls. When asking for black beans, the line worker seemed he might've ran out and placed A QUARTER size of black beans in the bowl and attempted to keep going like normal. I said "oh are you out of black beans?" only then did the worker next to him take the bowl away to fill it with beans from some other station. He could've told me he was out or to wait a little so he could go refill the station??? Why try to get away with only placing a quarter amount of beans in the food. I asked for extra sour cream and maybe i wasn't heard which is fine but i didn't get any. not worried about it. When at the register I asked for a side of queso and the cashier rolled her eyes and yelled out to be given a side of queso. Is she not able to get it herself??? I don't know. What i'm most upset by is the scarce food portions, there was multiple bites that i had taken where there was something hard in it or something unchewable. I found something extremely hard, not sure what it was, a rock??? an acorn??? most likely some sort of debris from unwashed products but hey, idk! just what came to the top of my head. i love chipotle so so much but i might as well start going to another location if i have to get upset at seeing these sort of consequences when i do come in. please do better. also that music could be turned down a bit, you can hardly hear anyone, i don't want to have to yell my order. subway had music and its much quieter and easier to speak to the line worker. i hope this and other reviews are taken into consideration to make this place a more pleasant experience since it most definitely has been in the past. read more

This is my closest Chipotle and have never received my food on time. I write this review while waiting 15 past my pick up time for the 5th time. The good news is that the staff will treat you like they hate you for being there. I can't say I have ever seen a clean table there, as well as consistent food on the floor. I tried to use the Chipotle app to express these concerns before posting this review, but the app will not allow me to talk to a person. If this was a mom and Pop shop and not a giant corporation, it would be out of business within a week. I hope this business gets everything it deserves. read more

This Chipotle is mot currently following guidelines for COVID, including limited capacity and social distancing. Chipotle has given a token nod to limited capacity, marking some of their tables and high tops as"closed". However, those that remain open and not properly socially distanced. For example, people sit back to back at the high tops with no barrier and these seats are less than six feet from the tables next to the with allowed seating for guests. The line for mobile orders and order pick up was so long that the first people are standing directly next to the tables that line the aisle. Even a short line of one person would impact the first table of properly distanced six feet. The people in the order line are also not socially distancing six feet. They are requesting separate parties actually step closer so they can the counter person at the station can proceed to the next guest. Despite all this noncompliance during rush hour lunch on a Saturday, they have placed the ice tea containers behind the counter for safety. However, they are letting guests fill their soda and water from the machine dispenser. They are also allowing guests to use the same glass for refills from the dispenser. However, the employee was not able to accept my cup for a refill of ice tea; she said that COVID guidelines meant she couldn't touch the glass and had to get another one. While I approve of the policy of new glasses for refills as a precaution, the message I received is that this Chipotle cares more about their employees than their guests since the policy suffered for lobby guests using the soda machine. Also of note, the two of the tables have food remnants on them and stuff on the floor too. Likely, this is indicative of the general level of attention to cleanliness given the other issues. read more

I just recently moved here about 2/3 years ago and have been to this Chipotle a couple times and every time it's not good. The food always taste old and there's something off about it. Dice-roll of a location. Sometimes the people are great, sometimes they suck and clearly just do not want to be there and make no effort to convince you otherwise. Again, this place pretty much ranges from a 2 to a 4 depending on your luck. Half the time my food is amazing, and the other half of the time I'm getting old rice and beans with lukewarm meat.
