We haven't been to Five guys in a long time. At this location, they were incompetent - they spoke of using "the bucket" before poisoning my burger yesterday April 7th. The black male cook said, "I just want to see her take one bite". Like a creep. If they were going to poison the food then why charge her / us ? My cousin (female) paid for our meal. We ordered two bacon cheese burgers and little fries. $30. She has a hearing aid while I have PTSD. We haven't seen each other in a long time and wanted to sit down and eat, talk in peace. There was all people of color working that night. The female worker even came over to our table and asked how is everything as if she didn't know what was going on. Everything was caught on camera. I am reported their assault to the local police. Make sure you have COMPETENT workers make your food. IMMEDIATELY report anyone who tampers with or even jokes about tampering with your food. Why cook food if you're untrustworthy around food ? I, unfortunately had those who believe anything they see online, do not respect those with disabilities and support & condone narcissism / Narcissistic abuse, make our food. The area is too pleasant for anyone discriminatory or incompetent to be working there. Violence against women (and those with disabilities) is an unfortunate trend in Arkansas. It not only illegal, it is wrong. Our grandparents/older relatives were born and raised in Arkansas, I grew up coming to AR to visit family. So, this is unacceptable. I brought my teenage granddaughter here for a lunch date. I'm sure the food would have been delicious, but the prices were cost prohibitive. It would have cost me $20 for each of us to get a hamburger, fries, and a drink. The issue is, I could get the same thing at a very similar competitor for several $$ less. The burgers are always hot and fresh. They cook to order which I can appreciate. Why when I order a cheeseburger they always ask if I want a single or a double? The single is called a little cheeseburger. It's a waste of time and words. Plus when I asked the question "isn't a single called a little cheeseburgers" she said yes and still gave me a single. This burger place is good could be really good if the would cook buns and burgers and serve faster I have a problem with the preparation method which causes my bun to be cold and the pepper is slow . You can ask for a warmed bun but they still lay it with all the cold toppings . The staff are always pleasant, welcoming and friendly-they greet you as you walk in. The cooks do a great job keeping up with demand. It is about a 10-15 minute wait time once you place your order which is expected for great taste-you spend that much time at a fast food drive-up. I do love this particular shop as it is always clean and the staff are so friendly. I have been to others here and it is pretty much the same. This place, unlike most I've been to recently lived up to the hype. I had a regular cheeseburger with "everything" which is lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, mustard and mayo. It was REALLY good. I also had a regular fry. I'm a big guy (240 and 6'1"), and next time I would get the small burger and split the fries with someone. To the other review about it being over-priced: if you want to go to Wendy's and get a decent burger combo for $7, go ahead. All the options are free! Meat is excellent. Free peanuts! They are great. Only complaint is that I like fries a bit more crispy. And a word to the wise, even the smaller orders of fries are HUGE, so keep that in mind when ordering. Good burgers! Hubby & I went in for dinner, I got the little cheeseburger and he got the regular bacon cheeseburger and we split an order of fries. That was PLENTY of food for us both and it totaled around $15, for dinner for 2 I dont think thats bad at all, and the food is much better than a typical fast food joint! They literally only serve burgers, fries, hot dogs, and grilled cheese- but if they served more than that the quality wouldn't be as good. We are definitely fans & will be back again! read more

If you have not eaten Five Guys, then your missing the best burger ever! We first had this place when we went to Florida about 2 years ago. Of course, when we found out that it was opening here, we went crazy! I always get the little bacon cheesburger with lettuce, tomatos and mushrooms. Literally, the burger is too big to eat and that is the small one. I am not crazy about their fries but that is because they are normally too salty. You can get them unsalted but that takes a while to get them. It is a little pricey but if you compare it to an upscale burger place (like Chee burger Chee burger) then it's about the same. Hands down Best Burger I've had! The burger is always so juicy and has an awesome flavor. I always get the little cheeseburger because one patty is enough, believe me it's filling. But I think the thing that separates Five Guys from the rest is their bread, it's always soft and delicious, never stale like some "other" places. Plus, they practically give you a bag full of fries. My husband and I always split a regular Cajun Fry and it never fails we always end up throwing some away. I specifically like the NLR location because they have the drink machine with almost unlimited amount of options and my favorite drink is strawberry lemonade, which you can't get everywhere. So...if you haven't already you should stop by and check it out. You won't be sorry but you should know that's it's a bit pricier than say McDonalds of course but the quality and quantity is well worth the price. read more
