I've never had a bad experience here. The interior of the restaurant is nice, I like the setup. There is usually a line at lunch and dinner hours, but it's to be expected at any Chipotle. Dice-roll of a location. Sometimes the people are great, sometimes they suck and clearly just do not want to be there and make no effort to convince you otherwise. Again, this place pretty much ranges from a 2 to a 4 depending on your luck. Half the time my food is amazing, and the other half of the time I'm getting old rice and beans with lukewarm meat. I would leave ZERO reviews if I could. This is THE worst chipotle I have ever been to. I got there at 9:30pm and it closes at 11pm and they told me that I could only choose from the very few options that were still available. No rice. Very few meat options. No sour cream. Then I had to wait 15 minutes just to pay while 6 employees stood around. It took me having to ask the supervisor whether they wanted my money or not before I could check out. Im not even someone who writes these type of Karen ass reviews. I just like chipotle and don't want to have to deal with this poorly managed one that's right next to my house. First, I used to love the food. Ok so I went to the Leesburg location. The service is poor, only because it's literally children with bad attitudes serving your food. Then there's the salt issue. While I don't have an issue with salt, the last two times I went, I had to throw my food away because all I tasted was salt. Actually it made me nauseous. So I guess I'll find another favorite food. What everyone has come to love about Chipotle - tasty large portions for a not-so-large price tag. The staff in this particular location are friendly and ready to serve. This particular location isn't shy on packing on what you want in your meal. For those who aren't familiar with chipotle, it's a tex-mex restaurant where the patron picks and chooses what goes into each burrito, taco, or rice bowl. Upgrades with extra protein and guacamole come with an additional charge. Overall a great place to eat where you can make your entree as healthy and unhealthy as you would like. I'm not sure what's happening at this location but the quality of food has declined and I will no longer eat here. On multiple occasions I've ordered and the rice was undercooked with the overall taste being quite off putting. The new tomatoes that they're using are down right soggy and the bag of chips that I've had recently has left little to be desired. Not only we're the chips salty but the bag was mixed with stale and fresh chips and the queso tasted spoil. Yuck! read more

2nd time this month going to this location and the service is terrible. One person which seemed to be new was doing everything while the other 7 or 8 hung out around the register. Out of the items you want for your bowl. The rice is in our bowls was not nice and crunchy! The line was almost out of the door and no sense of urgency from anyone. Would not eat at location because tables have not been cleaned probably all day. Trash cans are full and flowing over on the ground outside. So this Chipotle is a great example of the Chipotle chain. It's located in the Publix shopping center right next to the Starbucks and ABC liquor on the east side of the shopping mall. I have been here a bunch of times and have always had a pleasant experience. This particular visit Crystal was our checkout gal and after I asked about another lady being comped some burritos by the manager I asked what you had to do to get free food. She laughed and rung me up and I thought nothing of it since I was just giving her a hard time jovially. But while I was eating at the table with my buddy she came over and hooked us up with a couple of buy one get one coupons! Such a nice gesture and I felt super appreciated since I go here all the time after working at the airport nearby. I usually get a burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, black beans and blackened chicken... With their delicious salad dressing on the side and burrito she'll on the side... I add pico, corn and a half scoop of medium salsa with cheese and guacamole. This makes for a ton of food and you only get charged extra for the guacamole. They will also do half sofritas (flavored tofu which is better than it sounds!) and chicken for the same price... They are always busy but do a darn good job of getting everyone through as quickly as possible. read more

This is one of the most poorly managed examples of a business I've ever seen. Lines don't move for literally 15+ minutes while they tend to to go orders at the prep area. WTF is the side station for? The store is an absolute pig sty most of the day. Food everywhere at the prep area and the dining tables. Cleanliness should be a top priority. I walked out a few weeks ago as the woman took her hand and scraped all of the food off the surface of the prep area then proceeded to dip her hand into the cheese and put it on the top of my bowl. Absolutely disgusting. It's an assembly line setup... it should take almost no effort to keep things moving. Been craving a rice bowl so decided to get one today. I was honestly hesitant to go in because the outside of the restaurant was filthy! The windows had dirt caked on them and I thought for a minute the place was closed. The inside was dingy and bare and the music was extraordinarily loud. I stopped in here still within the lunch zone for a quick bite. It wasn't crazy busy because I walked right up and only had to wait about 30 seconds to start the process. They had plenty of staff that were helping on the line, albeit not overly nice, just literally cogs moving me through. And that's fine. My bowl had a good amount of chicken and guac but they totally slumped on the cheese. Prolly better for me anyway. The less than impressed 3-star rating comes from the dining area where tables were filthy. Every one of them. When this restaurant opened it was very good. Lately the food is not up to par. Chicken has been way too spicy lately making it inedible. I recently decided to try again and accidentally picked rice on the side. I was given a small plastic cup portion of rice to add to my meal. There wasn't enough To hardly mix in. Also, there were so many black beans it was more like black bean soup. When I called the manager Caitlin to ask for it to be remade she informed me that this was the portion of rice normally put in which we all know is incorrect. I told her about the beans and she didn't seem to care. She told me she would normally say no to remaking the bowl, but she'd make an exception. She was not accommodating and didn't seem to care about my meal. Also, my daughter had hers made there and the girl was making someone a to go order. She ran out of corn and added in maybe about 6 pieces that was left in the bottom of the container to that persons order. I'm sure they were disappointed when they got theirs. Not sure I'll return again after I take mine back tomorrow. Just curious if it was just me or if anyone else has had a bad experience there lately. read more

I strongly recommend you take the time to walk in and order your food if you want it to be made correctly. I have given this location several chances via online order/pick up and DoorDash but the order always gets mixed up or is made completely wrong. Disappointing. read more

I really wish this chipotle could do better. It is the only one closest to me since I moved out here, and they can't seem to do a good enough job. My biggest complaint is these people can't seem to make right to save their lives. I really never thought you could mess up rice until I ate at this chipotle the past five times. I don't think I could even mess it up that bad if I tried and I have never cooked rice before. Someone please tell me how I get overcooked rice and uncooked (completely raw) rice in one bowl. It really makes me scratch my head. I shouldn't feel like I'm eating some sort of grits and sand concoction for my dinner. My quesadilla cheese was just slapped in there and not even melted. I ordered takeout with my roommate and after we ate he went left to go to the bathroom and I haven't seen him since. I hope he's doing alright tho, but this Chipotle needs to get their program together or just shut down all together. I love this Chipotle Mexican Grill! The food is always good, always fresh and delicious. The restaurant is always busy, but the line moves along quickly. I always order my food gluten free, and the employees wash their hands and put on new gloves and are careful to not cross contaminate. I go there often, and although the staff has changed since it opened, they are very friendly and personable. Only one restroom for so many customers seems lacking, but it seems to work. I have never been disappointed with my food and I can count on it being the same every time I go. read more

Grand Opening was in Sept 2013. Friendly staff, extremely clean and inexpensive (food chain so prices the same everywhere). Can eat in or take out. Drive through even available. Food is amazing. Menus provide full scale nutrition facts so you know your calories, proteins, transfats, sugars, etc. Definitely recommend!! read more
