Walked in just after 8pm on Sunday. There were 4 young men ahead of us in line. There were 4 workers all doing odd jobs and not one time did they address the 6 people waiting. One girl was stocking the canned/bottled drinks that weren't even empty, one man was by the take out window I'm assuming working on to-go orders, one guy was on the grill with 2 AirPods in oblivious to the people waiting. The final worker mixed up the white rice, refilled the one on the line and then walked away. We waiting almost 10 minutes with not one employee even giving a "hey give us one second to finish up"! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST - THE WORST This location doesn't deserve one star however, I want everyone to know what to expect because this store should be shut down, my entire family got food poisoning, so beware. First off, I ordered through the app, it took 26 minutes and there was no one in the drive thru by the time I left they had 6 cars, they opened the door said it would take one minute, I saw the co worker leave for his shift 25 minutes later and still with no food, it was outrageous. The worst part was my food was ready the entire time, they didn't have to add anything, the meat was burnt, the chips were stale and hard as a rock, the soda was flat, I called the store back after we left, no one would answer, I tried to go back the same cars were still in line, I was shook and I couldn't even get a refund, we were starving by the time we got home so I had a few bites and it was complete trash, sides were half full, please see the pictures and avoid this location at all cost. So if you're curious about how Chipotle handles complaints, the bot responded to my previous review and asked for me to contact their customer support which I did. It's a bot so you go through a message center. It asked for my order number and email. It asked what the issue was, and I had to choose from a drop down menu. I selected that the order was not on time. The bot said it could not help because their system shows the order was on time. Which it clearly was not per my original review. Absolutely useless. I asked for my order to be checked on for a time frame and I got "there's a lot going on man we will be working on it" - but I watched one of the staff members take a picture of the cashier. This was my first time trying this location and most likely my last.. I walked in around 11:30-11:40am, and there were 2 people in line ahead of me. Little did I know, it would take 20-30 mins to make it through that line. While the guy making taking the orders and the lady cooking / preparing food seemed to be working hard and competent, the girl working the cash register was a complete liability and seemed to be disinterested in anything that was going on. - unwilling to help with anything.. even after what appeared to be a manager requesting her to help the guy on the food line, she proceeded to stand her with her hands in her mouth (story to be continued).. this was after she hand already been hanging out in the bathroom. She also forgot to put my salsa in the bag. This chipotle is brand new so I wish I was writing a good review. However every single time we've gone the chips are either overdone or stale. We always have a problem with the workers making our food wrong. Lastly, overall the workers seem to have no hustle and definitely seem like they do not want to be there.
