The service was incomparable to most other Wendy's I've dined. The house is always clean as well as the crew & their work area. Even being close to the Mall & interstate (iykyk), I've never had any rif-raf or bad experiences with the location. The crew is highly trained, professional, upper management runs a tight ship. Absolutely disgusting. Something is leaking on the floor. No warning about the wet floor. More flies than I could keep up with. A homeless man parked in the corner with all his belongings. One employee camped out by the trash can by the exit door playing on his phone. Smelled like mildew. (The restaurant, not the employee), just an overall bad experience. We had to clean our own table to have a clean table to sit at. Sad. Food was the same as every other Wendy's. That's the only positive part. Need some management training. I was at the 107 Wendy's on 107 for 5+ minutes and a truck was sitting at the ordering kiosk. I could tell he was not ordering. It was about 3pm. I rolled my window down and asked if they were closed. He said he didn't know. An employee with badge came out and walked scross the parking lot to a dumpster, I assume. Then went back into the store. I pulled out and went to the pickup window. Two girls were standing there pretending to not see me. They never even opened the window. I left. starting the lady taking the order rushed me saying anything for MY order then when we got to window the wide backed little ponytail dark faced lady was bagging my food with no gloved on after I watched her scratch in her little hair and that is very unsanitary only reason I didn't ask for more new food because the way they sounded talking we would have had to tussle for it. worst Wendy's ever ‼ not my first time coming the last time I came the employees went and hide instead of taking orders and the time before that it was 7:26 and they said their machines are down for the night. read more

bad place to go, I'm from out of town and the cashier black kid name jaivian took forever with my transaction on the drive thru. my wife saw that he have his phone out and took a picture of my credit card and after he was caught by my wife he handed my cc back after we left. They are extremely racists here. They have two drive through lines and we sat in line for over 30 min. We were the only non African American people in the line and were driving a big truck. Prior to that another SUV with white people had sat trying to give their order for over 15 min and ended up driving off. When we got to the speaker she completely refused to take our order. The other side dwindled down and nobody was in it. She still did not take our order. Three other vehicles came and she took their order (again non white people). As soon as we drive off she took the order of the car behind us..... I never have these issues, I am Hispanic and Indian and racism is nothing I have dealt with. However my husband does deal with it. and he was the one that you could see in their cameras. I find it very rude and appalling that businesses are allowed to behave that way. We have a business and have never mistreated one customer even the rude, hard to please ones. read more

This is a national chain fast food restaurant and the decor is updated and decent but cleaning this place is highly suggested. It's often dead in the lobby yet the place is always a mess. Usually the food is hot and fresh today it was really greasy. It must have been an off day for cooking. Service was great. We definitely will return regardless of their mess. went to the drive thru set there for 10 minutes no hello hold or anything. So I called the store to see we're they closed. Faith the stud said no we're not and we hear you we will take your order in a second and hung up in my face. So I called back Wendy's employee one girl want to be said can I help you I said yes what is the store managers name I don't know, what is your corp number and store I don't know. So I said what's your name she want to be said employee number 1 and I don't talk to stranger's the hold time the ghetto manager just standing there. So I drove off looked up corp and the store number and the reviews and I see why they rank low. No common sense, people skill', no communication skill's nor respect. Bad for Business. The worst service at the drive thru possible. Since covid my family and I have been supporting local businesses but that's no more. Twice in 2 weeks they've messed up our order in the drive-thru. I would like to think it's an aberration but I think it's Wendys hiring practices, hiring those that, can't or won't, do a simple job. I've been to 3 wendys restaurants in the past month, McCain, JFK, and Markham and all 3 have given me the wrong order, twice at the Mccain location in 2 weeks. It's my opinion that these folks could care less about doing a good job and it speaks to poor management when at 3 different locations you get the same 'bad' service. This Wendy's has the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I pull up to the window to pay and not only is the cashier talking to another employee but she is also rudely smacking on her food when she opens the window to take my card. She also looked at me twice and rolled her eyes before even opening the window to take my money. Whilst running my card she proceeds to take the card out and start playing with it in a heater they had sitting by them. Digging stuff out of the holes WITH MY CARD. Then opens the window back up and hands me my card (still smacking on her food) and says "here you go" with a gracious amount of attitude. I work in retail and understand sometimes getting a bad customer but I was nice and even said "ma'am" even though she acted about 10 years old. There was no-one at the counter and the people walked by at least six timesi started my order and before I was finished the girl have me my total took the money had a hard time making change even reading from the screen handed me the money and walked away. Normally have a good experience whenever I go inside but tonight wasn't so delightful. Pulled up to take my order, was politely asked to wait a moment then they'll be with me.
